"The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of spaces, including many near the elevators, which makes parking very convenient. However, there are no EV charging stations yet. The surrounding amenities are good, and while the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel contacts guests in advance to confirm bookings, and any issues during the stay are promptly handled, so the service attitude is very good. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers, making it quite convenient to use. Breakfast is standard. Overall, it was a good stay."

"The room was very spacious and the service was excellent 👍. They even offered free laundry service. The breakfast was plentiful with many delicious local specialties, and it was served until 12 PM 👍. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks were also provided. Upon checkout, they thoughtfully offered seasonal floral tea to take away. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit old, but I've already provided feedback to the hotel and they immediately replied that they would take my suggestions into consideration. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is luxurious with a grand design. I really loved the overall decor style of the guest rooms. The sky lobby on the 28th floor is particularly striking; it's spacious, high, and simply exudes luxury. The disposable amenities in the room were very comprehensive, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also received a welcome fruit platter upon check-in, which had a great variety of fruits. The front desk staff were warm, helpful, and polite. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance."

"The greatest strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Despite language barriers, everyone we encountered was friendly, patient and genuinely eager to help. A special mention must go to the hotel manager, who went far beyond what could reasonably be expected. When we were struggling with transport arrangements, he personally offered assistance and ultimately drove us to the train station himself. Only afterwards did we discover that he was actually the hotel manager, not a driver. He refused any payment and demonstrated a level of hospitality and generosity that left a lasting impression on our family. The staff also helped us order food delivery using local apps that were difficult for us as foreign visitors to navigate, communicating through translation apps whenever necessary. The hotel is conveniently located beside the Olympic Sports Centre, which was ideal for our visit to the Asian Gymnastics Championships. The rooms were spacious and clean. However, there were several aspects of the stay that prevented it from feeling truly comfortable. The surrounding area felt unusually quiet, with many restaurants and commercial spaces appearing closed, giving parts of the district a somewhat deserted atmosphere. Dining options were limited, and finding lunch or dinner nearby was often challenging. The rooms, while large, had relatively small windows, which meant there was not much natural light. The air conditioning sometimes struggled to keep the room as cool as we would have liked, and the hot water supply was inconsistent. The beds were extremely firm, and each guest was provided with only one fairly hard pillow. Some travellers may appreciate a very firm mattress, but we found it a little uncomfortable for a longer stay. Also, we were only provided with 2 bath towels even though there were 3 of us sharing a room. Overall, this is a hotel with exceptional staff and a convenient location for events at the Sports Centre. While the accommodation itself fell short of our expectations in several areas, the kindness and professionalism of the staff left us with positive memories of our visit."

"The overall stay experience was very good. The front desk staff was gentle and polite, and the check-in speed was very fast for us. When there were questions, they were patient and meticulous. The room hygiene is in place, the floor and desktop are wiped clean, the beds are flat and soft, and the bath towels and toiletries are neatly arranged. The bathroom has no water stains and dirt. The corridors in the public areas are clean and tidy. The overall price is very high. We ordered takeaway, so the check-out time was a bit delayed, the staff had a reminder, but there was no reminder, this is very good, next time I will choose this hotel first, I also recommend it to friends."

"I absolutely love Atour's breakfast buffet – it has a great variety of dishes and tastes just like home cooking, which is perfect for fueling up before heading out for the day. The room is spacious with soft lighting, and after a long day of traveling, just lying on the bed is incredibly relaxing. Jiang Lai's service was super friendly; she always greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Atour for future trips."

"The stay experience is great! The room is separated from wet and dry, and it is very convenient to wash. The room is equipped with hand sanitizer and tea bags. The details are very intimate. It also comes with wireless charging, so you don't need to find charging cables everywhere. The front desk Qiqi is particularly enthusiastic, take the initiative to send me a travel recommendation guide, the service is in place, live comfortably, will come again next time."

"I booked two courtyard rooms, and both were incredibly clean, with no hidden spots of dirt. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a comfortable hotel in Zunyi. Even the mosquito net was dust-free, which was great for me as I have a dust mite allergy. Although I couldn't get a king-size bed, the hotel proactively helped combine two beds and added a safety rail. We put the kids to bed early, and the courtyard room was surprisingly quiet; we barely heard any noise from the evening programs. The service at the hotel and throughout the entire scenic area was excellent. My kids spent two full days doing crafts and were absolutely thrilled. The crafts and goods in the scenic area are clearly priced and uniformly managed, making for a very comfortable and hassle-free experience. Miaowang Hotel definitely has the best location; it's a must-stay if you're traveling with elderly people or children. You just step out of the hotel and go down the stairs to reach the core scenic area, no shuttle bus needed. Considering the cost of tickets and shuttle buses, the room itself is an incredible value. Compared to other villages, Wujiang Village truly is a small but beautiful gem. I will definitely visit again. If I had to nitpick, there are two points: The staff at the scenic area's parking lot were quite fierce and irritable, which left a very poor first impression, but all the other staff members were exceptionally good. Also, there was a dripping sound from the toilet at night that echoed in the room, which might affect light sleepers."

" Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients."
