"The location is very good, by the river, the high-rise windows can directly see the beautiful snow-capped mountains, the top floor platform is open, there are tables and chairs, you can sit up and enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. 2-5 The floor is a student apartment, which is relatively lively. Staying in the drink delivery area, although I didn't enjoy it, but this is well received."

Guest UserThe hotel is very welcoming, well-furnished, and well-maintained. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything needed. The staff were professional and efficient. The hotel's free parking is convenient, located right next to the building. Just a few meters away, there's also a metro station for getting to the city center and the shopping mall, as well as the Pinacoteca Agnelli and the Pista 500.

VirgieHThe hotel is located at the heart of happenings, restaurants, museums, exhibitions and shopping malls. The building is historical, the interior is with modern minimalist design with a touch of classics, such as its beautiful wooden floor and doors.
The hotel staff is super friendly. From front desk, restaurant & bar and housekeeping, everyone has a warm smile and gives a happy āBuongiornoā every day and to all guests. The Hotel Indigo is a boutique hotel with a big warm heart !

Very nice staff, clean, nothing to complain about, and a great location.
Unfortunately, all this is spoiled by the lack of soundproofing, both between rooms and outside noise. A tram passes nearby, making you feel like you're on the sidewalk. I was in room 234; the parquet floor is extremely noisy, so be careful.
Despite the ā¬25 a night garage, take it as a guide, or you might get a nice surprise when you wake up, like me, with a broken window. Nothing was stolen; I think it was just a fan of French license plates.
Personally, I won't be going back.

great WiFi, worth the money, with very close proximity to Torino central train station. Rooms and shower are clean.
spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable,with big windows. I will not hesitate to book here again for my short stay in Torino.
Highly recommend it!!

Relatively quiet and close to the tram (200-300 m) which leads to the city center (allow 15-20 minutes). Spacious room, fairly well-equipped. Fairly generous breakfast buffet (for ā¬15, it can...). Overall, good value for money.

The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly.
The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe.
Itās not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets.
I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you donāt mind the 20 minute walk to the city center.
But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

Value-for-Money Stay with Room for Improvement
Hotel Diplomatic offers good value for money, especially with its comfortable beds and quality pillows which made for a restful stay. The breakfast spread was generous and satisfying. However, some finishesāparticularly the flooringācould use a refresh to better reflect the hotelās 4-star rating. It would also be helpful to have insect screens on the windows, especially since the air conditioning is centrally controlled. While the location is a bit removed from the main attractions, it's still reasonable considering the price point.
