GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a prime location, close to the subway station and Olympic Sports Center, offering convenient transportation and making it ideal for business trips and performances. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel environment is quiet, with well-insulated rooms. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation system, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the service is excellent.

HHenry HooiA good hotel, well located and a no-frills business hotel. The breakfast service was adequate and provides the necessary basics to start the day off. Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved (hair traces were found on the room couch) but otherwise a decent and adequate business hotel. Service at the reception can be improved with English speaking staff familiar with handling foreign passports. We would look to stay again in the future.

Special thanks to Alisa, the Guest Relations Manager. We had booked an executive room, and it happened to be our anniversary. Alisa was incredibly thoughtful; she proactively recommended and arranged for us to have a King Business Room instead. The room was on an excellent floor with a wide, open view outside, and the city skyline was absolutely stunning. The view was even better than what we would have had in the executive room. Alisa's service was meticulous and heartwarming, and she was genuinely considerate and attentive, making our anniversary stay feel extra special and ceremonial. The experience was perfect, completely satisfying, and I'm really looking forward to staying here again!

GGuanguanjiangllThis is a pet-friendly hotel, but the 350 RMB per night cleaning fee for pets is higher than many other hotels. It's indeed a nice place though, and the pet supplies provided were excellent, which I was very happy with. The rooftop garden for dog walking has a great environment, perfect for walking your dog morning and evening. My kids had a blast.
As for the service, not having a dedicated butler felt a bit inconvenient. The food delivery speed was incredibly slow; I ordered at 10 PM and it arrived past 11:40 PM, and they even got the order wrong. Everyone was already asleep by then, haha. Breakfast was decent, and since we were staying multiple nights as a couple, we got one free.
One more thing: the activities listed in the package on Trip.com were a complete mess. When I asked the front desk, they said they didn't know and told me to contact the merchant in the mall. When I called the merchant, they told me to ask the hotel! 😂😂😂 In the end, I figured out it wasn't a freebie anyway. Basically, the hotel and the mall merchants are tied together, and the promotional tactics are a bit annoying. Either offer it for free or don't list it. Every time I asked about something in my package, no one knew anything, and they weren't familiar with their own services. It wasted over ten minutes and spoiled my mood.

AAnonymous UserI personally believe this is currently the best-managed hotel in Shenyang. It's located in the former municipal government building, right on the City Government Hang Lung Plaza, with direct subway access. This makes it a central location in Shenyang, convenient for getting anywhere. The rooms are still very new, and the mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast meets the standard of a five-star international hotel, with excellent Western and Chinese options. They even have croissants kept warm in an oven and delicious fried cakes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, the lounge offers dinner, including eight hot dishes and main courses, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and sushi. There's a chef preparing fresh noodles on the spot. They also have simple desserts (the same as those offered at the Wenguan buffet) and beverages. The quality is really impressive. If you're not factoring in value for money, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

YYoushengdiantaiFinding the right hotel in Shenyang is so important! This time, I chose the Swissôtel by Accor, right by Qingnian Park metro station. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. For around 500 RMB, it even offers a swimming pool. The best feature of the room is definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a fantastic city view of the TV Tower. The cityscape is really impressive, though I regret not taking night photos as I was out exploring. The room is also quite spacious, comes with a bathtub for relaxing, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a birthday treat even though I checked in on my birthday.

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

With two subway lines downstairs, getting around is a breeze; it's just six stops from Shenyang Station. Overall, it was a great stay. The front desk staff greeted us with smiles during check-in, and the duty manager proactively added me on WeChat, ensuring any issues during our stay were promptly communicated and resolved – very efficient. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes, with plenty of choices and good flavors. Our room featured a separate wet and dry bathroom, and the marble countertops gave it a luxurious and grand feel. I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I'm in the area.

The mattress is very soft and comfortable. The hot water in the room comes quickly. The things are relatively complete. The service attitude is good. Check-in is fast. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The places to eat nearby are also convenient. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home. I am looking forward to staying here next time.
