GGuest UserMy wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area.
Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra.
I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. I'm appreciated for your kind help.

no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying.
food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed
other facilities were convenient.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay overall. The hotel itself was great, everything was well maintained, we had in total 4 rooms and the kids had an amazing time throughout the week. The atmosphere and facilities really made it an enjoyable holiday for us.
The only aspect that fell short was the food. Having stayed at several 5-star all-inclusive hotels before, we were expecting a higher standard and more variety. Unfortunately, the buffet felt quite repetitive over the week. We especially missed the traditional Turkish charcoal-grilled dishes such as Adana kebab, Urfa, lamb shish, and chicken shish, as well as items like içli köfte, which would have really elevated the dining experience.
This feedback is shared with the intention of helping improve what is otherwise a fantastic hotel. We truly loved our stay and would happily return if the food offering was enhanced.

При бронировании попросили застелить диван для третьего человека. При заселении этого не сделали, но в течение часа подготовили спальное место.
Также было два халата и две пары тапочек. Попросили донести и персонал сразу все
исправил.
Мы приехали в отель рано, в 10 утра, хотя заселение с 14-00. Номеров свободных в наличии не было, поэтому раньше нас не смогли заселить, но Нас сразу проводили на завтрак. Это было приятно.

Children animators all wonderful 👍🏻There are questions, very all fat, for health it is certainly such for yourself. LlvntWe stayed last weekend and were very pleased. Although the building is a bit old, it has undergone a very successful renovation process. Both the general areas of the hotel and the rooms were extremely clean, and cleanliness is more important to us anyway.
The quality of the food and beverages was high. The meals, appetizers and desserts served were fresh and meticulously prepared; therefore, every meal was enjoyable. The main dishes we chose from the open buffet were meticulously prepared and presented on plates by the kitchen staff, and we felt special as if we were at a la carte. We would also like to thank the pita chef, the pita and pastries were very delicious.
We were also amazed by the helpfulness, friendliness and professional skills of the staff. They helped us with any needs or questions we had, and we never encountered any negative responses.
The music playing around the pool was very good. We loved the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s rock classics.
We are very happy with our time at Xanadu and definitely plan to come again. We recommend it.

GGuest UserThis was our first time at this hotel. We arrived just in time for the first show of the season, which was absolutely fantastic! I only wished there were more daytime activities, but I'm sure that will pick up once the season officially starts. The grounds are compact but well-zoned. It's a quick 5-minute bus ride to the beach. What pleasantly surprised me was the exceptional level of guest service. Upon arrival, there were no queues or waiting at the reception desk. They promptly asked for our passports for check-in and offered us champagne in the guest lounge. Within 5 minutes, after getting our wristbands, we were able to head straight to our room. The staff were all very friendly.

GGuest UserThis is a very cost-effective hotel, and is worth recommending to middle-class families. The swimming pool, slide, children's games, restaurant, and beach are all impeccable. My child thinks it is the best place she has ever played abroad, better than Bali, Indonesia. There are also shortcomings. Some people at the front desk are not proactive in service. For example, the front desk on duty in the afternoon of July 12 did not explain how to use the wifi, but this is just a few cases. The overall service of the hotel is satisfactory.
