My stay at Sofitel Haikou was fantastic! The lobby on the 35th floor offers incredible views with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The service was exceptionally attentive, and the breakfast had a great variety. The infinity pool is perfect for photos, and the location is convenient, close to Evergreen Park. Definitely worth staying here when in Haikou!

I brought my child along for a short trip, and the experience was fantastic value for money. Ctrip offered a great price during this period. The breakfast and regular buffet had a wide variety of authentic dishes, which I really enjoyed. The hotel's location is excellent; opening the window reveals a sea view where you can see across the strait. Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with multiple indoor and outdoor swimming areas, which my child absolutely loved. They mostly wanted to play within the hotel grounds and didn't want to go out. The beach is just across the road, which is super convenient. Hygiene: The room was clean, and housekeeping was prompt. As an environmentalist, I don't advocate for waste. Service: The service was attentive, and the front desk staff were warm and thorough. Seeing that I had a child, they proactively upgraded our room. A big shout-out to Xiaomeng! This level of service is often something state guesthouse-type hotels do better than international chains – they proactively helped with luggage, taxis, and hotel activities, which was great for a family with a child. The experience was truly excellent, and I'll definitely bring my wife here next time.

The only bright spot in this hotel was the doorman with the hat – he was the most impressive and proactive person in the whole place. My positive review is solely for this concierge. The room itself was old-fashioned and awkwardly laid out. The bathroom was tiny, and the sink area was extremely cramped. It rained for two days, and the balcony was flooded, the windows rattled constantly, didn't close properly, and it was very windy. The air conditioning vent in the living room was directly over the dining table, dripping condensation onto the takeaway container lid while we ate. There weren't even tissues on the dining table. Breakfast was very ordinary. The children's play area was pitifully small, and they even charged 5 yuan for socks. The only good thing was the bridge view from the balcony. This was my first time in Haikou, and I chose a terrible hotel. The basement parking was next to the garbage disposal area, and the smell was nauseating. 🤮 In short, I do not recommend this place.

✨ Haikou Parent-Child Hotel | Top of the List, and Deservedly So! This was our first time in Haikou, and we decided to check out this Sheraton because it was ranked number one. The experience far exceeded our expectations, and the value for money was truly outstanding! 👍 Our family room was thoughtfully decorated. It happened to be our child's birthday, and they even kindly prepared a birthday cake – so many thoughtful details! The kids' pool was huge, and our little one had a blast splashing around, giving us parents some much-needed relaxation. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a rich variety of options and were incredibly popular. With kids, having so many choices made meal times easy and convenient. The hotel also provides a travel photography service. Of course, you want to capture those precious family moments during your trip! 📸 ⚠️ A small tip: Outfits for the photoshoot require an additional fee, but the photographer was excellent at engaging our child, and the candid shots turned out lively and natural. This trip put a perfect end to our summer vacation. If you're coming to Haikou with kids, you can confidently choose this hotel. The hotel's main entrance isn't directly on the main road, and while the garden isn't huge, stepping into the lobby immediately brings a sense of calm with the classic Langham fragrance. Hehe. The check-in area is located on the 43rd floor, offering panoramic views of Haikou. Downstairs, it's right next to MixC World and Evergreen Park, making getting around super convenient. The hotel's decor style particularly appeals to feminine aesthetics, with elegance evident in every detail.

🌻 I stayed at the Marriott Hotel for my vacation in Haikou. A butler proactively contacted me before check-in, and the check-in process was smooth upon arrival, with the staff introducing the hotel's services. The hotel's location is excellent, with a beach nearby and adjacent to the convention center. It's about 3 kilometers from the duty-free city, with a fixed shuttle service daily. 🌻 My room was on the 7th floor of the West Wing's executive level. The room was spacious, facing the sea with a balcony, offering panoramic views of the hotel. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, with stable water pressure and temperature, making for a comfortable shower experience. Toiletries were complete and of good quality. The 8-foot king bed ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was good, and supplies were replenished promptly. Some of the electrical outlets in the room were a bit old. 🌻 The lobby is on the 3rd floor, and breakfast is served at the Western restaurant on the 1st floor from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The food variety was rich and delicious, featuring local delicacies and catering to international guests' tastes. The restaurant also provided baby cutlery. Both the Chinese and Western restaurants offer full-course meals. 🌻 The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including children's and adult swimming pools, and a natural hot spring. During the summer holiday, there were many children and various activities. Guests on the executive floor can enjoy executive benefits, such as afternoon tea from 2 PM to 5 PM at the executive lounge on the 8th floor, light snacks from 5:30 PM to 7 PM, and drinks served until 10 PM after dinner.

An almost perfect stay! The hotel boasts a beautiful and tranquil environment, with impeccable attention to detail and a wonderful ambiance. Our dedicated butler provided professional and attentive one-on-one service throughout our stay, perfectly fulfilling all our needs, big and small. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, offering a great mix of local specialties and classic dishes, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. It's a perfect choice for both business trips and leisure vacations.

I've stayed at three hotels in Haikou: this one, the Marriott, and the Sheraton. I was quite satisfied with the staff service and room cleanliness at the Hilton. My only dissatisfaction was with the garden's cleanliness. Compared to the other two hotels, the garden here was significantly worse – I found it to be quite dirty. If the garden's cleanliness could be improved, I believe the hotel's overall quality would increase significantly. Another issue was the lack of fixed wall-mounted clothes hangers in the room, which made it very inconvenient for hanging clothes. Also, both the Marriott and Sheraton balconies have retractable clothes lines, which yours lacks. If you're staying for three or four days, the absence of a clothesline would be a headache for drying clothes. Although you provide a mobile clothes rack, it's not ideal for families with a lot of laundry. Apart from these two issues, I'd give full marks for the guest room itself. The room facilities were well-maintained and very clean, which is a big plus. If the clothes hanger issue and garden cleanliness could be resolved, I'm sure many people would choose to stay here again.

This hotel is very close to the sea. You can hear the sound of the waves in the room. When you lie on the bed, you can see the swimming pool, coconut trees, and the beach. I especially like the hot spring swimming pool here. I don't want to leave. I have lived here since 2002. It was very ”aristocratic” back then. Now there are more hotels on the west coast and fewer people here, which is exactly the advantage here. It is very quiet. You can be in a daze here and think about problems. There is no cafeteria here. It is perfect to go to the nearby Fushan Cafe for breakfast, and go to the nearby Sheraton for afternoon tea in the afternoon. Before and after dinner, walk along the wave line outside the hotel to the Sheraton. It's not that you can't afford to stay at the Sheraton, but it's more cost-effective to watch the sea, listen to the sea and touch the sea here.

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, close to Xiuying Port. The community environment is beautiful, with lots of greenery. The receptionist was quick to process the check-in and provided excellent service. The upgrade to a sea view room offered a stunning nighttime view. It was great value for money!
