From the warm welcome, birthday cake, and room upgrade to your exceptional hospitality, every detail made our family feel so special. It was a beautiful and memorable staycation for our senior parents and their grandkids. We’ll always treasure this experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby. The service is also top-notch, and every staff member is very enthusiastic. However, there are a few drawbacks: the bathroom is tiny, the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great, and the breakfast selection is quite limited. If these issues were improved, it would easily be a five-star hotel.

I would like to raise a concern regarding our stay on May 15. On the morning of May 15, we woke up to find that the floor was extremely wet, and we also noticed that a large area of the ceiling was wet, which strongly suggests there may have been a water leak. This situation was very concerning and made us feel uncomfortable during our stay. In addition, the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy, which seriously disturbed our sleep. Our friend staying in another room experienced the same issue with the air-conditioning noise as well. We will be staying at your hotel again tomorrow, and we are worried that the same problems may happen again. Could you please arrange for your staff to inspect these issues as soon as possible and ensure that our room for the next stay will be in good condition, with no leakage and a quiet air-conditioning unit? Occasion: Family trip (my wife, 2-year-old, and I, totaling 3 people). I booked this hotel because I wanted a luxurious stay near the airport where we could relax. Location: It's about a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport, and having a shopping mall right next door was a big plus. However, outside of the mall's operating hours, there's nothing else around, and I felt a bit concerned about safety walking around at night, so that's something to be aware of. Food: The breakfast was a lavish buffet with a great selection of Japanese, Western, Chinese, and Filipino dishes. The variety of cheeses and sweets was abundant and delicious. Service: Everyone was incredibly kind, and their service towards my child was particularly outstanding. Their responses to my inquiries before arrival were also prompt, which put my mind at ease. Room: It was clean and spacious enough. There were outlets conveniently located by the bed. There wasn't a bathtub, and the room's ambiance felt more suited for a business trip, in which case it would be perfectly satisfactory. Personal opinion: I would recommend this hotel to couples visiting Cebu for the first time. For families, I felt that a few more recreational options within the hotel would be nice. However, breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable for families too.

Our family had a great stay at Marco Polo Cebu. The food was good, the pool was clean and enjoyable,room is comfortabl and the quiet location made for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, courteous, and attentive throughout our visit. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Great stay overall. The staff were faultless throughout, and the cleaning team did an excellent job. The room was very spacious, quiet, and had a great view, and the café food was consistently good. The location was also convenient. The only downside was the WiFi, which was practically non-existent despite staff providing multiple logins to try, and the bathroom tended to flood after showering, which seems fairly common in hotels in Cebu.

Room was clean and nice The bathroom though had a few cracks under the sink and the cement was falling on the floor Overall, still pretty good Service is top notch! From our early check in from Marj to Tonie's utmost concern for me (i have an injury and he was always helping me around and checking on me), plus attention to detail at the resto when we had and lastly, late check ou and additional free amenities after checking out, it felt like we were long staying guests with the care and service that they showed us (we only stayed overnight!) Would stay here again given the chance

Great Condotel near IT Park and a wide variety of other places. Swimming pool was amazing, Staff were freindly. Room was spacious and well equipped. Would recommend.

The staff were very kind, helping with luggage and showing me where to refill my water bottle. As for the bathroom, there's no shower curtain, but the water pressure isn't strong enough for water to splash everywhere. It was a bit of a shame to see some small rust spots, though.

Property definitely needs renovation this used to be a crown jewel of the city but now needs remodeling. located in the city center and is highly accessible drain pipe clogs easily.
