RRickySantosPHThe location is great - 3 minute walk from the Como Lago train station, and walking distance to the lakefront. Lots of nearby restaurants. Stefano is easy to communicate with, was always available and provided great service. The bathroom was huge!

LâĂ©tablissement est rĂ©cent, propre, avec des installations modernes et bien entretenues. On sent une volontĂ© de viser un standing plus Ă©levĂ©, peut-ĂȘtre celui dâun 5 Ă©toiles selon le directeur. Malheureusement, certaines pratiques vont totalement Ă lâencontre de cette ambition.
Le parking est facturĂ© 18âŹ/jour, ce qui me semble exagĂ©rĂ© Ă©tant donnĂ© lâemplacement hors centre-ville et la prĂ©sence dâun grand parking gratuit pour dâautres usagers (notamment les joueurs de padel). Cela donne lâimpression que les clients de lâhĂŽtel sont pĂ©nalisĂ©s sans raison valable.
Le petit dĂ©jeuner est trĂšs limitĂ© pour un hĂŽtel de ce niveau : le buffet est incomplet, certains plats sont payants et doivent ĂȘtre commandĂ©s sĂ©parĂ©ment, et il nây avait mĂȘme pas de jus dâorange, ni sur le buffet ni Ă la carte â seulement de lâeau et du lait. Câest loin des standards dâun 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles.
Les capsules de cafĂ© dans la chambre sont facturĂ©es 1,50âŹ, ce qui est surprenant et dĂ©cevant pour un Ă©tablissement qui prĂ©tend offrir un service haut de gamme. Dans la grande majoritĂ© des hĂŽtels 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles, ce genre de prestation est inclus. Cela donne une impression de mesquinerie, en contradiction avec lâimage que lâhĂŽtel essaie de projeter.
Le point le plus dĂ©rangeant : le personnel est entrĂ© dans ma chambre le soir, sans mâavoir prĂ©venu, pour effectuer un « service de rangement ». Je nâavais rien demandĂ©, et jâai constatĂ© que certains de mes effets personnels avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©placĂ©s. Je nâaime pas que lâon entre dans ma chambre sans mon autorisation explicite, ni sans mâen avoir informĂ© au prĂ©alable. Cela mâa mis trĂšs mal Ă lâaise. Quâun mĂ©nage soit fait le soir peut ĂȘtre un service apprĂ©ciĂ© par certains, mais il doit ĂȘtre clairement annoncĂ© ou demandĂ©.
Jâai exprimĂ© mon mĂ©contentement au directeur. PlutĂŽt que dâĂ©couter mes remarques, il mâa rĂ©pondu de maniĂšre condescendante, insinuant que je nâavais « pas lâhabitude de frĂ©quenter des hĂŽtels 5 Ă©toiles » et que ce genre de pratiques Ă©tait, selon lui, tout Ă fait normales. Une rĂ©ponse hautaine et dĂ©placĂ©e, loin de lâaccueil et du professionnalisme attendus dans ce type dâĂ©tablissement. En guise de compensation, le directeur mâa offert la capsule de cafĂ© Ă 1,50âŹ.
JâespĂšre que cet avis aidera les futurs clients Ă avoir une vision plus rĂ©aliste de cet hĂŽtel. Pour ma part, malgrĂ© la qualitĂ© des installations, je ne le recommanderai pas. Le service client, lâĂ©coute et le respect de lâintimitĂ© ne sont pas au rendez-vous.

DDavide DNice cozy place just behind the train station, but thanks to being uphill it's very quiet at night, there is no dusturbance whatsoever. Very clean too, with a little kitchen for a moment with coffee or self-made breakfast.
Easily reachable by walk, but if you travel with heavy luggage you may prefer a taxi ride.
The hosts are very nice and went above and beyond preparing the room for me way ahead of the check-in time to accomodate special needs I had.
Self check-in and out available, flawless communication with the host and clear instructions on how to reach the place.
Highly recommended! High value to price ratio

GGuest UserHotel is just charming! Authentic little suite with ancient oven, a compartment and dressed cabinet, furniture and truly from the last century. Despite this, everything is in very good condition. The bathrooms are very clean, cosmetic items taste delicious, snow towels, bed linen, everything is very decent. The first impression is a little deceptive, diving into the atmosphere of the last century, but then gradually falling in love with it, it is absolutely successfully located and has just a chic view on the lake. This small boutique hotel deserves special attention thanks to the careful staff. Good breakfasts and pleasant compliments in the lounge bar as a pleasant bonus for our stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful đ€ â modern with a stylish Italian design throughout, from the lobby to the rooms. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed.
The room was a highlight â spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. All the basic amenities were well provided, making the stay easy and relaxing.
One of the best parts is the rooftop swimming pool â stunning views, great atmosphere, and perfect for photos, especially around sunset đ
đ One downside to note:
The location is a bit far from Como city center.
* There is a bus stop near the hotel, but buses can be unreliable and not always on time
* Walking to the center is about 1â2 km, doable but not ideal (especially with kids or elderly travelers)

Perfect for a relaxing stay in a beautiful, design-focused hotel. Best if youâre planning to use taxis or have a car, rather than relying on public transportation.

GGuest UserGood location, not far from the train station and the pier. The room was clean and comfortable, one bedroom and one living room apartment. The reception staff was very enthusiastic and patient. Although it is written as a 4-diamond hotel, close to 2000 nights, it is actually an apartment, there is no front desk and no door. The hotel also wants to contact us in advance to inform us, but unlike airbin, you can contact us directly. After arriving, you need to call the boss to pick us up. Since there is no front desk, the luggage can be stored until 4 o'clock. Pay attention to the matters in advance. It's not a big problem.

Clean, amazing location and good room. The only issue is that it was very dark since their windows are closed with outside blinds (see the photos). Overall not bad if you are staying for 1 night as we did.
