"The hotel is close to the beach but the road to the beach is disgusting . It is one of the worst roads to the beach I have ever seen during my travels around the world. The road to the beach looks like it was after the III world war. It is worse than fawela in Rio de Janeiro. I cannot believe that the Philippines people live like this. Ext to the best Beach in the world!
The hotel architecture is nice, paint for white color. In my room number 110 everything is fine apart from two white paint touches that look new and are not composed with original paintings.
The people who work in this hotel are nice and Friendly. Hotel staff service only breakfast in the morning after that it's not possible to buy any food only drink. Do not drink complimentary powder coffee inside the room because it tastes like xxx.
Internet speed is acceptable for social media users.
I can resend this hotel only if you are willing to taxi to the beach because the road to the beach and main road looks like a big trap"

GGuest UserOur beach vacation this time was absolutely wonderful. The hotel's location is superb, directly facing the ocean. Just opening the balcony door reveals an endless sea view, and waking up to the sound of waves in the morning was incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's overall environment was spotless, and the grounds were beautifully landscaped, creating a relaxing resort atmosphere throughout. The pool area is very thoughtfully designed, featuring both an infinity pool and a children's pool, catering to all guests. Enjoying the sunset by the pool in the evening was particularly romantic.
Our room was spacious and bright, with comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a very quiet and peaceful stay. I especially loved the bathroom design, which is both modern and functional, allowing you to soak in the tub while enjoying the sea view.
For dining, the breakfast spread was extensive, offering fresh fruit, freshly prepared hot dishes, and local specialties, catering to all tastes. The hotel's seafood restaurant is highly recommended; the ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the dishes were delicious.
The staff were friendly and incredibly responsive to our needs, making us feel completely at ease from check-in to check-out.
Overall, this is a perfect seaside hotel for a relaxing getaway, ideal for both couples and families looking to create beautiful memories. We would definitely return again!

The location was perfect. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. The Filipino customer service exceeded our expectations. The warm smiles and greetings we received were particularly noteworthy. Thank you for the birthday surprise for my son, which he thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. He was indeed sad to leave. We definitely plan to return.

AAnonymous UserMy recent stay here was amazing. It has the best location as everything you need is just a few steps away. Beach front and very convenient. I love the infinity pool. I'm also satisfied with the service especially the staff at the infinity pool, they're friendly and very accomodating. The buffet breakfast is one the best in the island.

Breakfast options could be improved, especially like us who stayed for 7 days, we were looking for variety of food choices. Add more fruits. Replace the fish fillet dishes with dried fish perhaps.

LLira FortzThe hotel it self is gorgeous with the amount I’ve paid, it exceeds my expectations. Staff are very nice & helpful. From reception, concierge, kitchen staff and cleaners they are all lovely. They prepare cakes in my room upon check in. Twas an amazing act of hospitality. Rooms was huge, so comfortable. Complete toiletries. Breakfast was amazing, different everyday. Thanx to Akky who offered me Toyo 🫶 was able to eat Toyo with champorado. The afternoon tea was free and it was so delicious. Pool was huge but the best part was early morning dip at the beach. 🤩 also, I lost my phone and the reception help me always to connect with the police. And was able to retrieve my phone from the help of the staff as well. No complain but a highly appreciation to the staff & i highly recommended this hotel. 🫶

Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning.
What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free.
At Savoy Café, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after.
A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness.
Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

MMimiGreat Resort. Highly recommended. It is located infront of the beach, right in the middle of Boracay. Manager and staff are very accomodating. Breakfast is great. You also feel sale inside the resort. The pool is also a nice place to hang out with the family. We will definitely come back ♥️🙏🏻
