GGuest UserThe room is big and clean. The service staff took the initiative to upgrade our room. The service attitude is good. The bathroom is spacious, the shower water is strong, the location is very convenient, and it is very quiet at night. I stayed for one night and the experience was great. It was a good choice.

MMark NMy family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

GGuest UserThis established five-star hotel chain is truly reliable, offering excellent quality and meticulous attention to detail. Our butler, Lauren, messaged us on WeChat in advance to confirm our arrival time and ensured our room was ready. Upon entering, we found the air purifier already running. The mini-bar even featured complimentary frozen pear juice, which is worth a try. The beef bone soup and corn noodles for breakfast were delicious! The TV allows for direct screen casting, and food deliveries are conveniently brought directly to the room by a robot. Very handy!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent, and the facilities were very complete. The hygiene was clean and tidy, and the environment was especially good. The location is super convenient, right at the subway exit downstairs, making it easy to get around. It's also very close to the zoological and botanical garden and the Guilin Road night market. The hotel breakfast was particularly rich and plentiful.

GGuest UserI booked the Herun Art Hotel in advance through Ctrip. I contacted the hotel by phone before arriving. Because we were traveling with elderly family members, they assigned us a quieter room. The hotel has parking, a wide variety of breakfast options, and provides late-night snacks and bath amenities. The hotel's cooked meals were also excellent; I took some to-go to the air show, and they were delicious. I especially want to thank the front desk manager, Han Chunli, for his responsiveness and thoughtful service over the past two days. It was truly a home away from home. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Changchun.

MMilaChinaSecond time I'm staying here and got the room upgrade to the bigger one with the warm toilet seat and spacious bathroom, felt like a 4 star to be honest, the way how clean it was and large windows.
Beautiful desk, very cozy and inspirational for working, city looks also lovely, sound of the city from the window, I like that.
Slippers are warm and you get a small body lotion, so cute and a very strong tea.
Beds on the soft side but very nice.
Will come back.
Stayed in the same hotel chain in Sh and it was not this spacious as here

LLoud_SpeakerPros:
- Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around
- Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun
- Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb
- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is a heritage building built in 1907 and has a manchuko decor. The basic amenities were there but there could be improvements. For example, there is no floor heating and the beds were a but hard. The washing machine was also located in another building and there were no lights so I had to use my phone torch. The hotel was also uncontactable prior to my stay. If I could communicate in advance, I would not have sent my parcels there. There were a lot of administrative work on handling returned parcels due to this.

MM52909****The overall environment of the resort is pretty good; it would probably be even better in the summer. The service is exceptional, with everyone paying great attention to detail. However, as a mom looking for a weekend getaway with my child, I found the activities to be just so-so. The snow activities themselves are free, so any amount of fun is a bonus. The hot springs, though, were really disappointing. There are only a few indoor pools, no high-temperature areas, and more importantly, they didn't feel like actual hot springs! 😦 The outdoor iron pot was impossible to use due to too much debris. From a value-for-money perspective, it's not the best choice for a weekend trip. And the kids' play area... sigh.
GGuest UserMy teenage daughter and I stayed at this hotel in a double room for 5 nights. We were impressed with the comfort of the beds, the breakfast and the service (although you will need to use a translation app if you do not speak Chinese). The breakfast was excellent in my opinion (wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, salads, soup noodles, fried eggs, friend noodles and rice), but there was also toast and jam. While they did not have any knives to spread the butter and jam, we were able to purchase one across the road at a small but decently stocked supermarket. The hotel is located within walking distance of a unique mall (The Hill), many restaurants, and a very professional place (Oudi) for foot and body massage. Although don't expect anything to be open for dinner on Chinese New Year's eve. There was a snowy view out the window, and we were glad to be able to open the window sometimes as well as the rooms were well heated. While the hotel is right opposite a bus stop, it was far from a metro stop, so expect to take taxis everywhere. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Changchun.
