MM557021****Traveling during the off-season, although there wasn't much scenery outside, I still really liked Xingyi. There are also places like Maling River and Wanfeng Lake nearby to visit. There's a man-made scenic spot called Fenglin Buyi, which offers nighttime views and folk performances; the overall experience was quite good. I also really liked Shanye. We booked a room on the first floor, which had a great view and a small balcony. The room was very clean, impeccably maintained, and had underfloor heating. The staff were very helpful and turned it on for us in advance. I'll definitely come back when the scenery is better and will choose Shanye again.

DDouwowannebaThe hotel proactively reached out beforehand and, upon learning we had two young children, kindly upgraded our room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Upon arriving at the car park, staff immediately offered to help with our luggage; they were very friendly and approachable. The hotel has a Japanese-inspired design, making for great photo opportunities, and features a heated outdoor onsen (hot spring bath). The hotel's dog is also super cute!

GGuest UserI absolutely have to give this a 5-star review! First of all, the service was exceptional, which deserves a thumbs up. The surrounding environment of the guesthouse is lovely, quiet, and very convenient for getting around. Although my room was on the first floor, it was fully equipped, clean, and tidy, with a simple yet stylish decor. Large windows let in plenty of sunlight, making the room feel incredibly warm. The bedding was very comfortable, and I slept soundly that night. The bathroom was also very clean, with a separate shower and toilet, and all the toiletries were provided. The room even had a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks. There was also a small balcony where you could sit with friends, enjoy tea, and admire the view – it was simply wonderful! I would definitely choose this place again next time I travel.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely perfect! We booked a family room which was spacious and comfortable. It came with a scenic balcony, an immersive bathtub, and even a tearoom where we could relax. The guesthouse offers stunning, unobstructed views. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive; the front desk staff were warm and patient, and our dedicated butler kept in touch throughout our stay, even providing pick-up and drop-off services. The attention to detail made our trip so easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel has such a great vibe. I would give ten stars if possible. No street noise and so calm, just the perfect place to relax. It's in a great location, you can start your walk or ride through the fields straight from the door. Breakfast is superb. And last but not least, the hosts are incredibly nice, attentive and really great people. They also organize bicycle or E-Scooter for you which then are delivered straight at the hotel.

I chose Xingyi to take my child on a trip during the college entrance examination holiday. I stayed in a hotel in the city for the first two days, and arranged to stay in a homestay in Wanfenglin Scenic Area for the next two days. I booked this Fengsan in advance, mainly because it can be cancelled for free. I didn't expect that after the housekeeper contacted me on the day of check-in, he kept explaining that he hadn't contacted me. Maybe I rejected the strange call as a harassing call. The housekeeper wanted to arrange a pick-up. That night, we gave a very sweet apple and a local fat banana as welcome fruit. My family liked it very much and wanted to know where to buy it. I didn't expect that the housekeeper not only informed the location of the fruit shop in time, but also gave several more. Very considerate.
The small infinity pool of this homestay is at a commanding height. It feels great to be able to swim and enjoy the scenery. The breakfast is very homely, and there is sweet soup in the evening. When it rains outside, an umbrella will be quietly placed at the door, and you will feel warm when you open the door. On the last day, we arranged to send you to the airport, and the driver was also very nice. The whole stay was impeccable.

The luggage cart in the morning cannot be called, the restaurant does not have drinks (only the lobby bar has), the supplies are insufficient (the room has a brand new coffee machine without capsules), and the bar does not have a ready-made wine list (it's very interesting here. It is said that the hotel has hundreds of thousands of Cuban cigars and whiskeys, but there is no menu. The waiter called on the spot to get a wine list that is not like a four-in-one. It is recommended that the owner check the inventory. It is estimated that it is all loss). At the same time, there is no charging pile in the parking lot of this level of hotel, and you have to go to the town to charge... This service quality is in stark contrast to the facilities. It is recommended that those who take children and parents travel should go early while the hotel is new. It is still quite good. GGuest UserChoosing the ”Peak Forest Overlooking Mountain Twin Room” at Baihua Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The experience was superb. The staff were warm and professional throughout, patiently guiding me during check-in and responding to my requests within 10 minutes, maintaining a consistently friendly and attentive attitude. The hotel's location is truly the ”gateway to Wanfenglin,” situated on Fenglin North Road, extremely close to the South Gate of Wanfenglin. Multiple bus lines, including routes 6 and 11, provide direct access to the scenic area, and there are 300 free parking spaces available for those driving. A large supermarket is downstairs, and the surrounding area is full of local delicacies, offering a one-stop shop for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also only a 10-minute drive from the airport, and advance booking allows for airport pick-up service. Whether you're a tourist drawn by the beauty of Wanfenglin or a business traveler, this hotel is a perfect fit. Comfortable, convenient, and heartwarming, I've already added it to my must-stay list for my next trip to Xingyi and highly recommend it to everyone planning a visit to Wanfenglin!
