前台服務熱情又禮貌，安排的房間非常滿意，隔音挺好的，床單被罩也舒適，帶着孩子入住還特意給準備了小童洗漱用品，機器人送東西很有意思，一路陪着説話孩子玩的不亦樂乎，非常好的入住體驗，下次還來

衞生間乾濕分離，酒店停車方便，前台服務好，室內衞生乾淨，很安靜，房間隔音挺好，不影響睡眠，酒店開在市中心，周圍吃飯很方便

在霸州這樣的小城市，能入住這麼好品質的酒店，簡直太完美了，前台的小姐姐們非常有禮貌，安排的房間很滿意，隔音好房間又大采光也好，通風不錯，購物是超級方便停車場雖然不算太大但是保安安排的很到位，還有機器人送餐送物很方便，24小時自助洗衣方便得很，退房時候還送了水和伴手禮，非常開森，以後住霸州就選他們家了。

體驗感非常棒的一家酒店，進入大堂滿滿的書香氣息撲面而來，裝修很有特色，香薰味道很好聞，辦理入住時因為沒有訂到和朋友同樣房型挨着的房間，經理直接給房間做了升級，把兩個房間安排在了一起，特別感謝 [合十]非常周到細緻的服務和講解，周邊吃得玩的介紹了很多，客房內衞生乾淨，服務及時，推薦

停車場很小，被酒店保安安排到了馬路邊。定了兩間房都是洗澡的水特別小一身泡沫沖好就洗個澡凍得要死， 其中一間房吹風機和電視是壞的。打電話給前台反應説安排人來修結果催了兩次都説師傅在忙。結果上來個保安跟我説電工休息根本不在，忽悠我半天。我真是服了，酒店開着一個菜市場邊。房間內一股煙味，大堂很小香薰味很大，可能是為了蓋味道。總之這個酒店很垃圾。建議大家慎重入住。
