Guest UserThe room was spacious and well-lit, and every staff member offered service with a smile. They even created a group chat with a 24-hour butler service. Getting around was also super convenient, as it's really close to Huangguoshu Waterfall, plus the hotel offers a free shuttle service for up to three kilometers. Since it was the off-season, the hotel even upgraded my room twice, letting me experience different room types, and I was happy with all of them. Each day, there were welcome fruits, a mini-bar, and free drinks, and the breakfast was incredibly rich. I'm so happy, this is truly a hotel of a lifetime!

WuxianlvjudeguodaThe front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend.

The hotel is relatively new, and the linens are of good quality and fresh. They were clean and odorless. The parking lot is huge, and the hotel offers a timely shuttle service to scenic spots for guests. The service was warm, polite, and courteous. The only downside is that the duvet was a bit thick; Southern tourists are used to thinner blankets. Breakfast was plentiful. The restaurant downstairs had good food.

The location is absolutely perfect. 5 minutes from the entrance to Huanggoushu. The cleanliness in this hotel is definitely on the top list of my travels here in China. But the real killer is the service. The host is one of the nicest and most helpful people i have ever met. He had no hesitation in helping me around, both to Huanggoushu as well as to the bus station. Thanks to his advice, i changed my train from Guanling to Kunming to a later one, and if he hadn't done that, i would hase wasted so much money on a taxi. Thank you so much, dear host. Expect me back one day!!!

Guest UserOn this business trip to Guizhou, I arrived early and decided to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall. It was my first time staying at the Orange Hotel, and it exceeded my expectations by a mile! The hotel's interior was spotless, and the facilities were excellent. They even had the hot water kettle plugged in and ready to use, which was super convenient. The hotel offers a private shuttle service, and they'll take you whenever you're ready, even if you're the only passenger, which was a fantastic experience. From now on, the Orange Hotel will be my first choice!

XiaodaiyuanyueThis hotel truly exceeded my expectations – it's a rare find!
I checked in on Dragon Boat Festival. The day before, I had a terrible experience at a certain four-star chain hotel in Guiyang, so I arrived at this hotel around 10 am to check in. To my surprise, they were happy to let me check in so early. During the process, the front desk staff, noticing my two large suitcases, proactively offered to have them sent to my room. This is a service even many five-star hotels no longer offer.
Upon entering the room, I was impressed by its spaciousness, easily over 40 square meters. The Manxin Mansion is nearby, and on the day I stayed, their prices were roughly double that of my room, yet their space likely couldn't compare to mine. The bathroom was unique with a double vanity and a bathtub – a rare design. The size of this room is comparable to the standard rooms in top-tier hotels within Guiyang, like Zhenpo. The bath amenities were the same brand as Pullman's, and even with most five-star hotels now using large, refillable bottles, they still provide individual small bottles, including four, one of which is a body lotion. The hand soap was also from the same brand. The drinking water was from Guizhou Hotel, which looked much better than the mineral water found in many chain hotels. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the bed size was also quite generous for a hotel of this caliber. The comb was of high quality, the kind you can reuse. The toothpaste provided with the toothbrush was Suke, which is a rare premium at this price point. They even thoughtfully provided a disposable bath liner for the bathtub, and the bathtub faucet was also perfect. The tea bags were a branded selection, and I even received complimentary welcome fruit.
Due to personal reasons, I didn't get to try breakfast, so I won't comment on it extensively. However, given the excellent condition of the room, I believe the breakfast wouldn't disappoint either.
As a hotel located within a scenic area, it's incredibly close to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall. There are also many restaurants nearby, so dinner is never an issue. Honestly, I have to wonder, can a hotel at this price point really make a profit?
Immediately after checking in, I recommended this hotel to my friends. At this price, I don't think any other hotel can compare.

Guest UserService: The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were really nice. There was a complimentary shuttle service to and from the bus station, and the driver was also very meticulous and thoughtful.
Ambiance: The room was great. The hotel is located in the Great Waterfall scenic area and has a viewing platform where you can admire the magnificent waterfall from afar. In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach a viewpoint offering a 'God's eye' perspective. If you plan your visit well, you can see everything in about 5 hours. Unfortunately, I didn't make it due to time constraints, but that slight regret only makes it more memorable! It was a truly worthwhile trip, and I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.
Huangguoshu Bus Station drop-off service: Excellent!

Guest UserCame to Huangguoshu Waterfall with friends and chose the Four Points by Sheraton, which exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped and green, very quiet and relaxing, perfect for a vacation. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-maintained. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the visitor center, saving us the hassle of taking a taxi. The staff were friendly and attentive. It's suitable for both exploring the scenic area and simply relaxing. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Soh Kien PengThis is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in China. It is newly opened just last year and the amenities and facilities are so modern and clean. It is relatively cheap at less than S$35/- per night and I booked it via Trip.com. Breakfast is provided. Although it is not the continental buffet, the noodles, eggs, buns, soya bean, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc are equally nutritious and stomach filling. There is a washing machine and dryer near the lobby and the counter staff, Yang De Rong was so helpful and considerate that she hang up the laundry for us after the drying in order not to disturb our sleep. One of the staff even drove us to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall even though it is only a short 10 mins walk to the attraction. During our departure, the boss of the hotel personally drove us to the coach station so that we could take the public bus to the high speed train station. The service is marvellous and I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I will stay here again if I come again.

Guest UserHefayuan Hotel Stay Experience
My overall experience at Hefayuan Hotel was very pleasant. The location is convenient for getting around. The hotel's exterior is quite unique, with its ethnic architectural design adding a distinct local flavor. There's also Baiweixuan Private Kitchen downstairs, offering a wide array of dining options.
I stayed in a twin room. The room was spacious and well-organized, with two neat beds and soft, comfortable bedding that ensured a good night's sleep. The window offered an open view of the surrounding scenery, and the room had good natural light and ventilation. The amenities were comprehensive; the air conditioning ran steadily, and facilities like the TV and kettle were all available, meeting everyday travel needs.
The decor was simple yet elegant, and the room was clean and tidy with good maintenance down to the details. The soundproofing was decent, and the environment was quiet and not noisy, allowing for undisturbed rest. The only minor drawback was that the bedding was a bit wrinkled; it would have been better if it had been smoothed out.
Overall, it offers excellent value for money. The facilities are complete, the environment is quiet, and it's convenient for travel and dining. It's suitable for business trips or temporary stays, making it a top-notch choice for accommodation in the area. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.
