"Hotel looks beautiful. Rooms are spacious and the outdoor is modern...  The receptionist that attended to us on the first day barely smiled. She saw us struggling with the door first time at around 2am when we got to the hotel and never bothered. We were here for the first time and our flight arrived late in the night, this was not the kind of reception we were expecting."
