Especially including a millet sea cucumber, really high-end treatment. When we checked out, before we arrived at the counter, the lobby manager accurately reported our room number. "I'm finally getting around to writing this review for our fifth night's stay, now that I'm back home. I booked the room at 8 PM that evening. Surprisingly, unlike previous stays, there were still options available even at 10 PM. I was also fortunate enough to snag the hotel's very last room. Otherwise, finding another place to stay for my last night in Rushan would have been quite a hassle. The front desk staff, a young man named Cang Er and his female colleague, seemed genuinely pleased that we managed to secure it. For the complimentary souvenir bag, my mom specifically requested one with a Capybara – I hope no one thinks she's silly! It was a pity, though, that my favorite mints weren't included among the snacks. This time, only an executive king room was available. I still requested a room on the 9th floor in my booking notes. The room felt slightly larger than the business room. While there was a pillar inside, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. Despite staying for several nights, I never had the chance to try the breakfast. Perhaps next time! The clothes dryer was in high demand, understandable given the hot weather which necessitated frequent laundry. The quick-dry option worked perfectly. The little note they left was also a very thoughtful touch. Over several check-ins and check-outs, I've only encountered a handful of front desk staff, and they've all been wonderfully considerate. Even when checking out at 5 AM, they were all at their posts and very responsible. My sincere thanks!"

Moreover, the breakfast restaurant is very small, and there is almost no place to walk after the table is set. When there are many people, it will be very inconvenient to take food. Most of the floors in the restaurant are clean, but there are dead corners for hygiene. In addition, the hotel staff also eat in the breakfast restaurant, chat with each other, and there is almost no service. Here are some suggestions for the hotel on breakfast: 1. It is better to change the breakfast restaurant to a larger room 2. There should be service staff in hotel uniforms during breakfast 3. Employees should have independent dining space. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also very good. The municipal government is just northwest of the hotel. Go south along Fuqian Street (the main street south of the municipal government) to the commercial street, where there are many restaurants and comprehensive shopping malls. Go west along Shengli Street north of the hotel, and you will find Jiajiayue Shopping Plaza and a cinema not far away."

"東方酒店是乳山老牌酒店了，這二十來年出差乳山基本都住這裏。老的員工基本都認識了，待人比較親切熱情。近幾年來，周邊的國際酒店也翻新了部分房間，環境也好了，新的全季等酒店也開了，衹有東方一直不改善。房間比較老，廁所牆皮東一塊西一塊的脱落，捲紙雖然兩卷，永遠薄薄的一層。紙巾盒是一動就底部脱落款式，非常不方便。以前碰到的任何人員都主動打招呼，現在的人員除了前台的老員工外，其餘都死氣沉沉的！早餐入口的工作人員全程玩手機，沒啥迎賓可説，對了餐票是最主要的工作。早餐在三樓，餐票寫三樓，電梯寫四樓，沒有管的。"
