As soon as we arrived, a bellhop helped us with our luggage. The hotel grounds have a lot of uphill and downhill paths, and since the Bamboo Grove rooms don't have elevators, the bellhop carried our luggage all the way up. I ended up with over twenty huge welts on my hands, and my family members had more than fifty bites on their hands and legs – it was ridiculous! 😂
