"Room clean. Best plushies on mattress top. Feels luxurious sleeping in the bed. Standard bottled water, towel, coffee tea sachets. Clean room but we cannot control room temperature. However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food."

"The room was new, so there was a slight smell of renovation, but it wasn't overpowering. The twin beds, at 1.35m each, were great for families with children. The gym was fantastic with a full range of equipment. As for breakfast, it was just okay for the price; the freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice was good, and the noodles were decent, but everything else was pretty standard. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Since I visited during an off-peak time, there was plenty of parking available. I used to only stay in international chain five-star hotels, but if you plan on eating out every day and breakfast isn't a big deal, this hotel is a solid option."

"This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we walked in, the concierge immediately came over to help with our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was super fast, and the staff were incredibly enthusiastic. They even thoughtfully gave us tips for exploring the area and upgraded us to a higher floor room for free! The room was spotlessly clean with no strange smells, and the bedding was fluffy and soft. All the bathroom facilities were brand new. The public areas were also consistently maintained by staff, making the whole place feel very pleasant to walk around. During our stay, any request to the front desk was met with a super quick response. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises, and the value for money was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit this area, and I've already recommended it to friends who are planning a trip here."

"This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!"

"This is a 4-star hotel brand under Shangri-La, located right next to Shenyang's famous Taiyuan Street. You can access Taiyuan Street directly from a side entrance, and there are many restaurants and great transport links nearby. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I encountered had a genuine smile, and all interactions were incredibly natural and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel has been around for many years; it used to be the Shenyang Business Hotel. So, while the facilities have a historical feel and are a bit old, they are definitely not dilapidated. Everything is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. From the room, you can see the bustling cityscape of Shenyang. Although it's a Shangri-La brand, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

"This time, I was traveling with my parents and my child. Since my little one wasn't feeling well, I really needed a great hotel, and this one truly didn't disappoint. The room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful night view outside the window. Everyone in the family praised my choice. My dad stood there, cup of tea in hand, for quite a while, saying, 'Looking at these lights just brightens my mood.' My child was glued to the window, gazing into the distance, and asked if it was a lighthouse. The hotel is only three or four minutes from the bus station, which was great since my parents walk a bit slower – no worries about rushing for our bus. In the mornings, I'd take my child for a stroll in the small park downstairs, and then we'd come back just in time for breakfast. They had hot congee and mini steamed buns, which my parents loved, and my child enjoyed the special kids' area with small cakes and yogurt. When it was time to check out, the front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Of all the places we've stayed on this trip, this hotel was truly a hit with the whole family."

Seeing Shenyang's sights from this hotel is easy with Shenyang Youyi Shidai Square, Shenyang New World EXPO and Shenyang Ocean Exploration Center all close by. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. This Shenyang hotel features parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling on business.

"This is our second time staying in a children's themed room this year, and we chose the Little Yellow Duck theme room at Hilton Shenyang. We were very pleased with the room's decor. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still quite new overall. The staff's service was enthusiastic, living up to Hilton's quality standards. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of K11. My suggestions would be to upgrade the TV and add a phone holder next to the bathtub. It would also be great if the breakfast selection could be more diverse, as it currently feels quite similar to a Hampton Inn."

You could honestly just show up without any pet gear and be perfectly fine. The hotel itself is brand new, and the location is fantastic, making it easy to get anywhere. The parking garage is spacious, and ordering takeout is a breeze – the delivery robot is incredibly fast (which was a huge plus!). Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. XXiarenjunThis was my first time in Shenyang, and for an important anniversary, I chose the Conrad as our base for a three-day, two-night stay. Here’s an objective review based on my actual experience: **Location:** The hotel is very close to both Beizhan (North Station) and Shenyang Station, about a ten-minute taxi ride. If you take the subway, it’s just one transfer, and you can reach Exit A of Renmin Square Station on Line 2 (which is the entrance to MixC Hang Lung Plaza) in about 30 minutes. From the first floor of Hang Lung Plaza, there's a glass automatic door that connects directly to the hotel's first floor. Regarding Hang Lung Plaza, I won't comment on the shopping as I didn't explore it much. However, it’s very convenient to take the escalator down to the basement for a meal, grab some snacks at the supermarket/convenience store, play Taiko or Maimai at the arcade on the basement level, or sing karaoke at Mei KTV on the third floor accessible by a scenic elevator. This definitely adds to the convenience of staying at the Conrad. **Service:** * **Pre-Stay Service:** I didn't receive any pre-arrival calls or contact, which is usually standard for five-star hotels. It made me think, 'Hmm?' a little, but it wasn't a major issue. During check-in, the front desk informed me that our room was still being prepared but offered a complimentary upgrade to a smoking room so we wouldn't have to wait. I accepted the kind offer and was relieved that the smoke smell in the room wasn't very noticeable. * **During-Stay Service:** On the first night, I wanted to take a bath, but the bathtub took nearly two hours to fill, only reaching the depth shown in the photo. After half an hour, I thought it was just because the tub was large and filling slowly, but when it was still the same after more than an hour, I suspected the drain wasn't sealing properly. However, it was quite late, and I didn't want to bother the hotel staff with repairs at that hour, especially since we’d already received an upgrade. It felt like that 'don't ask for a bicycle when you've been given a watch' kind of awkwardness. So, the next morning, I called housekeeping to ask if someone could check it while we were out in the afternoon. When we returned the next evening, the first thing I did was fill the tub, and seeing the water successfully rise made me so happy! I could finally take a bath! I'm grateful to the staff for solving the problem on time. Later that night, we went to the executive lounge on the 83rd floor for the evening light meal. The food was excellent, and they were proactive in asking about our needs. Special thanks to Cloris, Luna, and Rachel for their warm service. **Facilities:** As mentioned above, the room was generally in good condition. There were a few areas that showed some wear or minor human-made stains, but nothing major. Honestly, you don't really use or even touch every single part of a suite; it's always just a few key areas. The bathtub issue might have been a 'historical problem' left by a previous guest, but at least I got it resolved. This does, however, suggest that there's room for improvement in terms of facility maintenance and even upgrades. **Dining:** The executive lounge's food has already been mentioned, so I won't repeat it. For breakfast, I went at 8 AM and 9 AM on the two different days. As expected, it was less crowded earlier. You swipe your room card, then an attendant guides you to an empty table and asks if you'd like coffee or tea. Overall, breakfast was quite good, offering most of the varieties you'd expect from a typical five-star hotel. **Final Thoughts:** One minor point of annoyance was the hotel's elevators. Many guests have mentioned the hassle of having to transfer elevators on the 88th floor to get from the hotel entrance to their room. Personally, I think the waiting time for the elevators is more frustrating than the transfer itself. From the 88th-floor lobby to the rooms on lower floors, there are four elevators. Without judging whether that's too many or too few, objectively speaking, every time I waited for an elevator from my room floor to the 88th floor, or from the 88th to my room, it always took over a minute. There was never a time when an elevator arrived within thirty or forty-five seconds of pressing the button. And often, when the elevator did arrive, it was empty. Perhaps it was because I stayed on a weekend and the hotel had an event? The above only represents my personal experience during this stay.

GGuest UserFirst, let's talk about transportation. You can take a taxi or drive there. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from the city center. If you drive, hotel guests get free parking, which you can arrange at the front desk. Next, the environment. The environment is lovely. The entire resort is well laid out, with lush greenery, and I even saw many white doves. From the main lobby, if you're heading to the Breeze Restaurant (where the breakfast buffet is served), there's a complimentary shuttle cart available (takes about 3-5 minutes). Of course, taking a stroll through the villa area is also a great option. Now, about the service. The service was excellent. The taxi drop-off point is at the main entrance of the hot spring area, and you'll need to walk (about 3 minutes) to the main lobby to check in. The check-in process was very fast; I checked in around 2 PM and could go straight to my room. Upon check-in, you're assigned a butler who will add you on WeChat and send useful information about the resort, such as Wi-Fi details, hot spring hours, and breakfast buffet times. The butler also helps escort you to your room and carries your luggage, and even gave me a voucher for a fish spa treatment at the hot springs (one voucher is good for two people, usually costing 30 per person). Finally, some other points. 1. The hotel has two accommodation areas. One is on the 5th floor of the hot spring building. The advantage here is that it's very close to the hot springs, and you don't need to go outside. If your window faces the villa area, you get a panoramic view of the villas, with great greenery and views, and the price is more affordable. The other area is the villa section, which is closer to the breakfast buffet and offers rooms with private hot spring pools. 2. The breakfast buffet at Breeze Restaurant is from 7 AM to 10:30 AM (no food replenished after 10 AM). The breakfast selection is very rich, with a variety of Chinese, Cantonese, and Western options, and the taste is also good. 3. Guests staying at the hotel receive two hot spring tickets per room, for two separate visits. The first visit can be used on the day of check-in until 12 AM. The second visit is if you check out before 10 AM the next day, you can use the tickets until 6 PM. The tickets are linked to the ID cards used for check-in, so anyone planning to go to the hot springs needs to register their ID at check-in. A 500 deposit is required at check-in. Any consumption in the hot spring area can be charged to this deposit, or paid separately. The deposit refund upon checkout was very quick. 4. I booked a room on the 5th floor of the hot spring building. The room provides plastic slippers for the hot spring (anti-slip); there are no other disposable slippers. The wet and dry areas are separate, and disposable toilet seat covers and toiletries are provided. Although it's in the hot spring building, I didn't find it noisy at all.

SSeonghyeonIt was totally nice hostel for me. Rest room in the each room was incredible. Host were very kind and easy-going people. Location was very center of the Shenyang representative street. Nearby, there were many restaurants and supermarket. it also connected to imperial palace where I’ve been many times back and forth in short period. So, location was perfect for me. You can find this hostel when you find the huge rocked door. As well as, it was clean and bright. When you close the window you can hear nothing about outside sound noise, but also when you open the window you can feel the fresh wind. This hostel offer breakfast amazingly. Thus, everything was nice and good, perfect. I can’t wait to visit here again for the next time.

GGuest UserWhat a surprise, I booked it for one day at first, fearing it would be uncomfortable. I didn't expect the boss and the front desk service to be so good. So I booked another day. The air conditioner in the middle room was broken, so the boss took the initiative to change the room. The cleaning lady was as warm and welcoming as a family member. She took such good care of our family that we felt embarrassed. The hotel is not far from anywhere and has its own parking lot. I had a great time staying in Shenyang this time. Thank you to all the hotel staff and thank you for your service.
