GGuest UserSuper five-star praise! Since we were 🈶 14 people on this trip, we happened to catch up with the new store of Sanmo Sanke, otherwise it would be really difficult to find a satisfactory place to live!
All aspects here are very good, the environment is nothing to say, the hotel is also equipped with its own cultural and creative shop, here not only buy and buy can also pat, children can also play, in the morning on the river at the door can be shot and splashed into ice, there are many amusement projects, really satisfying all ages.
Come to praise the hotel's butler service, any problems can be solved quickly, the reply is very fast, the grandfather in the same group is uncomfortable, the butler also helps to buy medicine. Two breakfasts are eaten by famous hotels, clean and delicious!
On the way, the chartered master heard that we lived in Shiye Zhiyou, and said that this is the ceiling of the Arctic Village B&B. If there is a chance, he will choose it.

__M1380800****This guesthouse is located right inside the Arctic Village scenic area, so you can get great photos without even leaving the property. We originally planned to stay one night but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The housekeeper and staff were all incredibly kind. When it snowed heavily, the guesthouse's car picked us up from the airport. They didn't want us to walk far in the snow, so the driver pulled right up to the airport terminal entrance and then carried our luggage all the way to our room. The room was so warm, I was able to walk around barefoot in a t-shirt, sipping an iced coffee while watching the snow outside. The owner pays extreme attention to detail; the common areas with gym equipment, massage chairs, and tea facilities are truly excellent. And the crispy fried pork for breakfast? You can have unlimited refills, and it's absolutely delicious!

__WeChat42317****The room view was absolutely amazing! We had so much fun with the '潑水成冰' (literally 'splashing water into ice') game! Sitting by the window, with the curtains open, we could see the beautiful snowscape outside and even watched fireworks set off by other hotel guests 🧨.
The facilities are great, and I loved the toiletries—L'Occitane products, a big plus! 👍
Oh, and the owner provided plenty of teacups and tea sets in the room, which was really convenient...
The restaurant the owner recommended also had delicious food! 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort.
However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting.
The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB.
For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area.
I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.
