AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and the facilities are very new. The refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, coffee machine are all available. There is a saltwater outdoor swimming pool. What I want to say is that it takes a few minutes to walk to the lake. There is a beach by the lake. The lake is clear and bottomed. There is also a park near the lake. The grass in the park is very green and the trees are very green. You can also play beach volleyball by the lake
More worth mentioning is the boss' enthusiasm

DDebra HeiserThis amazing hotel was renovated in 2024. It is bright, clean, high ceilings give an open atmosphere.
The breakfast room is spacious! Excellent selection for breakfast including eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, yogurt, fruit, coffee, juice .
Desk staff were lovely.
This hotel was a great surprise! Fabulous location in Penticton and quiet.

GGuest UserEveryone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and pillows very comfortable which is unusual. The breakfast food and room were really nice. It would have been helpful for those with mobility issues if the facility was downstairs with no stairs to negotiate. Will return on future visits Tom Penticton and recommend to friends.

GGuest UserWe came for a U15 girls softball tournament. Cute little motel. Rooms are big and clean (top floor), close to the park, has green space with bbq’s. Not enough pillows, so bring your own!
