GGuest UserThe hotel is magically decorated for the New Year. The food is very fresh and varied, and the dessert buffet is impressive in its size. Access to the park is free for hotel guests. Request a room in the right wing or above the third floor for a fantastic view of the castle and evening performances.

Reception was cooperative and helpful
lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy
no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

VValeriy ZHotel is very large, beautiful landscape design. Style in the form of ancient ruins, it is matched even by steps, fountains, different clubs. Everything is thoughtful.
When the settlement is very pleasant staff, there are also guest relations. If there are difficulties and questions, they help.
Food is great! You can eat and dinner at the main restaurant, you can be on the beach. Choosing dishes wide, beef, red fish, chicken, children's table. Fruit, sweets.
The staff is so friendly and pleasant to interact with them. The rooms are clean, no excess. There is a filled mini bar in the room.

杭杭州东皇太一Hotel service is good, take the children to add an extra bed for free. It is free as long as you eat and drink. There is an a la carte restaurant that is open 24 hours and can be eaten at any time. Anyway, for a few days, I couldn't move. The hotel is not far from the Legendary Kingdom Playground, except that there is no Chinese food, this hotel has no disadvantages.

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.

GGuest UserI came to this place for the event and got some mixed feelings. The front desk staff was super cool and nice. Guest relations people... most of the time they couldn`t give me proper information or contradicted each other/ misled me.
The room was basic. Due to some construction defect, there was always water on the floor in the shower (it didn`t go out for hours). It`s not ok for 5 stars. Food and drinks were not special but okayish, available 24H.
The territory is the main ”disaster” because it is basically a spot between a few roads separated by the fence. And that`s it - the hotel walls and the fence. Almost no greenery and nowhere to go, no territory at all. The pools are relatively small. So, considering the price, I wouldn't be back or be there if not for the particular event. Thinks twice.
