The room was exactly as described online. Very large and comfortable. The only downside is that you have to be completely accustomed to online communication and must communicate promptly. Otherwise you will be refused to check in, even if you have paid in full.

This is the first time I have given a bad review to a hotel. There is no front desk in this hotel. There is a flat panel under the stairs at a door on the street. It is very troublesome to fill in a bunch of information. There is no elevator to carry luggage by yourself and walk up the stairs step by step. own floor. The strange thing is that there are no slippers in the room. I called the hotel to ask the hotel to send the slippers and checked a bunch of information. After checking a bunch of information, it didn't arrive half an hour later. We called the hotel again, checked our check-in information again and asked us to wait. Half an hour later the child was trapped and fell asleep on the couch. (Wait for the slippers to go to the bathroom to take a shower). Finally we were informed by the hotel 40 minutes later that no hotel in the UK provides slippers. Our family provides it every day in other hotels in London. Friends who have stayed in the hotel don’t need to say that everyone knows what’s going on. Sleeping at night seems to be sleeping on the side of the road, because the hotel is next to the bus station. People on the street made noise until after two o'clock in the morning. What was even more annoying was that we wanted to go to see the church after breakfast the next day and told the hotel that we might be half an hour late to check out. As a result, the hotel's answer was that we threw our suitcases out of the apartment (on the side of the street) ten minutes late. I really haven't suffered this kind of anger when staying in a hotel. Everyone, please don't choose this restaurant. With such a bad service attitude, the hotel hopes that Ctrip can re-evaluate it before cooperating, otherwise it will be a blow to its own brand.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hidding Space Westgate and everything was perfect. The (deluxe) apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Cowshed toiletries… a joy. The bedding at the top. The ideal location in the center, next to the thermal baths, above a small supermarket open until late, restaurants. At the foot of the building there is a bus stop for the airport… The view is very nice on the 3rd floor (no elevator though!) and quiet despite the central location. All major attractions are within a short walking distance. Great ease of communicating with staff via email. We look forward to returning! Thank you for this great time in this magnificent city!
