真的很不想給差評，習慣性好評，但是這一次實在受不了，我出差一般有錦頤酒店的城市，首選都會住錦頤酒店，第一是因為本土品牌，第二是因為服務，態度，環境，還有人文環境，可是本次是第一次入住該店，之前都是臨河火車站店，因火車站店面積小，想着換一個空間相對大一點的，就選擇了市政府店，但入住臨河市政府店（24.8.20、中午11：30左右），實在是大跌眼鏡，令人失望，來説説不滿意的幾點吧：1是因為前台接待服務人員，沒有歡迎詞，沒有笑臉，身份證都放在前台上了，居然也不問侯一下，還是一如既往辦自己的事情，旁邊的小姐姐遞了一杯水，辦理入住的工作人員才反應過來問我有沒有遇定，這是不滿意之一；2是房間衞生間，唉…一進門就是一股子尿騷味，地上還粘糊，第一時間撥打了前台電話，可是10分鐘過後依舊沒有保潔上門，再一次撥通了電話，前台換了人，説是不知道該情況，我又複述一遍，5分鐘後保潔上門處理，可是怎麼能去掉異味呢，拖布沿用之前的，地板還是粘糊，我衹能開窗通風，心想着也就是最後一次住該店了，不想折騰保潔阿姨再一次打掃，就將就着吧，從該問題看出來，前台很忙嗎？保潔衞生如此難搞？前廳保潔兩大部門如此不給力？怎麼能讓本土品牌贏得外地遊客的喜愛？希望相關部門領導和酒店老闆可以認真核實一下，畢竟都有監控和通話錄音！寫的有點多，但是是自己唯一且真實的想法和經歷，希望可以改善！不過唯一很欣慰的是茶餐廳小姐姐，從我進入的那一刻（18點左右），笑臉相迎，服務周到，很值得點贊，就説這麼多，第一次很認真的對待一個酒店的評價，我知道對於相關工作人員評價很重要，但是我覺得都是尊重相互的，祝各位好運！
