Great place for staying. The place is quiet and peaceful. It's a 10-15 minute walking distance to Ayala Center. The road is well lit so it's safe to walk to and from Ayala. There is wifi but need to ask the front desk password. The bed is firm and the room has good ventilation. The shower has hot water that's adjustable according to preference for a relaxing shower. They also have freebie toiletries that smell great.

Room is small but clean, staff are very accomodating, so noisy during daytime coz of renovation and there is building construction nearby, my toddler can’t sleep. But will definitely comeback here next time

The owner is very approachable. The location is nice and all the amenities is nice except haven’t tried the sauna because it’s on maintenance. It’s just that there is 200 parking for motorcycle every night. I can’t imagine all the people renting there having to pay for each vehicle. My kids enjoyed the pool even though we only tried it 2x. Most of the time we were just staying inside the room. Also it’s not sound proof. We can hear people outside and they can hear us inside. The aircon location is not good. It will cool the food, it should have been beside the bed, it’s so hard to cool the room. Overall experience is nice.

We I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, Tsai Hotel provided great value for money with excellent service and comfortable accommodations. Good experience. The beds little bit make noise because old but clean and also possibility to have buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful and kind . Recomanded

It was okay but everything has a price when we check there was already a broken switch but usable in the cr shower and we saw the price it was thousands and it wasn’t a reasonable price so better check before using the room. Clean but lack of amenities.

Good room for a short stay; we spent one night here before our flight. We requested a late checkout, which they allowed for an extra charge – very convenient! The staff is responsive and pleasant; they even brought me an iron when I asked. However, the room was dirty, the floor was terribly sticky, and there was mold. The water pressure was poor, but we were warned about that beforehand. The TV and AC both worked. The location is excellent, right by a university, which means there are many good, affordable cafes and delicious donuts nearby! All the main attractions are within walking distance.

Incredible value for money. The room is clean. It sits right in the city center, so I walked everywhere and saved a fortune on transport. Perfect if you need a clean, cheap, and highly accessible base.

The location is very accessible. But the beddings are dirty, the toilet seat seems not cleaned and the floor is very sticky.
