GGuest UserI felt compelled to write this review on my way back because I was so impressed by the thoughtful service at this hotel. Even before we arrived, they proactively reached out to ask about our trip and offered recommendations, which left a great first impression for us first-time visitors to Wanfenglin. They even upgraded our room type, saving us the hassle of switching rooms later.
During our stay, their responses were always quick. When we couldn't find a taxi, the front desk staff helped us arrange a driver, which was a huge help during peak hours. And their homemade pan-fried tofu? Absolutely delicious!
The location is fantastic, right in Zhongnahui, making it super convenient to get around. There's even a sightseeing bus stop right outside, making it incredibly easy to get back to the hotel after exploring Wanfenglin. As for the room itself, it was spotless with a lovely view – I'd definitely recommend this place to friends.

LLiwoyangCame to Wanfenglin for a visit, and it was quite an experience!
**Facilities:** The whole courtyard is unique, small but exquisite, perfect for taking photos.
**Hygiene:** The room's cleanliness was pretty good. The room itself isn't large, but it has everything you need, full of character. I think we got a free upgrade, as the room type included a small balcony, and opening the window revealed a stunning view of the rape flower fields.
**Environment:** The only slight downside was the outdoor private hot spring; the water quality felt a bit average, with some bugs and floating debris.
**Service:** The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and helped with our luggage.

GGuest UserThe cave experience at Fengxi is palpable every moment of your stay. The customer service and every staff member go above and beyond. Here, you're greeted by mountains and Wanfeng Lake. You reside within a natural cave landscape, witnessing swallows returning to their nests, and enjoying the tranquility of the night. The comfortable bedding ensures a good night's sleep, and the meals are abundant and delicious (it must be challenging to transport ingredients up the mountain and cook such tasty dishes). Having also visited Fengxi Muyun (and stayed at Yuhuangding during Chinese New Year 2024), I can say that the cave offered a unique and peaceful experience, while Muyun was truly breathtaking, with better aesthetics and more attentive service. Xingyi is definitely worth a visit because of the wonderful experiences provided by the Fengxi series. A huge thank you to the cave for allowing us to witness the stunning views from Yuhuangding, and to Muyun for the excellent breakfast. Thank you so much; the hard work of the staff made our stay incredibly comfortable.

You can also go to the strawberry garden outside the hotel to pick and eat! This trip basically did not do a strategy, the main one is to do what you want, every day before going out, the boss will recommend delicious and fun according to our preferences, liberate the brain and liberate the hands, it is a lazy gospel. The luggage cart in the morning cannot be called, the restaurant does not have drinks (only the lobby bar has), the supplies are insufficient (the room has a brand new coffee machine without capsules), and the bar does not have a ready-made wine list (it's very interesting here. It is said that the hotel has hundreds of thousands of Cuban cigars and whiskeys, but there is no menu. The waiter called on the spot to get a wine list that is not like a four-in-one. The staff were warm and professional throughout, patiently guiding me during check-in and responding to my requests within 10 minutes, maintaining a consistently friendly and attentive attitude. The hotel's location is truly the ”gateway to Wanfenglin,” situated on Fenglin North Road, extremely close to the South Gate of Wanfenglin. Multiple bus lines, including routes 6 and 11, provide direct access to the scenic area, and there are 300 free parking spaces available for those driving. A large supermarket is downstairs, and the surrounding area is full of local delicacies, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also only a 10-minute drive from the airport, and advance booking allows for airport pick-up service. Whether you're a tourist drawn by the beauty of Wanfenglin or a business traveler, this hotel is a perfect fit. Comfortable, convenient, and heartwarming, I've already added it to my must-stay list for my next trip to Xingyi and highly recommend it to everyone planning a visit to Wanfenglin!
