The room is very clean, not crowded, with a collection of patterns and style. The windows are large and the view is good. There is a children's playground on the first floor of Building 2, which the children like. The breakfast is rich. Bird watching and scenic spot tickets are given, which is very cost-effective. Bird watching is worth going. The scenic spot rocking boat is worth a ride, 30 yuan/person. There are few people on the rainy Dragon Boat Festival, which is not bad. The hotel staff is enthusiastic. 🅿️ The parking lot is large and there is no parking fee. I will choose to stay in Manxinfu next time. Thank you for the careful and meticulous service of the hotel staff this time. Check-in to enjoy a gift: free breakfast Shajiabang ticket: free

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The environment was serene and the place was spotless, making it perfect for a family vacation with kids. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was a great bonus; the photographer was incredibly nice. We'll definitely be back!

The Lamborghini Hotel Suzhou Jinji Lake boasts an excellent location. It's incredibly convenient to step out and find dining and shopping options at the Gate to the East. The two restaurants within the hotel are also fantastic, and the service is top-notch. A special shout-out to Liu Qian, the lovely manager at the front desk. She's incredibly gentle and kind, and handles things with meticulous care and responsibility. We even saw her diligently working during afternoon tea, which is truly commendable! Also, Zhao Jianping, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our room, was exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel very happy. The hotel's overall management is strict and well-regulated, ensuring a fantastic vacation experience! Definitely worth returning to multiple times!

We were very happy with our stay this time. Since the hotel is located in the old town, our car couldn't drive directly to the entrance. The hotel staff went above and beyond, providing detailed instructions for parking and even sending someone to the parking lot to help us with our luggage, which was incredibly thoughtful. After checking in, they also offered a complimentary travel photography service. The hotel's cafe is also beautiful, and the coffee tastes great. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend!

The room had so much character, you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into every detail. The service was also incredibly attentive; the owner tried their best to accommodate all our requests. Highly recommend! And since it wasn't peak season, the room rate was quite reasonable too.

Hotel Indigo SUZHOU GRAND CANAL by IHG

This hotel has the highest concentration of 'xiaojiejie' (young women, often with a hint of being escorts) I've ever seen. If you sit in the lobby bar for about half an hour starting at 2 PM, you can pretty much figure out what kind of 'xiaojiejie' the 'big brothers' from Suzhou are taking out these days. And if you go around 1 AM, you'll get an even clearer picture. The next day, when I went swimming, there were a bunch of 'xiaojiejie' with great figures, scantily clad, posing for photos, making it impossible to actually photograph the pool. Right next door is Huaihai Street. I went there at 11 PM to eat soba noodles and saw a lot of 'love' being delivered to people's doors. There were also some 'xiaojiejie' walking arm-in-arm with Japanese older men back to the hotel. And some who were drunk, clinging to men and shouting loudly. When I went downstairs in the middle of the night, I saw a giant cockroach in the mist and felt a bit helpless, worrying it would suddenly turn into a defense tower and shoot a fireball or lightning, destroying the Indigo. Downstairs, there's also a now-rare Jiyue car. I vaguely remember that the Jiyue exhibition area used to be right downstairs from the Indigo, in the mall. I suggest the hotel cancels the welcome fruit service. Most people generally find it inconvenient, especially in this kind of hotel. The hotel offered me many courtesies beyond normal expectations to compensate for some inconveniences I experienced, but I declined them all. So, I'll just give it a normal rating. The facilities are a bit old, but breakfast is good. The perfume in the elevator is too strong, but everything else is pretty good.

I chose this garden hotel through a Trip.com 'One City, One Room' event, and my overall stay far exceeded expectations. We happened to be traveling during a typhoon, and although I had booked a courtyard room, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded us to a lake-view room free of charge, considering the safety of children playing in the courtyard during strong winds. This attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming. The frog-themed room card, full of childlike fun, was a huge hit with my kids; they eagerly used it to enter and exit every day. The hotel boasts an elegant Suzhou-style garden layout. With fewer guests due to the typhoon, the environment was serene, and the pool was largely uncrowded, creating a wonderfully relaxing vacation atmosphere. The entire staff was service-oriented; everyone we encountered greeted us warmly. The Chinese restaurant served authentic and delicious dishes. While enjoying afternoon tea at the lobby bar, the staff patiently chatted and interacted with my children, even thoughtfully providing orange juice and ice cream. My kids had a blast throughout. A special thanks goes to our butler, Molly, who planned our room allocation in advance, proactively booked hotel activities for the children, and even gifted us a bottle of red wine – her service was meticulous and attentive throughout our stay. The only slight drawback was that the outdoor pool was closed due to the weather, leaving a minor regret, but I will definitely return when I have the chance! Highly recommended for families with children.

As other online reviews mentioned, don't expect much from the service here. 1. Usually, hotels have a butler escort you to your room and explain things, or at least wait at the door. On our check-in day, we arrived at our room to find the door open. A staff member in plain clothes suddenly emerged from the room, startling us. But that's a minor detail. 2. The public hot spring (gongtang) operating hours are 8:00 AM to 10:30 PM. However, when we went at 9:30 PM, after showering, ready to soak, we were told the 'golden' spring (jintang) was already being cleaned and we couldn't use it. Why couldn't anyone warn us when we entered or while we were showering? They started cleaning a full hour before closing, and there were 3-4 other guests in the women's bath at the time; everyone just looked at each other in disbelief. 3. On Tuesday, before checking out, I wanted to have one last soak, so I woke up early. But when I entered the women's changing room, all the lights were off (the locker access card still worked, so the access control wasn't off, and there were no 'closed' signs at the entrance). I had to call the front desk myself to find out it was closed on Tuesdays. No one mentioned this to us during check-in or at any other time, and it wasn't in the check-in guide. So, we woke up early for nothing. The front desk said it was mentioned on Ctrip (it was, but in tiny font about seven or eight pages down). There were also no compensation measures. When we checked out, there were even other guests who had driven over specifically for the hot springs, only to be told it was closed that day. They also made a wasted trip, so the unclear signage is definitely not an isolated incident. Other than that, the value for money is quite good, and the private hot spring (sitang) fees are reasonable, though the private springs only offer the 'silver' spring (yintang).

Suzhou Lim · Orange Bay Lake View Homestay

9.3/10
Very Good

A hotel with a sense of design. The overall hotel is like the name of Orange Bay. The location is the only way to Xishan Island. The loft is set. The room is clean as a whole. The window is facing Taihu Lake. The bridge is on the edge. There are many friends, so it is slightly noisy at night. The smell of washing is very good. The balcony is very good to watch the sunset in the afternoon, but the sun is relatively strong during the day, no curtains are drawn, the light reflection is on the lake, you can blind your eyes, and the loft floor height is because the bed is on the second floor, the air conditioner can't blow into the second floor, so the temperature difference on the first floor and the second floor is very large, the second floor is very hot, the first floor is very cold, In addition, the hotel has an extra restaurant and coffee shop. Many people come to take pictures and punch in. If you stay in each room, you will send 2 free heart drink coupons. Oh yes, it is also pet friendly. Overall, it is very satisfactory. There is also a need to remind you that entering the hotel is a one-way bridge. If you drive to Xishan Island to play back, you have to turn around.

Stayed for two nights with my daughter for a concert. The hotel was excellent, right near Suzhou Center. The service was fantastic – they even noticed our gym clothes hanging to dry and brought over a drying rack, then helped us hang them up! The breakfast spread was very rich, and the afternoon tea and happy hour offerings at the executive lounge were exquisite. The gym and pool on the 27th floor offer great views. All in all, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.
