Guest UserThis hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Overall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range.
The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient.
Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

AiyuzhengyidehuashenThe room was spacious and met all our basic needs. The executive lounge offered great views, and the light meals there were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was really good and varied, and the pool and gym facilities were excellent with convenient operating hours. My only minor complaint was finding a used tissue in the toilet when I first entered the room. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

Guest UserI stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

xufengyinThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! My last stay at a Ritz-Carlton was years ago at the Pudong location, and I understand this Wuhan branch is currently the newest Ritz-Carlton in China. We headed straight here after getting off the high-speed train and arrived in just half an hour. Since check-in is on the 46th floor, the concierge in the ground-floor lobby took our luggage, allowing us to go upstairs hands-free. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and every staff member we encountered was wonderfully friendly and welcoming. Our room, over 50 square meters, felt spacious enough for our family of three. The hardware and amenities are, as expected, top-notch – the Ritz-Carlton has been a leader in Chinese luxury hotels for a long time. What truly stands out is how perfectly everything is executed. My wife particularly loved the Diptyque Fig scented toiletries, and as a soap enthusiast, I was quite taken with the small bar soaps. Our stay was for three nights and four days. Breakfast was served in the Western restaurant on the 46th floor. The restaurant boasts high ceilings and offers a stunning 180-degree view of Wuhan city, with window seats providing a distant view of the Yangtze River. The food selection was incredibly rich and exquisite; I especially enjoyed the unlimited Spanish ham – good thing we only stayed three days, or I'd have gained a ton of weight! In the evenings, my daughter enjoyed the rooftop pool. The tranquil atmosphere made even just sitting on a lounge chair by this 'cloud-top' pool an extraordinary experience. This short holiday was made truly special by the Ritz-Carlton. It certainly lives up to its reputation as the city's premier luxury hotel. On our last day, after check-out, a staff member thoughtfully gave me our room card as a small souvenir. This, along with the little lobster lion plushie my daughter received, will be important mementos of our trip to Wuhan. I hope to stay here again. A huge thank you to every staff member here – you truly embody the 'Ladies and Gentlemen' of the Ritz-Carlton!

HutouhunaoThe room is very big, and it's very quiet at night. When you get up in the morning, you can go for a run around the courtyard. The manager Jason also gave me fruits. The environment is also very nice, and the breakfast is rich.

Jchen1This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

HaidanbuyaozhengjidanUpon entering the room, the unobstructed river view was breathtaking, especially at night. The first railway bridge of new China was right before my eyes. I made sure not to turn on the room lights immediately, so I could admire the illuminated Yellow Crane Tower on Snake Hill across the Yangtze River – truly dazzling and beautiful. Once the lights were on, the large cherry blossom painting in the room provided a warm and pleasant ambiance. It's a pity I didn't visit during cherry blossom season; I missed out on the spectacular cherry blossoms outside the restaurant window downstairs. The small rose garden at the entrance had a charming touch. I really admire whoever chose this location. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the doorman who helped open the car door, though a bit elderly, was very much a gentleman.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

We are from Wuhan and have stayed here before. This time we came here to relax for a day, eat some snacks, drink some coffee, bask in the sun, chat with friends, and interact with the animals on the farm. It was very pleasant. The environment was good all day. The attitude of the staff was relatively good, and it is worth recommending.
