The room was unique, the bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful, even picking us up in the evening. However, I have to complain about some of the facilities and amenities. First, the soaking tub on the terrace was huge, but when we tried to fill it at night, the water level was surprisingly low. After an hour and a half, it only reached our ankles. At this rate, it would take until midnight to fill it, and by then the water would be completely cold, so we had to give up. Then, when we turned off the lights, the room was filled with a green glow, which was terrifying. I've never seen an emergency exit warning light installed in a room before. Also, the bay window was so small, and there was no bedding, making it impossible to sit or watch TV. The curtains on the bed were also problematic; when they came down, they were right in front of our faces, forcing us to wear a veil to sleep. Finally, the air conditioner unit was right above the lounge chair on the terrace, making it noisy, leaking, and completely soaked, rendering it unusable. I strongly suggest improvements to these issues!

Welcome fruit is prepared in the room, and the details are full of care. In terms of catering, the restaurant waiter's detailed introduction and personalized recommendation of the dishes makes the dining experience more pleasant. When leaving the store, the staff not only assisted in carrying luggage, but also presented local special gifts. This warmth makes people feel more cordial. Overall, the hotel's service team has transformed every interaction into an unforgettable experience with a professional, meticulous and sincere attitude, and truly ”home away from home”.

The location is superior, with Baolan Railway, Dingwu Expressway and Yinlan Expressway surrounding the surrounding area, and convenient transportation. The environment is beautiful, and the Yellow River passes around the village, forming a Jizi Bay. The river water is clear. The Ming Great Wall can be reached in a five-minute walk. From it, you can overlook the entire village and the Shapotou Scenic Area across the Yellow River. The towers and sand sliding center that fly over the Yellow River are clearly visible. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities such as bathtubs, toilets and hair dryers are all good. The service is excellent. I arrived at more than ten o'clock in the evening, and the front desk guy was still waiting for me in the parking lot. He drove me around the village the next day. The front desk was warm and considerate, and responded to every request. I felt first-class service in the northwest. The coffee at Kongshan Jiutie is delicious!

The room was quite large, and the 1.5-foot bed was spacious enough for my child. The room was fully equipped and convenient. The breakfast was varied and included a complimentary breakfast for my child. The service was friendly and they kept adding more food. It was very convenient and saved time. After a full meal, we headed off to Shapotou! The front desk lady was attentive and helpful. The complimentary fruit and tea were provided, along with snacks for you to enjoy. It was a great experience! Zhongwei is beautiful. I'll definitely come back and stay here again!

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

The location is unique, in the vast desert, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making people feel like they are in another world. As soon as you look up, you will see endless sand dunes and clear sky. The magnificent scenery is intoxicating. The accommodation facilities are very complete. The room is clean and tidy, warmly and comfortably furnished, and the bed is soft, allowing people to get a full rest after a tiring day. The bathroom is also very clean and has all kinds of supplies. The service is impeccable. The staff are warm and friendly. From caring guidance when checking in to meeting various needs at any time, they make people feel like home. They also provide a wealth of desert activity suggestions so that you can have fun in the desert. The dining aspect is also amazing. The food is delicious, rich in variety, and you can taste local specialties. Enjoying such delicacies in the desert is really a different kind of enjoyment. All in all, this desert stay was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to get close to nature and experience the beauty of the desert.

The views here are all desert landscapes, exactly as described in the reviews I saw online before booking. The photos are very realistic, and the environment truly feels like something out of an ancient poem. Although it's in the desert and the wind and sand can be intense, my accommodation was spotless. All the essential facilities were provided and easy to use, making my stay very convenient. The service was excellent, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, they even reminded us about easily forgotten items, and once we got there, they gave us great tips on how to explore the area. We had a fantastic time!

After arriving at Shapotou, I spent the first night at Star Hotel and the second night at Suosuo Hotel, and the contrast was quite noticeable. Room: We stayed in Block B. The room was conveniently located and quiet. I had already anticipated the room size before arriving, and it was indeed difficult to even open a suitcase. However, the advantage was that my child could play in the sand right outside the door, then go stargazing in the evening, and the first thing they did the next morning was play in the sand again. This made it much easier for the adults. The air conditioning deserves praise – it was incredibly quiet! I've stayed in so many hotels, and few have such silent AC! But I have to complain about the curtains! They didn't block out much light at all, and by 6 AM, the entire room was bright, which affected our sleep. Service: It was rather average. On the second day, when we were still in the scenic area, customer service called twice to rush us to check out, saying we'd be charged for a half-day if we exceeded the time. Perhaps it was due to high occupancy. Suosuo Hotel's service, on the other hand, was excellent; they were responsive to all requests immediately, possibly because it's a newer hotel. Food: Breakfast and dinner were included and delicious, especially the lamb! The only downside was that it was very crowded, even during the off-season. Environment: We checked in at 4 PM and spent most of the next day exploring the scenic area, so we didn't have much time to properly explore the hotel itself. Overall, it was still a good experience!

I stayed during the National Day holiday. They offered pick-up service from the station, and the service was quite good. They generally met all my needs as mentioned in the group chat. The room even had underfloor heating, which was fantastic! I used the air conditioning during the day and the underfloor heating at night. Showering was convenient and clean. The breakfast was plentiful, and the noodles I ordered at the restaurant for lunch (78 yuan) were a large portion, enough for a family of three, and very delicious. The 198 yuan hot pot dinner was honestly quite average; I wouldn't recommend it. The night I stayed, there was a strong desert wind, and the screws on the room's support frame were probably loose, as it rattled for most of the night. I contacted the manager at 1 am, and they responded promptly and were very helpful. I hope the hotel can fix it as soon as possible and check the other rooms, as I plan to go again next year and hope I won't encounter the same problem. Finally, I hope this place continues to improve! I hope they can add more and more activities next year, and I will definitely go again.

This hotel is located approximately halfway between Shapotou and the city. It is about 10 kilometers away from Shapotou Scenic Area. The hotel service is very good, but many facilities are not good. TVs cannot be watched and fitness equipment cannot be used. The most dissatisfactory thing was that one of the quilts in our room had some dead bugs or other dirty things in it. Although the service staff changed it, it was really not worth the money compared to the price. It's not convenient to eat nearby.
