3-Star Hotels in Shenyang

The room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

I chose this hotel for a business trip combined with a vacation. Upon arrival, the front desk proactively helped with my luggage, and check-in was quick. The first thing I checked in the room was the cleanliness – no dust in the corners, the toilet was dry, and the bed was neatly made, ensuring a good night's sleep. The next day, I tried the breakfast; the hot food was made to order, and the coffee was smooth. In the daytime, the pool was not crowded and the water was clear, and the resting area was quiet. Being close to the subway meant I didn't miss any appointments. After a few days, both the stay and the food were consistently good; no unpleasant surprises. I'll remember to come back next time. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, very close to nearby attractions, and convenient for taxis and public transport. The hotel environment is elegant, public areas are meticulously maintained and well-arranged, amenities are comprehensive, and hygiene is spot on. The bed's firmness was just right.

Five-star review! The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service is incredibly attentive, and the room is spacious and bright. The mattress is super comfortable for a great night's sleep. It's conveniently located near attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff are polite and always on hand to help with any issues. The facilities are comprehensive, and the soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay without any disturbances. It offers fantastic value for money, a perfect stay experience, and is definitely worth returning to!

Came for a concert, and the hotel was very close by. They even prepared a goodie bag with fruits and popsicles for us, which was a nice touch! The internet was fast and stable, hot water was available 24/7, and it's a standalone property. The front desk staff were efficient and professional.

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it still maintains its high standards. Even after some time, the cleanliness and service haven't slipped. The room was tidy with no strange odors, the facilities were in good working order, and the bedding was still soft and comfortable. The front desk even remembered me as a repeat guest, and their service was thoughtful and attentive. The location is still a major advantage, making getting around very easy. The hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and the overall value for money remains excellent. I've been very satisfied with all my stays, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to this city.

No windows, I was cooped up in a stuffy, enclosed space for two days. They said I could switch rooms for an extra 30 per night, then later offered 25 per night. We tried to process the refund and payment twice, but it never went through. It was truly unprofessional. The lack of a window in the room was also vaguely mentioned during booking. Such a crucial issue like having no window should be clearly stated, not just vaguely implied as 'might not have a window.' And in the windowless room, the air conditioning blew out a musty smell – just imagine that... Everything else was great though; breakfast was quite varied, and the location was excellent for getting around.

The service at Magnolia Hotel is truly outstanding! I arrived late at night from Xiamen, and the front desk staff was still incredibly warm and attentive. They even upgraded our room for free, which immediately left a great impression. There was only one chair in the room initially, but after a quick call to the front desk, they promptly brought another one – their response time was super efficient! When my husband injured his leg and we needed a late check-out, we asked about the extra cost, but they extended it for free. Their service attitude was consistently excellent. I first stayed here 20 years ago when the hotel just opened, and even then, I had a great experience and recommended it to many friends. This stay has only reaffirmed its quality. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff!

I boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
