Rushan Hotels with Wifi

"I brought my children to Weihai during the summer vacation. I looked at the hotel and it was more expensive. Later, I thought that Rushan was also Weihai’s municipal-level city. It should not be too far away. I came to Rushan and chose this newly opened hotel. The front desk clerk service was very good. After staying at the hotel, the whole room was very dry. Net, very luxurious, originally set two nights today because of temporary things at 7:00 pm left this hotel, I thought that this money would not be refunded to us, I didn't expect to receive the customer service call of Trip.com at 8:05 to refund the money that I didn't live tonight to us. Often unexpectedly grateful, really good service hotel, next time you come, you must still live here. The facilities inside are really luxurious and very advanced."

"I have stayed at the hotel many times. The hotel is really good. It is located in the city center. There are food, drink and fun around. The room is clean and tidy. "The front desk design is quite odd. They say a smile welcomes guests, but here, the front desk literally turns its back on guests when they arrive. As for things I wasn't happy with, the cleaning staff in charge of linens (who probably have a water usage KPI) didn't rinse the large bath towels properly. If they're outsourced, the hotel should really look into it. The bath towels had a very strong smell of sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. Using towels like this long-term could irritate the skin and cause itching."

"I'm finally getting around to writing this review for our fifth night's stay, now that I'm back home. I booked the room at 8 PM that evening. Surprisingly, unlike previous stays, there were still options available even at 10 PM. I was also fortunate enough to snag the hotel's very last room. Otherwise, finding another place to stay for my last night in Rushan would have been quite a hassle. The front desk staff, a young man named Cang Er and his female colleague, seemed genuinely pleased that we managed to secure it. For the complimentary souvenir bag, my mom specifically requested one with a Capybara – I hope no one thinks she's silly! It was a pity, though, that my favorite mints weren't included among the snacks. This time, only an executive king room was available. I still requested a room on the 9th floor in my booking notes. The room felt slightly larger than the business room. While there was a pillar inside, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a very comfortable night's sleep. Despite staying for several nights, I never had the chance to try the breakfast. Perhaps next time! The clothes dryer was in high demand, understandable given the hot weather which necessitated frequent laundry. The quick-dry option worked perfectly. The little note they left was also a very thoughtful touch. Over several check-ins and check-outs, I've only encountered a handful of front desk staff, and they've all been wonderfully considerate. Even when checking out at 5 AM, they were all at their posts and very responsible. My sincere thanks!"

"前台服務挺不錯的，但是打掃衞生的阿姨跟我欠他八百萬似的，3.20説等20分鐘在打掃，他直接説我們下班了，扔了一個牙刷衞生紙兩瓶水就走了，我就給前台打電話，然後説得打掃衞生，因為前一天晚上吃的燒烤房間味道很大，然後阿姨進來我説打掃一下，他就甩臉子，總共就打掃了床前哪一點地方撿了一下垃圾然後拖了個地，還甩臉子…真無語，酒店第一天預訂，早上就續住了，不停的打電話，到了2點直接前台酷酷打電話，同時阿姨直接敲門來了一句你交錢了嗎？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？？離了個特朗普，無語至極"

"This was my first time in Rushan. I often travel for business and stay in hotels, so I usually book nearby hotels directly through Ctrip, starting with the highest-rated ones. I remember this hotel had a 5-star rating, and the price was within my budget, although breakfast wasn't included. Around 9 PM, before I had even checked in, the hotel front desk proactively called to ask what time I would be arriving and held my room for me. Later, they even upgraded my room for free. Overall, the stay was good, and the smart home features were very comfortable."

"The room was very clean and there was no sand at all! And very new, the room equipment is all smart, including the bathroom, very good no smell. The towels are disposable and very thick. (The used bath towels hung behind the bathroom door when entering the room for the first time) do not affect the praise at all.
