"Come to Guizhou to play, the service is a very good hotel. I am too tired to play Huangguoshu, and the child is still not satisfied. I really can't stand it. The hotel just has a parent-child paradise, very, very satisfied. Sitting and reading a book, the child jumped in for two hours before finally draining his energy. The room is relatively large, the decoration details are a bit flawed, but the service details to be praised, a full set of disposable items, even a one-time four-piece set is equipped with ...., which completely saved me as a spiritual cleanliness person. Very satisfied! Worth five points of praise!"

"The hotel is not far from the scenic area, less than a kilometer away, and they even offer a complimentary shuttle service to and from the attractions at any time, which is a big plus! 👍 The breakfast was also good. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. As we were leaving, the security guard at the gate even gave us two bottles of water, which was a really thoughtful and personal touch."

"Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions. They also offer a free shuttle service. They clearly explained what to eat, play, and shop around nearby. If you choose to go out for a night tour and call them late, they will come to pick you up, so you don't have to worry about the distance. The lobby is also very comfortable, and we even received a free gift for our first visit since it's a new hotel, which was nice. Cleanliness: The room was different from the pictures; it was much larger. The balcony was also very nice, and it was a relaxing place for two people to sit. Every place was very clean, and although it's a new hotel, there was absolutely no unpleasant odor. Facilities: The facilities were complete, and they used disposable toiletries, which weren't cheap or low-quality. I felt very reassured using them, unlike the toiletries used in ordinary hotels. This hotel was really good value for money. I will definitely choose Shierlan again next time I travel with my husband to Huangguoshu Waterfall, or when traveling with my family. It's very reassuring! (Special Note: This hotel has a swimming pool, which is supposedly heated, but I didn't bring a swimsuit, so I didn't go in. The interior is worth checking out!)"

"As someone who appreciates details, I was extremely satisfied with this hotel! The location is superb, close to the ticket center, and they even offer free shuttle service, making travel hassle-free. The rooms are smart and convenient, with features like smart room control, a high-definition projector, and high-speed internet – a very nice experience. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, the smart toilet is clean and hygienic, and the toiletries are of good quality; the bathtub in some room types is a big plus. There's also a balcony with mountain views, offering lush greenery outside the window. The public areas are well-equipped, with a quiet and stylish tea room/reading bar, and a fresh and delicious organic breakfast. Cleanliness, friendly service – a must-stay in Huangguoshu!"

"The front desk staff member was very warm and attentive. Since it was the off-season and there were available rooms, they kindly offered a free room upgrade and even added an extra breakfast to our original booking. The underground parking had plenty of spaces. The hotel is conveniently located just over two kilometers by car from the scenic area's visitor center parking lot. If you don't have a car, the hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the scenic area. During my stay, they could drop guests off anytime after 7:30 AM; for other seasons, you can inquire at the front desk about specific times. The room was spacious, and when we needed extra amenities, the housekeeping staff delivered them promptly and with great enthusiasm and patience. The hotel has a restaurant, and for a hotel near a scenic spot, the prices were reasonable, and the food was good too."

"真實好評！出來玩運氣太好了，誤打誤撞住進這家新開的民宿，看到是新開的沒幾個評價，心裏還發怵怕是“照騙”居住體驗不好，來了發現實打實撿到寶！房子裝修都是今年新弄的，屋裡收拾得乾乾淨淨，裝修耐看又舒服，傢俱衞浴全都嶄新，住着比大酒店還自在，一點不憋屈。老闆兩口子人實在又熱心，一點架子沒有。由於是凌晨趕路到的早上起晚了沒來得及吃飯，正愁空腹逛景區，老闆娘直接下廚給煮了當地米粉，味道地道實在，熱熱乎乎下肚特別暖心。出門遊玩老闆開車免費接送景區，不用自己費勁開車停車，省了好多麻煩。這邊山裡天氣陰晴不定，臨走還主動送了雨衣，怕我們半路淋雨。還耐心跟我們嘮本地遊玩攻略，哪好玩、哪宰客、怎麼走順路全都交代清清楚楚，幫我們避開好多坑。全程服務貼心到位，由於是淡季還幫我們升級了房間，大大小小的瑣事都替客人考慮周全，夫妻倆踏踏實實做生意，不坑客不套路。住宿環境好、性價比絕了，來這邊玩首選他家，下次再來玩還住這兒，真心推薦給準備出行的朋友！"

"The hotel is relatively new, and the linens are of good quality and fresh. They were clean and odorless. The parking lot is huge, and the hotel offers a timely shuttle service to scenic spots for guests. The service was warm, polite, and courteous. The only downside is that the duvet was a bit thick; Southern tourists are used to thinner blankets. Breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant downstairs had good food."

GGuest UserComfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!
