The biggest advantage of the new store is that all the equipment is brand new, the room is bright and clean, and there is no need to worry about the old facilities. I like Atour's bed the most. I lie down for a day and decompress it. The sound insulation is also online. The front desk partners are gentle and check in is not delayed. The public area bamboo living atmosphere is very good, you can sit for a while in your free time. Self-service laundry is really a boon for long-distance travelers! A new store that pays attention to detail and is full of temperature, recommended to friends who want to come here.

My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. A hidden gem of a hotel, I highly recommend choosing this one when you're in Changchun – you won't regret it! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including tasty mini wontons and donuts. The fruits are also incredibly fresh. The location is super convenient, within walking distance of Guilin Road Night Market and the Zoological and Botanical Garden. Plus, the subway station is right across the street downstairs.

We are very happy with our stay. All the staff were very helpful especially our receptionist 小果，she arranged us free transport to airport and late checkout, also offered free use for the mini bar in fridge although we didn't use it but we are very appreciated her her offer. I would also like to mention the duty manager and her team was very helpful too , her and her colleagues helped us to take our laugages to the hotel mini bus, the journey to the airport was fast and smooth and the driver was very polite. There's so much good things I want to mention about including their cleaning team, including the cleaning supervisor and their team member孫娟，they were very attentive, they seen my glasses was on the table and she left me some cleaning wipes for my glasses. Their breakfast was so delicious and so many options too , including my favourite dim sum, the server 刘奎志was very friendly he can communicate with us in English too. The hotel itself is very large and have a fantastic gym and spa , there's also music restaurant and Japanese restaurant too. We will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we visit Changchun again and definitely recommend this outstanding hotel to everyone!

The room was clean and tidy, with a warm and comfortable layout and complete facilities. The host was enthusiastic and thoughtful, and the location was excellent, making it convenient for getting around. I had a very comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time!

Atour is as reliable as ever! The room is clean and tidy, the oversized desk is very suitable for business trips, the bedding is comfortable, and the quality of sleep is very good. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry + smart toilet, plus the experience. The environment is quiet, the decoration is simple and beautiful, the facilities are maintained in place, and the first choice for travel.

Pros: - Great location with access to many small convenience stores and restaurants around - Hotel is housed within one of the highest building in Changchun - Breakfast selection was great and service of staff there was superb - Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city - Room size was big despite having a small window space - Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries) - About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54 Cons: - Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area - Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep - To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets Overall (Summary) - Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Cheers

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The front desk staff, particularly Bouncy, was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive to all requests. I highly recommend asking for Bouncy when you visit. The location is convenient, making getting around a breeze. It's excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

This is a renovated hotel, converted from an old one. The photos look great, but in reality, the decor and environment inside the scenic area still strongly reflect the old, dated renovation. The hotel itself, including the elevator, is quite old. The elevator and hotel share space with other apartments and office buildings, so I really don't recommend the facilities. However, the cleanliness was decent. Some of the staff lacked emotional intelligence, though the staff on our last day, when we were checking out, were particularly friendly. This is my honest experience.

Traveling to Changchun with my child, I booked this hotel with a long history. The location is incredibly convenient; it's about a 5-minute walk to Changchun Station, and taking a taxi to major attractions is also very quick. Although the hotel's interior facilities aren't new, the service is excellent. Front desk attendant number three was warm and kind, even preparing a small gift for my child. It would be even better if the cleanliness was a bit more thorough. The soundproofing at night was also very good, and the most surprising thing was that this was my first time staying in a room with a window in the bathroom – both the bathroom and the room were spacious and bright. The breakfast had a rich variety, including local Changchun specialties. The reception area on the first floor is well-equipped. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Changchun! 👍
