"A very decent and clean hotel. Although its older structure, they have kept it well. The staff is friendly.i would only ask for the windows to be improved for noise and better blinds. Otherwise a really good location and safe area and heating was great."

"Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors)."

Outstanding
SSuofeiyaniThe hotel is located right next to the train station 🚉. After breakfast and collecting our luggage 🧳, we could walk right into the train station square in less than five minutes.
Cleanliness: Why was the water from our room's kettle so cloudy? I don't understand. I hope the hotel will check the kettle in our room.
The shower gel 🧴 in the room smelled amazing, a classic European scent, I loved it!
Service: Pretty good. When we checked in at night, they told us there was a bar on the sixth floor where we could get something to eat, but we just went to sleep and didn't go.
The breakfast was really great, with a wide variety of options. The staff 💁♀️ proactively asked if we wanted coffee or tea 🫖.
YY DarjeelingThe man who helped for check in was very professional and friendly, spoke French and English too which was great.
I asked for the tourist information at the desk too which was very clear and helpful.
The parking was easy in front of the hotel, a spacious room, a great choice for breakfast.
Cleanliness, in general was good, except a few spots on the floor in the bathroom was missed.
I will recommend to any of my friends.
GGuest UserI rarely write, but I wanted to say thank you here! I liked everything...especially the breakfast! Very extensive and delicious! They really pleased me with one of the best in recent times. Well done
LLoegIt's a short walk from the station. The staff are helpful and friendly. We had a great exchange. The room was beautiful with a queen bed and calm colors. There is enough space for two people to spread out their carry-on bags. There is no shampoo or conditioner so you will need to bring your own. The hair dryer had a strange shape and the airflow was a whisper. It doesn't dry easily. It gets so hot that you can't hold the handle, so we recommend wrapping it in a towel. The shower is a little small so it's difficult to move around, but it's clean. Breakfast includes standard items such as bacon, cheese, scrambled eggs, and croissants. Everything was delicious and I ate my fill. Overall, I was satisfied and thought it was a good idea to stay here.
The location in the photo is the breakfast venue. I forgot to take a photo of the room...
GGuest Usergreat WiFi, worth the money, with very close proximity to Torino central train station. Rooms and shower are clean.
spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable, with big windows. I will not hesitate to book here again for my short stay in Torino.
Highly recommend it!!
EEl YStayed 2 nights here, and it was nice of them to upgrade me to a bigger room. About 30mins walk to Museum of Cinema / Egyptian Museum. It's great if one likes walking.
AANJUI don’t want to stay this hotel again.
I visited this hotel in April so it’s getting warmer, but a heater had been turned on and my room was extremely hot. So I tried to switch to cooling mode or to turn off the heating, but neither of them worked. Additionally, its outer wall was under construction so I couldn’t let in some fresh air.
Another disappointment is the attitude of the stuff.
Good aspects of this hotel are that you can get a card for one free drink, have a clean room, good breakfast, a chocolate bar, and some drinks in your room.
I don’t recommend to stay this hotel when the season changes and for travelers who want to enjoy staying at a hotel as a part of the trip.
WWutLeeValue-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishes—particularly the flooring—could use a refresh to better reflect the hotel’s 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
KKGB77Nice enough hotel but located way too far from the centre if you’re relying on public transport. If you have your own car then it’s probably ok. Typical fairly basic Novotel hotel room. Relatively low occupancy when we stayed so didn’t notice any neighbour noise. Tram line was undergoing repair work when we were there which made it very inconvenient to get to the hotel.
AAnonymous UserGood location, close to the city center.Staff was friendly and helpful.
Just a bit noisy during the night due to the tram line passing in front of it.
