The internet is stable and fast, the bathroom layout is well-designed, and all facilities are brand new. There's ample parking with easy access. The rooms are spotless and tidy, with no dust on the bedding, and check-in at the front desk was efficient. Breakfast offers a diverse selection, including local specialties. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a delightful stay at Shenyang Place Hotel. The room overlooked the street and was extremely spacious and comfortable. For such a convenient location - just a short walk to the Imperial Palace as well as Zhongjie Walking Street and plenty of restaurant choices- it was quiet and peaceful at night and very soundproof from guests in adjacent rooms. The buffet breakfast offered a range of options but the wonton soup won out each morning for us. We also enjoyed a drink in the Goose and Dog bar just downstairs. Be sure to check out the range of aircraft related items in the back. All staff in both the hotel and bar were thoughtful and helpful responding quickly and efficiently to questions. We caught the metro from the airport and would note that even though Exit B is closer only Exit A at Huaiyuanmen Station has an elevator to get up to street level. Would definitely stay here again.

I was really satisfied with this stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm. The service at the front desk was very professional, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also helped me carry my suitcase. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and elegant, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The sanitary conditions were also very good, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, and the details were done very well. The sound insulation of the hotel was very good, and it was very quiet at night, and there was no need to worry about being disturbed by noise. The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was friendly, and it gave people a feeling of being at home. In short, this stay was very pleasant and I strongly recommend this hotel! Looking forward to coming again next time

Staying at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao during my trip to Shenyang, I'm incredibly grateful to Guest Relations Supervisor Alisa. My child had a minor bump while we were out exploring, and we casually mentioned it upon returning to the hotel. Alisa, upon hearing this, was incredibly thoughtful. She proactively brought over a simple first-aid kit and meticulously explained precautions. This small gesture really warmed our hearts. The room she arranged for us was also very comfortable. The hotel's location is a huge advantage, being very close to Zhongjie and the Shenyang Imperial Palace. It's super convenient for getting around and exploring, saving both time and effort whether you're visiting historical sites or shopping. The hotel environment is elegant, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-maintained. The attentive service coupled with the excellent location made our entire trip much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shenyang.

I don't know what's going on in Shenyang these past couple of days, it's so cold outside you feel like your ears might fall off. But stepping into the hotel is like entering a completely different world; it's incredibly warm. Star River is a domestic chain brand. I've stayed at a Star River hotel in Taiyuan before, but I didn't have a great experience because it had been open for a while, and all the facilities felt quite old. Coming to the Star River in Shenyang, I realized their decor style is consistent across the brand, but since this one just opened less than two years ago, all the facilities and amenities are very new. The decor has a uniform color scheme, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience. It's really good; staying here in Shenyang is a solid choice. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited, though they still have the essentials. The rooms at Star River can be summed up in one word: spacious! The sheer amount of space inside the room is absolutely invigorating! There's also a separate living area, and the bathroom and shower are well-separated. Especially the hot water for showering – it's fantastic! The water pressure is strong, and it's piping hot, incredibly refreshing after a long day!

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the room. It's on a high floor with a great view. The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money.

I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions. The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi. The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying. Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

Super great, river view room. Wang Sulong (singer) is right downstairs! This trip was to Shenyang for Wang Sulong's concert. Prices around the venue had increased significantly, but New World was incredibly fair and didn't raise theirs, so I booked it without hesitation. The decor is stylish, and the biggest surprise was that my idol's pop-up event was also downstairs at the hotel! So lucky! The subway is also very convenient. After a heavy rain, Line 2 was still running, and I made it to the airport smoothly!

Before going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

I brought my family to Shenyang to see an Errenzhuan show and chose to stay at the Marriott hotel. It seems to be relatively quiet around the old town area. As soon as we got out of the car, the concierge downstairs helped us with our luggage. The room was very clean, tidy, and quite spacious, and they even upgraded us, which we really appreciate. A huge thank you to Belinda at the front desk; she was gentle, sweet, and polite! I'd give her 100 points. Last year and the year before, I stayed at the Grand Hyatt and the Conrad. The Grand Hyatt's front desk staff had the worst attitude, and the Conrad's staff also lacked smiles, plus there were hairs in the room. Belinda was the one who gave me my first good impression upon arriving in Shenyang. Thank you, and I wish her eternal peace and happiness! 🎉 My second commendation goes to another short-haired front desk lady who helped us during checkout. I needed two bottles of mineral water, and she brought out an entire case from the storage room, opened it, and gave them to me. Thank you so much; she was enthusiastic throughout! It seems there are many Koreans staying at this hotel, with a lot of them talking loudly in the lobby late at night. To be honest, the breakfast at this hotel is really not good. The fruit already tasted off, and there wasn't much to eat. It's on par with breakfast at hotels costing between 80 to 100. And I must give a terrible review to a woman in a suit with very dark circles under her eyes in the breakfast department! Overall, it's still good, but I really don't recommend the breakfast. And there's a woman at breakfast – I think she had short hair, I forget, but definitely had prominent dark circles under her eyes – whom I truly want to give a big negative review. I won't type out the details to recall; her attitude was terrible. My positive feedback is solely for the two front desk ladies and the hotel's accommodation environment.
