This is a very clean hotel. It was also a very good price considering it was Labor Day weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location for the surrounding area of Bay St. Louis. If you like water for any kind of water recreation it's great. Local food especially the Sea Food can't be beat. Try Cuz's in down town BSL. I was here for the fourth of July and there was great fireworks all around. Looking forward to Labor Day weekend. Sorry one room is already taken.

Yall do not waste yall money! Its disgusting! When we first opened the door the smell was a slap in the face! It smelt like they had water damage and it was never cleaned up! There was mold everywhere even on the phone! Bugs dead and alive! The bathroom ceiling had a bubble like at any moment I was waiting for one of those kids that was running upstairs to just fall in our tub! The jacuzzi tub had bugs coming out the drain! It looked like there was crap on the ceiling! The best part was my husband dropped something and it went under the sofa when he moved the sofa there was someone’s lingerie just lying there like the sofa was never moved to be clean! The floors was disgusting 🤮 I read some of the reviews and was like it can’t be that bad I’ll take my chances but lesson learnt never again!!! Omg! Lysol couldn’t help that place y’all! And the owner was like give us a a good review ummmm say what 🤬

There's mold everywhere, even on lamp shades. Dead and alive bugs. Cigarette burns all over. Went to tell the front desk and no one was tone found.

Check in was fine, but the room was a nightmare. It smelled musty when we first went in, but but thought that it must be from the rain. We quickly changed clothes and went out to eat and see a concert. Upon arriving back at the room, upon closer inspection, the smell was coming from the bathroom where we found black mold in a water-buckled ceiling. We went to bed and at 2am my wife woke me up screaming there is a bug on my arm. Upon further inspection we found a number of bugs in the bed and crawling on the floor. They must have come out once the lights went off. We quickly packed our things and checked out and drove home. I was in no mood to argue with the proprietor about why we were leaving. Do not stay here!

Not a peaceful comforting experience. Worn down accommodations and unruly guests (bikers) and neglect staff.

Overall stay was comfortable, beside the huge mildew stain in bathroom ceiling. The front desk staff was friendly.

Cheap hotel, cheap everything. No breakfast, no reserved room available. Don’t be lured in by the pictures.
