We didn't sleep much because the room they gave us was near the exit door of the outside stairs and guests kept opening and closing it to go out on the stairs

Hotel is simple but impeccably clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is in a quiet area, but walkable to public transport and city attractions. Hotel is close to an important medical center (Centro Médico Teknon) and is perfect if accommodation near the medical center is needed. I would elevate the hotel to 4 stars.

Personale non attento alle esigenze del cliente. La colazione è aperta dalle 7:00-10:30 primo giorno buona peccato per il secondo giorno, siamo arrivati alle 10:20 e sorpresa… Era già chiusa. Camera pulita piscina purtroppo molto sporca

Par où commencer.. déjà coter positif le personnel est gentil. Nous sommes arrivé à 16h, déjà le parking 20€ la journée est une cage à poule! Attention à vos voitures.. pour la place ? Elle étais inexistante mais après avoir sonner deux fois l’hôte est venu déplacer sa voiture pour nous laisser une place. À la limite ce problème a été « résolu ». Place à la chambre .. on a du passer la carte pour ouvrir la porte à peu près 30 fois pour que ça fonctionne. On entre et une odeur très désagréable mais à la limite on a ouvert les fenêtres.. on a pris nos serviettes et on est parti à la « piscine » franchement minuscule impossible de s’y installer. En plus de ça Nos serviettes avais de vieux poils dessus. On décide d’aller à la plage tant pis et la … la chambre ne s’ouvre plus du tout. Résultat 17:10 nous sommes parti s’en étais trop. L’accueil nous a tout remboursé intégralement sans la moindre objection ce qui est très bien pour le coup mais il ne nous a pas demander ce qu’il n’aller pas … je déconseille très fortement
