Guest UserWho can refuse a place that looks so good to take pictures, and who can refuse to snow in March, Mohe has! The homestays are all large glass, it really feels so much to see the snow, and there is still snow and ice at the end of March. There is no one here. It's a pity that it will be snowed, so you must come again to see the real ice and snow! The people in the homestay are also super good, coaxing me as a child, upgrading me to a large suite with a view, the sanitary conditions are great, brainless, hahaha.

This guesthouse is located right inside the Arctic Village scenic area, so you can get great photos without even leaving the property. We originally planned to stay one night but extended our stay because we loved it so much. The housekeeper and staff were all incredibly kind. When it snowed heavily, the guesthouse's car picked us up from the airport. They didn't want us to walk far in the snow, so the driver pulled right up to the airport terminal entrance and then carried our luggage all the way to our room. The room was so warm, I was able to walk around barefoot in a t-shirt, sipping an iced coffee while watching the snow outside. The owner pays extreme attention to detail; the common areas with gym equipment, massage chairs, and tea facilities are truly excellent. And the crispy fried pork for breakfast? You can have unlimited refills, and it's absolutely delicious!

Although it was -40 degrees Celsius, the guesthouse was so warm and cozy. We even had to sleep with the windows open at night. There were free water-splashing ice machines to play with outside, and fireworks too. The owner was incredibly helpful, constantly assisting us with finding shared rides and group tours. They were so hospitable; they even gave us two bottles of water when we left, which touched me deeply. Although I won't be coming back to Mohe (too cold), I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

I booked a suite and the kids were very happy running up and down the stairs. The room is unimaginably big, with two large beds upstairs and downstairs. Clean and hygienic, the windows look out to the snowy scenery

After a harrowing journey to Beiji Village, almost getting stranded by a bad driver, we finally arrived at the hotel late at night, still shaken. We hadn't eaten all day due to rushing for our flight, and the owner kindly brought us warm dumplings. The owner's family didn't say much, but they were all very kind.
**Facilities:** The wooden house has high ceilings, making it feel very open and comfortable. The mattress was soft, and the view outside the window was beautiful. Staying in a wooden cabin surrounded by nature was perfect for relaxing and sleeping. However, the only downside is that wooden structures don't offer much sound insulation. If you happen to have noisy neighbors, it could be a bit of a headache.
**Hygiene:** For extended stays, the room was cleaned promptly, showing a strong commitment to cleanliness.
**Environment:** Beautiful.
**Service:** Just right.
You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into running the hotel, and I would choose to stay here again if I revisited. My only minor suggestion would be if the shower area could be a bit larger; it was a little cramped.

It is indeed a newly opened place. The GPS directions led to the park entrance, which is not accessible by car. We spent quite a while driving around at night on an unlit road, and there was no proper parking available. It was quite cold at night, and our room was located in a separate courtyard. The room itself had some smart features, but I wish the front desk had informed us beforehand; otherwise, we felt a bit lost upon entering. The hot water pressure in the room was weak, and since it was electric, you had to wait for it. As I arrived at 9 PM, the restaurant chef had already finished their shift. A huge thanks to 'Er Jie' for personally cooking for me; she was incredibly warm and hospitable, which truly demonstrated excellent staff service. Breakfast was just average; if you arrived late, options were scarce. I hope the owner can make some improvements.

Hotel facilities look a bit old and health is so-so.
Good location, just beside the road facing the North Star Square, parking is also very convenient.
What impressed me most was the service attitude of the receptionist Ms. Li (dark tooling in the photo), who was very patient and enthusiastic. She explained the travel-related issues I raised very meticulously. She also gave me good suggestions from the perspective of the locals. After her reminder, I took my elderly parents to drive into the Arctic Village through a special passage, which not only made the elderly walk a lot less, but also saved a lot of time, greatly improving the comfort of travel. Special thanks to Ms. Li, she alone let me raise the other shortcomings of the hotel in my heart.
