"The ladies at the front desk was very rude and did not help at all. Luckily, the man there helped me a lot. The story was that I had arrived early in the morning but there was no room available. I could understand wait but that ladies had a very bad attitude and just denied to keep me any advice. However, that man gave me a key to the garage so that I could unload my luggage from my car and waited at the lobby. Then I didn’t need to look for a place to wait for the room."

The hotel is located in a wooded area. Although the lobby was under renovation, which was a bit inconvenient, the facilities were still quite good!

Our room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel.
The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

Traveling in October, the local temperature is already very cold.

There are many restaurants nearby and shopping is not convenient;

General guests are cold rice.

Great location, clean facilities, and above all, good value for money. I use it every time I go to New York on business. It's close to Palpark, so it's nice to go out for a drink.

TripPlayTravelThis hotel offers a very convenient location, especially for those driving. It's situated right off the highway, making it incredibly easy to access. A heads-up for other travelers: this prime location does mean you can encounter some traffic noise during peak hours, but it's a fair trade-off for the easy access.
The service was consistently nice and helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, it was a functional stay with a great location.
