Hallway being was leaking- pool and hot tub closed- (which is why we went). The woman at the desk was VERY nice. But the place was a disappointment. Didn’t even stay the night.

Close to food and nearby attractions. Beds were uncomfortable, only one poor lady working all weekend trying to meet the needs of all guests, bathtub was caulked and caulk floating in tub, only had 2 towels for 4 guests, elevator wasn’t sure if it was going to go and the door was going to open or not, hot tub out of order.

I was a Diamond Member for several years prior to retirement, we still favor the Hilton brand whenever possible. This was by far the worst Hilton experience I have ever had. I'm suprised the franchise is allowed to fly the Hilton banner Room reeked of smoke, had to request move Key stopped working, greeted with 'Im having a bad day' Food in fridge from previous occupant Bath room plumbing fixture was broken Business center Temporarily Out of Order One chair in the entire pool area. This hotel has a tired feel, stairwells and common areas are filthy Unidentifiable substance on carpet. There is a nice Holiday Inn Express across the parking lot!

1. Nobody at desk for literally 15 min when I arrived and was tired needed to be somewhere! Last said she was unloading perishables? Poor lady and poor us. Nobody wins on this set-up!
2. Huge dug out holes X 2 by side door about 1.5 Ft wide and 1.5 ft deep!! Fine, but PUT A CONE AND/OR TAPE AREA OFF! Soo dangerous!!
3. And lastly….Seriously NO MICROWAVE in the room?! For $200?? Is this 1980?!

Room was comfy and a perfect stop on a long trip. Hotel could use a facelift but it was clean and the staff was kind.
