"After traveling through Guizhou, I stayed in various hotels in Guiyang and other places for a few days, and they were all decent. However, this hotel in Anshun was surprisingly the most hassle-free. Daisy upgraded my room to a Deluxe View King with a large balcony, offering a fantastic view of the mountains in the distance and the lawn below. Waking up in the morning and stretching out on the balcony really energized me. The balcony also had a bathtub, and soaking in hot water in the evening was very relaxing. A huge bonus was the laundry room, equipped with a dryer and laundry detergent. After a sweaty day exploring the sights, I could just throw my clothes in to wash, and they'd be ready to wear the next day. No need to pile them up and take them home, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The front desk was also quick to respond to any requests. All in all, this Anshun hotel provided a comfortable end to my trip. In the evening, I even saw beautiful radiating twilight from the hotel's lawn, which was stunning."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its direct proximity to the Second Service Center, from where you can easily take a shuttle bus to your desired destination. You can park your car at the hotel, which is super convenient. The room isn't large, and the facilities aren't top-notch, so it really depends on what you're looking for. If convenience is your priority, then this place is great. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Breakfast was also decent."

"Highly recommended! This hotel offers exceptional value for money. The owner, a former designer, clearly put a lot of thought into every aspect of the hotel's design. The bedding and smart features are on par with what you'd find in a chain hotel. It's also very close to Huangguoshu Waterfall Scenic Area, and the owner even provides a business car for transfers, which was a huge plus!"

"To this day, the hotel has not offered a solution. They only called me on a landline to ask if I was feeling better. On the day of check-in, the linens were fine. The next day, when we extended our stay, we asked for a sheet change. Around 10 PM, after getting ready for bed, I rested on the bed for about half an hour and developed a small patch of red bumps. I immediately contacted the front desk. Later, a female duty manager proactively contacted me. She didn't come to inspect the linens but directly asked if I had any requests to make. By 8 AM the next morning, both of my legs were covered in an allergic reaction. I contacted the front desk again, and a male manager came. He didn't proactively offer to move us to a different room. Even after we checked out – because my child also had a fever – we left around 3 PM. Apparently, the hotel's linens are laundered by a third party. As a result, they still haven't provided a solution to this day, saying they need to report it to their superiors. The last duty supervisor who called us just asked if the leg allergy had disappeared. The worst part of this trip was staying at a hotel that carries a five-star brand, only to have issues arise and receive continuous calls without any proposed solutions. I hope everyone avoids this place."

"We booked a room with a waterfall view, and to our surprise, the hotel's own waterfall viewing platform was right next to it. After spending the afternoon at Tianxing Bridge, we had dinner right there on the hotel's platform. The view was absolutely priceless; what we ate hardly mattered. We chose this hotel based on many guest reviews, knowing its advantages, but experiencing it firsthand truly saved us from unnecessary detours. The 'God's eye view' of the great waterfall is right outside the hotel's main entrance, to the right. It's less than a kilometer's walk, so there's no need to follow online guides suggesting you walk from Doupotang. If you have a reservation for Water Curtain Cave, head towards the great waterfall from the hotel's VIP通道 (VIP access). Don't buy the downhill elevator ticket, as this entire path is downhill and offers views you'd miss from the elevator. When you see the Water Curtain Cave sign halfway down the mountain, go there first. The exit of Water Curtain Cave leads you across a suspension bridge. If you're early enough and the staff haven't started their shift, you can cross the bridge directly to the bottom of the great waterfall for a front-on view. Once staff are on duty, reverse walking on the bridge is prohibited, so head towards the elevator. This path is flat. Walk to the elevator exit and then go down to the great waterfall. After enjoying the great waterfall, cross the suspension bridge towards the elevator and buy an uphill elevator ticket. If you want to return to the hotel, absolutely do not follow the park signs for the exit; that's the great waterfall visitor center, where you'd catch a bus to other scenic spots."

"The front desk staff were warm and polite, and the room was incredibly comfortable with very clean floors. It was a really pleasant stay. They even offer a free shuttle to Huaguoshan and the Great Waterfall, and there's a cute delivery robot that brought our meals, which was a huge hit with the kids! It created some wonderful memories. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is very close to Huangguoshu Scenic Area, about a five-minute drive away, and offers a free shuttle service. The rooms are newly renovated and reasonably clean. However, it's right next to the road, so it's very noisy. There's a pool and parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-drivers. There are many late-night snack restaurants nearby, so you won't have to worry about food, but it's easy to pick a bad one, and I felt the reviews were misleading. My main complaint is about the service; it significantly detracted from the overall experience: The front desk staff was cold; they didn't offer a single greeting during check-in. When I called for a pen and paper, they agreed but never sent it. If I pushed, they became impatient and showed their annoyance. Room service was incredibly slow. There was even an opened bottle of water in the room. When I called the front desk, they told me to go downstairs and buy it myself, refusing to deliver. At night, the air conditioning was extremely loud; if I didn't turn it on, it was stuffy, but if I did, it was deafening. Opening the window meant noise from passing cars. In short, the stay at this hotel was extremely poor! The breakfast selection was mediocre with not much to eat, and items weren't refilled promptly. Dishes were cleared slowly, and the dining area wasn't tidied regularly. If you're solely looking for proximity to the scenic area and a clean room, you might manage for one night. But if you value attentive service and quick responses, I don't recommend this place. Other guesthouses in the area offer better service at the same price. Moreover, the price is higher than surrounding hotels, making it very poor value for money!"

"The environment was fantastic. The owner's place even had a terrace where you could watch the sunset. The bedding was clean and soft, the blackout was excellent, and it was very quiet. After visiting the waterfall, lying down to relax was incredibly relaxing. There was a food street just 100 meters away, and the owner provided excellent service, introducing us to many local delicacies."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the No. 3 sightseeing bus stop, which is the closest stop to the scenic area. The hotel facilities are very new, and the management style resembles that of a large chain hotel. Room service is handled by robots. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. There's a food street right across from the hotel, so dining is super easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangguoshu. On our first day, we entered the park around 3 PM, avoiding the peak crowds. We visited the Great Waterfall, Doupotang, and even got a bird's-eye view, and there weren't many people around. On the second day, we woke up early and took the sightseeing bus to Tianxingqiao around 6:40 AM. It was very uncrowded, and there was no congestion at all. We had finished our visit and returned to the hotel by 9:30 AM. This off-peak travel strategy was fantastic. Huangguoshu Waterfall is definitely worth a visit; it's truly magnificent. The hotel's excellent location also contributed greatly to our experience."

"It was my first time staying at Jianglu and I was deeply impressed. First of all, the environment is unique and full of wildness, but the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, study, Zen room, tea room, coffee bar, laundry room, and many experience activities, such as wax dyeing, boiling tea around the stove, making local specialties, feeding rabbits... In addition, the restaurant service is excellent, the breakfast variety is rich, and the beef rice noodles are so delicious! The prices for ordering food in the store are also very affordable. The most important thing is the meticulous service. There are multiple varieties of fruits, drinks, good night desserts, late night porridge and milk every day, and every staff member is super friendly. It is truly a secluded outdoor paradise. Even though I stayed there for three nights, I still couldn’t bear to leave."
