Zunyi Hotels with Wifi

"This is my second visit to Zunyi, and I stumbled upon the Phoenix Grand Hotel. After checking in, I realized it was indeed the most satisfying part of my trip! On the morning of our check-in, while we were still enjoying Chishui, the hotel called to confirm our itinerary. When we arrived in the afternoon, we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Even though it was during the Qingming Festival, they still offered us a very favorable rate for the extended stay. Seeing that we had a child with us, they proactively arranged a room for us on the first floor. The hotel is located in Huichuan District, which I consider to be Zunyi's new urban area. Suzhou Road, with tons of great food options, is just a short walk downstairs. You can find many Zunyi specialties within a few steps, like Min Si, Yiguo Xian, Huagongchang Roast Chicken, and Laopopo Ice Slush... so many choices that we couldn't try them all in two days. Phoenix Mountain is right behind the hotel, and the Zunyi Conference Site is about four kilometers away. Taxis are readily available downstairs at all times, making transportation very convenient. Now, let's talk about what impressed us the most about the hotel. While other hotels only allow you to wash one or two items for a fee, Phoenix Grand Hotel offers free laundry services every day. Each room's laundry is washed in a separate machine, dried, folded, and returned to your room. This was incredibly thoughtful for us, as parents traveling with children, who worry about clothes not drying. We could also sleep in and enjoy a leisurely breakfast, as it's served until 12 PM. There's afternoon tea from 2 PM to 6 PM, and late-night snacks from 8 PM to 1 AM (rice noodles, noodles, rice skin, wontons, tangyuan, and congee – your choice). Oh, and upon check-in, there was a fruit platter in the room (mango, grapes, green dates, cherry tomatoes, bananas...). If you're driving, the front desk will even help you book a car wash right behind the hotel lobby. Just hand them your keys, and they'll even park your car back in the parking lot after it's washed. When we checked out, the front desk proactively asked how many children we had and thoughtfully provided us with several bottles of the hotel's special chrysanthemum tea to drink on our journey. In summary, the service is very attentive, and their responses are prompt. I highly recommend choosing this hotel when you visit Zunyi!"

"A great hotel can truly cure travel fatigue. The moment I stepped into the room, I was pleasantly surprised by the modern and complete facilities, and thoughtful touches were evident everywhere. What's even rarer is the genuine hospitality I felt from the moment I entered the lobby—from the front desk's sincere smile to the natural greetings and timely assistance from every staff member throughout my stay. Highly recommend!"

"Not far from the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk, making it very convenient for transportation. It's quiet, has a garden in front, and a wine culture museum across the street. The garden plaza features 'Bai Jia Xing' (hundred family names) sealed wine jars, where everyone can find their own surname. It has a very distinctive local character. The price is affordable and breakfast is included, though the room is a bit small."

" Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients."

"A truly excellent hotel! Even though it's an older property, the rooms are kept impeccably clean, and all the amenities feel high-quality. The decor is lovely too. The service is absolutely top-notch – warm and attentive! The private dining rooms for Chinese cuisine are very stylish and have a great atmosphere. Plus, there are places to explore nearby, making it super convenient to get around. I'll definitely be staying here again!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, allowing cars to drive directly to the entrance for drop-off and pick-up. I really liked the lobby's decor, and being on the 28th floor offers great views. The room amenities were complete, and all requests were promptly met. The 24-hour hot water was fantastic with good pressure, and the Wi-Fi speed was fast. The front desk staff who checked us in were very welcoming and assisted us throughout our stay via WeChat. Overall, it was a great experience."

"The room was clean and tidy. It's really convenient for getting around; I could easily hail a taxi right outside. The front desk had a 'treasure box' with essentials like earplugs, eye masks, makeup remover wipes, and face towels, which was perfect for my business trip. Plus, the washing machine with a dryer made doing laundry super easy."

"This was my first time staying at this brand of hotel. Parking was convenient, right at the hotel entrance. Check-in was quick, the room was comfortable, the price was reasonable, the environment was nice, and the room was clean. The hotel service was excellent; the staff were very welcoming and had a great attitude. It's close to the conference site and scenic area, and only about a ten-minute walk to the high-speed rail station, making it very convenient. They were very responsive to our needs. When we ordered takeout in the evening but didn't have a bottle opener, the front desk quickly had a robot deliver it and even cleaned up our trash. During the day, enjoying the breeze and coffee on the terrace was fantastic. Zunyi is very cool, and I was very satisfied with my stay."

"The lake view room offered a stunning view! The double sinks were super convenient for getting ready, and having both a bathtub and a pool was a huge plus. The kids had an absolute blast at the kids' club, digging in the sand, feeding animals, and riding the mini-train – they didn't even want to leave to explore! For breakfast, there was Zunyi beef vermicelli and beef noodles, plus Zunyi Ciba. The dinner buffet had plenty of crawfish, and we also enjoyed steak, lamb chops, oysters, and ice cream. It's about a 30-minute taxi ride to the Zunyi Conference Site, and ordering takeout was a breeze."

"The hotel has its own parking area with plenty of spaces, including many near the elevators, which makes parking very convenient. However, there are no EV charging stations yet. The surrounding amenities are good, and while the room isn't huge, it's well-equipped with everything you need. The hotel contacts guests in advance to confirm bookings, and any issues during the stay are promptly handled, so the service attitude is very good. The laundry room has three washing machines and three dryers, making it quite convenient to use. Breakfast is standard. Overall, it was a good stay."
