"The room was super spacious and well-designed. The shower had great water pressure, and there was a complimentary kettle and water available. However, after we put up the 'please clean' sign, the cleaning staff entered our room and used the hotel's bottled water, but didn't actually clean the room or refill the tissues. They even swapped our 'please clean' sign for a 'do not disturb' sign, which made it feel like they were cutting corners."

"Do NOT book a room on the first floor facing the spa. I stayed for 8 nights and every day I had to endure the incredibly unpleasant smell of a public bath mixed with a strange stench and perfume. The room's soundproofing was poor, and the facilities were outdated; the door even felt insecure. The hotel's location is very close to Camp Nou, so it often hosts football fan groups. On check-in day, a fan group had just arrived, and the lobby was packed. There was no guidance, the front desk was incredibly slow, and the staff were chatting away, making check-in take over an hour. Breakfast was decent, but be cautious with the fruit; the peeled ones often seemed to be spoiled from the previous day."

Anonymous UserThe room is very clean and spacious, one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. The room is great, however we had issue with the ac. It’s equipped with the controller that has AC and heater option, but the AC was not working and it kept blowing out hot air no matter how cold we set the dial. Upon checking with reception, we were told during November they switch the entire building system from ac to heater option so individual rooms have no way to override this. The room has massive windows so that has kept us cool. While we are in Nov, where weather is getting colder, the week that we were in Barcelona has great weather and temperatures still at the 15-20degrees so would have thought they would also consider the climate instead of just having a scheduled date to switch over everything to heating..
There are loads of breakfast options, but no egg station. Hot food option not the best, bacon and scrambled eggs overcooked and not really good quality on sausages. For those who enjoy cold breakfast selection like the pastries fruit and hams etc it’s much wider selection they provide here compared to other hotels.

Guest UserFantastic hotel! It's super clean and hygienic. The front desk staff are incredibly warm and helpful. The location is absolutely perfect – right next to a large shopping mall and very close to the beach. The nearby square has plenty of entertainment for kids. Plus, the hotel has two swimming pools, which my kids absolutely loved! We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit.

Liv99Lovely hotel! Everywhere was really clean, the rooms were cleaned each day to a high standard with a bottle of fresh water each day. I even had lost a charm off my bracelet and the cleaner left it on the bed for me which was so sweet. Lovely location not far from a lovely beach, lots of shops & cafes around. Right near the metro station selva der mar which was amazing to see all of the sights! Pool area is small but really comfortable and again small and just what you need to dip in & cool off! Breakfast was lovely too nice lounge area and room was so comfy with a lovely big bathroom I would definitely stay here again. Just Wasn’t a fan of having £100 taken off me incase anything was wrong with the room luckily everything was fine but I had to wait 48 hours after my trip to receive a refund of this. Also got charged a lot of tax on check on which I forgot about!

DongchuanyidongThe hotel's location is super convenient, close to the beach, and getting around is a breeze. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the bedding is really comfortable, and the views are great. The pool and common areas are very well maintained. The staff are warm and professional, and my stay exceeded expectations. I'd highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM after confirming by phone that arriving late and finding the parking would be easy. My mother had already arrived and paid for the parking. However, the night receptionist didn’t know where the parking was and only gave me some printed papers with directions that were confusing. Because of this, I drove around Barcelona for over 30 minutes, exhausted, stressed, and even crying. I stopped at another hotel to ask for directions, but in front of me there was a vandalized car and two men yelling, which made me feel unsafe, so I left the area. Eventually, the receptionist found that the parking was on the opposite side of the road. I only slept from 3 AM to 8 AM, and when we checked out at 10 AM, I explained the situation, but the hotel offered no solution or refund for the €25 parking. Overall, the experience was very stressful, unsafe, and the service was poor.

Guest UserThe hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view. I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day. However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^ The showerhead in the bathroom seemed clogged, and the water pressure was very low, making the shower experience not particularly comfortable.

AvicLocation is a so-so for me. Just 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro and it's a paved road all the way to the hotel which is good for travelers with luggages. Room view was nice as well. The hotel is situated near the beach which is a plus and the sorroundings were clean. The Service is perfect I could say because I made some changes with regards the check-in process and they were kind enough to reconsider my request. The hotel provided us with combs and toothbrushes and other hygiene stuffs which is convenient for those who forgot to bring theirs. Their buffet has a lot of options so you could really choose on what to eat. So far everthing went well with our stay.

The staff were great, and most importantly, the kitchen was really spacious, which was a huge plus. It's also very clean, but just a heads up that it's a bit far from the city center.
