Urumqi Hotels with Bars

My stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

The hotel is very close to the high-speed train station. Although the area nearby is still under construction, it's not noisy. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors, and the room decor is really cute. The laundry room and gym equipment are in the same space, so you can wash and dry your clothes while you work out. The staff are all great and try their best to help with anything you need. I've been to Urumqi twice, and both times I stayed at a Wanda hotel – not the exact same one, but the service has always been top-notch.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

Definitely on the posh side, and the service was very good. Felt upscale without being over the top. What really stood out was the location there's a convenience store right next door, plus a whole shopping mall attached, and Chagee is in the same complex. Made everything super convenient. Solid stay.

This Yihua and Meihua are in the same building. Meihua occupies the lower floors, while Yihua is on the upper floors. The lobby check-in is separate for each. Location: It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport and also about 20 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, which is quite convenient. Service: They called us before check-in and met most of our requests, which was great. Parking: You can enter and exit the underground parking garage for free by entering your license plate. Facilities: The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers. The gym is well-equipped with two treadmills, one elliptical, dumbbells, a power rack, and more – totally sufficient.

First of all, the hotel's airport shuttle service was great, but I really want to complain about the soundproofing. I could hear the neighbors showering and using water very clearly, and I could also hear them walking in the hallway. At 3 AM, I could hear the guests coming back to wash up next door – it was insane! It was so noisy. I didn't sleep well at all last night.

Service: For check in on trip, it says to call a day in advance. I tried this, but the person who answered couldn't speak English. It was not a problem, because I then messaged on the online chat. That was perfectly fine and they responded very quickly. I'd say if you don't speak Chinese, just message online. The front desk staff were super helpful when I was there, and quick to use a translator so we could communicate well. Amenities: I did some washing, laundry detergent cost ¥10 I think, and again the staff were very helpful, finding as many hangers as I needed to dry my clothes. Location: The environment was so peaceful, the lobby was a nice air-conditioned place to hang out. The outside grass area was so lovely, with little lavender and rose plants and chairs to sit outside. There is also a bar across the courtyard, and a coffee shop. The area is a bit far out of the city, but it is right near the metro, lots of local shops, and a mall with some big chain stores. Things to consider: I stayed in the single room attached to the women's dorm. It was so handy to have my own space for a very reasonable price. However, the single room itself does not have its own air-conditioning. The women's dorm does, so to cool the room down, I would just keep the door between open for a bit. Still, it was never as cold as the dorm room because it went up to 40°c outside when I was there, and I preferred to keep the door locked when I went out to keep my belongings safe. The single room does have a fan and a window, so you can get some airflow through there. Overall, it was fine, just be aware if you are travelling during the summer. (Also one suggestion I would have is to put a mirror in the room, so you can get ready in there). The only other issue was no soap for washing hands in the dorm bathroom, although there was shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower. Cat: The cat was so cute! 🐈

The hotel is right next to the park, which makes it super convenient for a morning run. The complimentary swimming pool is part of a third-party gym located at the south end of the park. It's a 40-meter pool. The lanes are a bit narrower than standard, but for a free amenity, I can't complain, and it's definitely better than the typical small pools you find at most hotels. In the mornings, the park has a great jogging atmosphere, with lots of people exercising and even a breakfast market, which is quite interesting. The hotel's breakfast overall is just okay, but the beef noodles are incredibly fragrant! As you can see in the picture, three of us had five bowls – those noodles definitely get a thumbs-up!

This is my first time staying in this hotel. Although it is in the north of the city, the hotel's decoration is not inferior to hotels in the city center. The front desk service was very good when checking in, the introduction was very comprehensive and patient. The room was well soundproofed, and a fruit plate was given to us shortly after we checked in, which was very thoughtful. The lady on the floor greeted me with a smile. It can be seen that this hotel attaches great importance to service. Parking is free during the stay, and the basement is great! Recommend this hotel.

Linyi and Yuan Shuxin filmed the same homestay for TV dramas. The rooms are very clean and the decoration is very new. It is a smart toilet. The most important thing is that the atmosphere of the homestay is very good. You don’t have to be afraid of not having a partner. The homestay can also cook. You can also cook if you don’t cook. There is a cafe bistro in the yard. I wake up every day and have a cup of coffee to go skiing. It is very pleasant to go back to ski and have a little wine to sleep. It is very close to the snow field. The boss will drive and pick up and drop off. I want to travel around and take pictures. The boss will also send it. The boss is very good. We will play cards for a few people, not bored at all, next time we come to Xinjiang, we will still live here.
