GGuest UserThe room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the view was great. The free cocktail and coffee services in the lobby were nice, as well as the free drink bar (including one beer per person) near the entrance to the hot spring. The paid massage service was also good. The meals were decent, especially the grilled beef, which simply melted in my mouth. The restaurant staff welcomed us warmly and provided friendly service.
Cons: The variety of hot springs was lacking, and the view from the hot springs was almost blocked, which was disappointing. The lockers for valuables used combination dials, and foreign guests often didn’t know how to use them, locking their room keys inside and struggling to reopen them. This was a major inconvenience. They should switch to a key-and-wristband system like other onsen hotels.
The room itself felt like an old, once-grand mansion that had seen better days. The furniture had many scratches, and the surfaces were worn and peeling. It made me think it must have been impressive in the past. Still, the room was definitely more spacious compared to other hotels.

We were greeted by a Nepalese employee who introduced the hotel to us in English, including dining locations and hot spring bathing times. There are shuttle buses available to Kinugawa Onsen Station and Kinugawa Park Station. The next day, since my friend and I were the only ones on the bus, we asked if it was convenient to take us to the Kinu River Bridge. 旅館比較老舊苦，大概是90年代的風格，接待的店員不熱情也不冷漠，屬於適當的範疇。
房間沒有WiFi，對於國人可能有點驚訝。溫泉有大浴室和露天溫暖兩種，大浴室可以洗浴然後泡，大浴室只能泡。建議先去大浴室感受，第二次身體乾淨的情況下再去露天浴室。
值得推薦的是晚餐和早餐都送到客房，滿滿一桌懷石料理令人驚訝，店裡剛好有一位中國店員，也是禮貌而且恰到好處的熱情。
我不知道會不會再去，即使我住在東京，乘電車去一次也不是很方便。但是時間足夠，又想足夠安靜，值得專程體驗一下。
對了，榻榻米枕頭有點硬。

Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and large, so during the day we didn’t even want to have lunch while walking. Everything in the room is clean and tidy. The place is quiet and beautiful. Nearby there is a large supermarket with everything you need. The bus stop to the waterfalls and lake is also very close. There is also a public onsen nearby, we had a good time there too.
