This hotel offers incredible value for money! The service is warm and attentive, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. Even food deliveries can be brought right to your room. They really pay attention to the details, and I highly recommend it to friends. The room has a fully integrated smart assistant (Xiao Du), and it's close to the subway station, making getting around a breeze. Definitely worth recommending! The WiFi was consistently fast throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, and the overall environment was comfortable. I highly recommend it to any traveler.

Wu Hwee JooThe hotel room big & clean. The location is only about 5 to 8 minutes by car. The hotel offer free shuttle service to send us to the airport. The only weak point is the hotel nearby do not have any restaurants. Need to walk about 15 minutes to the small eatery shop which we did not eat dinner there. In the end, we walk back to the hotel & ask the hotel staff to order food delivery for us. The hotel staffs are friendly & helpful. Highly recommended if u are taking an early flight & need to reach the shenyang airport early. This is a good one to stay.

Guest UserThe room was excellent, no complaints there. The only downside was the construction site outside the window. The hotel's location is fantastic, though. It's just a stone's throw from Shenyang North Station, making train travel incredibly convenient. For my afternoon train, the hotel even offered a buffet lunch (pretty similar to breakfast, but filling and clean). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Anonymous UserOverall, I'm very satisfied with the room. It's on a high floor with a great view. The front desk staff, Clara, Stone, Peter, and Vivan, all provided excellent and professional service. The other departments also maintained a high standard. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. It has comprehensive facilities, with a shopping mall right downstairs and close proximity to various attractions. It offers excellent value for money.

The hotel room size was decent, but there wasn't even a small sofa. Before showering, my partner and I had to sit uncomfortably on two separate chairs, with no other place to relax.
The pool was terrible – tiny and murky.
The hairdryer was incredibly noisy and ineffective; I'd recommend bringing your own if you need one.
What was both annoying and laughable was the mini-bar setup: four bottles of Pure Water Joy on the left with no price tags, two Voss bottles on the right, each with a price tag of 28. Inside the fridge were several bottles of Pepsi, 7-Up, and Watson's soda water, none of which had price tags. So, of course, after checking out, I received a persistent call chasing me for the soda water cost, insisting they had labels. They also mentioned a pack of Oreo cookies in the fridge that also had no price tag. This isn't my first stay at a Marriott property, but this was by far the worst experience, no exceptions! It was also one of the two worst experiences during my trip to Shenyang. I will not be returning.
The only redeeming factor was the room service attendant – thank you!

Bianselong9196I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions.
The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi.
The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy.
Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying.
Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

Posted on Aug 3, 2026|Boutique Villa - Standard Room with Double Bed (Outdoor Hot Spring)
Guest UserThe hotel's online advertising built up too much anticipation, leading to a significant gap between expectation and reality. I arrived at 10:30 PM, and the lobby was completely dark. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the shower drainage was poor; water flowed from the shower enclosure directly into the toilet area. Since it was late and I was only staying one night, I didn't bother calling for service. The vanity area was also uncomfortably close to the bed with no privacy screen. As for the hot spring area, the water activities were fun and my child enjoyed them. However, the scrubbing area and lounge were very mediocre. If you're looking for a good scrubbing experience, I'd advise against it. There wasn't even any water available to drink in the scrubbing area. I finally found some hot water in the main hall, but the air conditioning wasn't sufficient, so I was constantly sweating. Free drinking water wasn't readily available everywhere. The dinner voucher from Ctrip was useless since I arrived so late. When I asked if I could use it the next day, I was told no, it was only valid for the same day – what's the point of giving it then? Overall, the indoor areas felt dim and disorganized, while the outdoor areas were clean, tidy, and interesting.

Guest User5/5 Location wise, you couldn't find a more perfect homestay. Literally built within the walls of the Shenyang palace, an easy 5 minute walk down the main street to the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Huaiyuanmen station just outside the palace walls. The room was immaculate with brand new furnishing as the hotel seems to be newly renovated with an Art Deco vibe. For the price you couldn't ask for any more.
An absolute joy to stay at, the front desk service was immensely helpful with advice and even offered to wash and dry my clothes upon request on the first night. Couldn't be happier and will return, thank you so much!

hyacinthydzhThe hotel is in a great location on Shenyang Middle Street, offering a view of the Imperial Palace, though the windows were a bit dirty. The 1.8m and 1.2m beds can be combined, which is perfect for a family of four. The parking lot is in the building and quite a distance from the hotel entrance; you can't access the hotel directly from the underground parking. The hotel breakfast was decent, and they offer freshly ground coffee.

Guest UserThis stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a parking lot with many parking spaces, parking is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, with great attention to detail. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and their service attitude is excellent. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy. I must give this hotel a big thumbs up! Will choose here next time.
