Helsinki is truly a beautiful city. The hotel itself is exquisitely decorated and luxurious, with an excellent location that makes getting around a breeze. They even offer bicycles for guests to use, which is a nice touch. The service is great, and the breakfast is plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, and overall it was a great experience. The location is excellent - right next to Helsinki Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city by train, tram, or metro. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers. The hotel itself combines a classic and modern design. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All essential amenities were well provided, including a fitness center and a traditional Finnish sauna. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from continental dishes to local Finnish specialties, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays during busy times. Still, the overall service was very good. Overall, my stay was great. The hotel is centrally located, making it super convenient to get around, and it's just a short walk to the train station. The hotel's facilities and environment were excellent, and the staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning didn't seem very effective; even when set between 21-23 degrees Celsius, I barely felt any airflow. Luckily, I didn't get cold while sleeping. I wonder if this is due to Nordic energy-saving practices.

Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

The location was unbeatable — literally a short walk from the airport terminal, which made it perfect for my early morning flight. The room was clean and modern, with comfortable beds that made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a long day of travel. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout the room, and the stylish design gave the space a cozy, Nordic feel. I also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There was a good variety of options, and it was a great way to fuel up before heading out or heading to the airport. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. The overall atmosphere felt calm and relaxed, which was perfect between flights If I had one tiny suggestion, it would be that some rooms feel a bit compact — but for an airport hotel that’s typical and didn’t bother me much. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone needing a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay right by the airport — especially for short stays or transit days

The location is the absolute best… right across the tram, few minutes walk to the train station and within walking distance to multiple parts of Helsinki city centre. The way to the room was an odd one, spooky, but as a Halloween lover I preferred it. My room was on the 5th floor, but to get to it you had to take the lift to the 3rd floor. THEN walk to a different part of the Marski building (it looked like the original perhaps before it expanded) to go to the 5th floor. There was a vintage style lift with the gate you had to close and everything. I quite enjoyed that. There is a mini fridge, a TV and the bed was comfortable. The AC was brilliant, especially on hot days and the shower was great as well. I accidentally booked on two separate ones and the desk helped me stay in one room with ease, though I understandably had to pay a bit of a fee as my current room was an upgrade from the other. My critique would be that I wish there was more attention to detail for the room service. It seems they don’t vacuum or replace the sheets/used cups, or properly clean, they only take out the bins. Also my room tag tore apart from previous stays overuse but it was never replaced — the one that says Do Not Disturb. I would absolutely stay here again, however. The Finns are great.

Nice rooms but too much hassle during the stay. Rooms should have work desks according to the website. Mine didn't have one. Had to switch rooms 2 times before they said they don't have any standard rooms with desks and they upgraded me to a business room. It took an hour until I was finally checked in. The room they gave me had a bad drain smell and they knew about it because the maintenence guy came without me complaining. The window was also stuck partly open so the construction noise bothered me until I realized and asked them to fix. On departure day, they charged my credit card with the full stay amount even though the reservation was prepaid (charge luckily didn't go through as my card limit was reached). On the upside, the hotel and rooms are nice in general and the staff was always friendly. I would still recommend this hotel as the chances of all of this reoccurring are quite low, though I can't give a positive review after my stay. The breakfast was solid, though the eggs were quite poor. The warm dishes in general were quite greasy too.

With a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word. I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well. Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

We also loved the hotel’s unique design and cozy atmosphere—it felt modern but still warm and welcoming. The common areas were spacious and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing or chatting together as a group. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and key attractions in Helsinki. Breakfast was another highlight: good variety, fresh ingredients, and a nice Scandinavian touch that our group really enjoyed. Overall, Scandic Paasi delivered exactly what we were looking for: a clean, comfortable, and high-quality hotel experience.
