First of all, I didn't realize this was more like a hostel - so rooms with shared kitchen and lounge area. The name of the property is Factory Suites, so I thought it was like a regular hotel suite. There was no elevator, no front desk, no bellboy. The room was on the 3rd floor and we had big, heavy suitcases! I was very thankful I was not traveling alone because I have a bad back, an injured knee and my right foot was still healing from a recent surgery, so no way would I have been able to get my suitcase up by myself without great difficulty and pain. And then there was the bar next door with VERY LOUD music until the wee hours of the morning. So, barely slept in the 3 nights we were there. Furniture was old. No microwave. I tried to cancel the booking and was looking for a decent hotel to transfer to but per ******* staff that we spoke with, we wouldn't get a refund if we did. Spent a good amount of time on the phone with ******* and they did try to help (I think), but to no avail. If you want to stay in a hotel and in a real suite, then this is not it.
