Minnie J.This is our favorite hotel from the trip! If I ever get a chance to go back, I'd definitely stay there again. The staff are incredibly lovely and friendly. The hotel breakfast is excellent – if 10 is the highest, I'd give it 100! Even during the low season, they maintained high standards for everything. The room was fantastic. We stayed in room 703, a four-bedroom unit, and it was super comfortable. The view was beautiful, and the room was clean and very new. I loved every square inch of it. The whole family voted this as the number one accommodation of our trip!

Guest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk to the Hirafu Welcome Centre, making it extremely convenient, especially for catching the direct bus from the airport. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, giving us a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
The service was excellent. The staff were attentive, helpful, and made everything very smooth for us. The room was super clean, well-maintained, and came with a washing machine, which was incredibly convenient for our trip.
What impressed us the most was their pick-up and drop-off service to the Hirafu Welcome Centre. It made our arrival and departure completely hassle-free.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hirafu!

ShaサムイBooked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. The 7 or 8 parking spots out front require a reservation and cost 4000 JPY per night. Although my room was small, it had a beautiful, unobstructed view of Mount Yotei. It was clean and tidy. The second photo in the middle is of a larger room type, which I hope to book in advance next time. The king crab ramen for lunch was 7600 JPY a bowl; the noodles weren't anything special, just a few extra crab legs.

This is a family trip for two adults and two kids. And we stayed in the hotel for 7 nights, bfast and dinner included.
It's apparent in the booking that we will have kids in the stay, and yet either Trip.com/hotel charged us meals for 4 adults for the entire trip. We ended up overpaying A LOT and wasting A LOT of food because the kids couldn't finish the set meal. Yet the hotel refused to adjust / refund. This was a serious mistake made by Trip.com / hotel.
The hotel provided shuttle bus to the ski resort. Good that there was early shuttle bus around 815am BUT the return shuttle was way too early (4pm) for any serious skiers. The hotel should offer more options.
There was no gym in the hotel and difficult to do some proper full-body exercise.
Onsen set up was nice and clean and tidy. The public onsen wasn't used much so it ended up a big private onsen for us.
We like the traditional Japanese cusine but very disappointed that the chef provided limited changes on the menu during our 7 nights of stay. We spent roughly same number of nights elsewhere in Niseko and the design of their menu was way better.
Staff in general was very helpful and friendly and some of them spoke English and Chinese.
The hotel was short of staff IMO. I could see them running around in the hotel.
The ski equipment room could be equipped with better facility to dry ski boots and gloves.
Shuttle bus was only offered to Niseko but not Kutchan station which was in fact not too far away anyway.
The room was clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was great too. It's 10mins from the Niseko station and 5mins from annupuri ski run.

Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Sunday was extremely helpful and transported us to the local train station at the end of our stay. Gustav was very helpful via email but the resort was uncontactable on arrival to arrange hotel transfer from the bus drop-off (reception phone switched to after hours message). Also could not get a taxi (none available on the app) so had to walk up the hill dragging luggage. That was our only complaint.

I really want to speak up for the Ritz! Don't blindly trust negative reviews online; experiencing it yourself is the most authentic way to judge. The environment is absolutely stunning, every corner is picture-perfect! The toiletries are also thoughtful and excellent. All the staff, especially the Chinese-speaking young lady at the front desk, were incredibly warm, humble, and polite! As part of the EDITION series and being in Hokkaido, the hotel is incredibly meticulous. Not only does it have many fantastic restaurants, but there's also a beautiful little town next door with cheap and delicious food! You'll find everything you need for dining, shopping, and sightseeing. Thank you, Ritz, for making our vacation so warm and comfortable!

Guest UserFantastic environment just in front a ski resort with stunning view. Good carpark space for guests.
Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise.
Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you.
All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful.
Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner.
The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.

Yee11Stayed at the Deluxe Villa in WE Hotel Toya Dusit Collection and it was honestly one of the nicest stays during our Hokkaido trip. The villa was extremely spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a very modern Japanese style.
What surprised us most was how big the villa actually was — it came with 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, a large living room, dining area, laundry room, and even 2 floors. It truly felt more like staying in a luxury private house rather than a hotel.
The atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a getaway near Lake Toya. We especially loved the warm wood interior, tatami-style seating area, huge windows, and cozy living space. The bedrooms were comfortable and the entire villa was very well maintained.

Ace.ALocation is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind.
However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling…
All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE.
The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes are cold or room temperatureat best. The tea is amazing tho.

Mini1222Facilities: The room is quite spacious for Japan, split over two floors. It's very new, though going downstairs to use the toilet is a bit inconvenient. As a ski hotel, it's already quite good.
Breakfast was packed; if you wanted a window seat, you had to be there right when it opened or just get lucky. Eating breakfast between 8 and 9 AM meant queuing for a table, and even when there were clearly window seats available, they made me sit elsewhere. I saw that they wouldn't let me switch, which was quite frustrating.
The onsen (hot spring) felt a bit dirty; compared to many other Japanese onsens, there were too many floating particles.
