The room was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The water temperature was consistent, not fluctuating between hot and cold. Plus, the hotel is right in the city center, close to many attractions like the Yellow Crane Tower, the Art Museum, and the Yangtze River Bridge. My friend spilled some matcha milk tea on the sofa, which left a stain. We called the front desk, expecting to be charged for dry cleaning, but instead, a staff member came up with a towel and said not to let it bother us or affect our stay. Their service attitude was truly excellent.

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Chose to stay at the Manxin Hotel in Wuhan, and my overall experience was great! The bedding quality was amazing – the duvet cover was clean and odorless, and the bedding itself was soft and comfortable. The blackout curtains were fantastic, allowing me to sleep until I naturally woke up. The hotel's location is superb; it's within walking distance to the pedestrian street, making getting around incredibly convenient. The attention to detail is impressive, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend checking it out!

I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

AlyxPerkz provided excellent service, proactively upgrading my room. They also promptly resolved an issue with the bathtub at night. I was extremely satisfied with my stay, especially since I was traveling with my child for a US visa appointment and Wuhan was so hot that we mostly stayed at the hotel. We visited the swimming pool three times. I must commend the lifeguard who was on duty last night; he was incredibly kind to the children while we were swimming, playing games with them and watching them swim. As a parent, I felt completely at ease. Yesterday, I encountered a staff member in the hallway – unlike most hotels where they just offer a greeting, she quickly walked over and pressed the elevator button for me, which made me feel a bit embarrassed.

I like the architectural style of the hotel. The fragrance in the hotel is also very comfortable. The environment is very good and suitable for taking pictures. The room is also large and quiet. All the facilities are very smart. ZOE at the front desk also upgraded it for free. The cleaning aunties are also very nice. Very enthusiastic, highly recommended!

This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

No other hotel in Wuhan can beat the view of the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge from here. When it first opened in the 1980s, it was called Qingchuan Hotel and was the tallest building in Wuhan at the time. Even now, this view is unparalleled and well worth the price. Facilities: As a Holiday Inn under the InterContinental brand, it's already newer than many Holiday Inns in other cities. I heard some rooms have been renovated, so it's not like what Ctrip says (renovated in 2012). The rooms are very new. Hygiene: Excellent. Environment: The lobby of this hotel feels very comfortable. You can walk through the lobby and elevator area to get to the riverside. In spring, you can even see cherry blossoms around the Qingchuan Pavilion area, which is very beautiful. Service: Parking is free, but it's a bit inconvenient to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.
