JJYHSHENZHENThe overall environment and scenery are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and provide service with a smile. We booked through Trip.com and the hotel gave us two complimentary activities, which apparently aren't included if you book directly on their official website. The only downside is that it's quite a journey to get there, requiring a transfer in Bangkok followed by a car and a boat ride.

AAnonymous UserThe house is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the boss is very attentive and considerate, and the recommendations are all good.
The facilities need to be improved. There is no hair dryer or kettle. You have to ask for it before you can get it. It feels so strange. Is there a hair dryer for washing hair? Why bother? The deposit of 1,000 is also strange. I stayed in 6 hotels during the whole trip, and this is the only one that requires a deposit.
It may be due to the peak season. I booked a room on Ctrip. 8 Chairman Mao tickets for one night are too expensive and do not match the facilities. I think 4 or 5 tickets are OK.

Location is great.North is noisy and a little bit crowd, south is not convenient. Moonlight is in middle of lanta and just near the sea.It has its own beach and there is a wood cabin you can lay down to get massage.
Food is good.My package includes breakfast.There are fresh fruits, bacon,yogurt .I stayed 2 days in moonlight ,the 2 days' breakfast is same but delicious .
Room is clean and towards to ocean.I booked ocean view room and the view is stunned.
Service is 11 out of 10! Staff is very polite and enthusiastic.You can fell everyone is so happy then you'll become happy too.Trust me, moonlight is perfect place to chose.

TTate /TatevEverything is perfect 🤩. From the first day we realized how we got lucky to book this hotel. They have amazing stuff, nice environment and delicious food. Rooms are very clean and cosy . If you want to organize trips to some island just ask in front of desk , they have so many nice options and the prices are cheaper than some other places. In the restaurant they don't have alcohol but for me it was ok . Close to hotel there are many nice restaurants and bars , if you are looking some fancy places ❤️. I already missed this place and all the people who are working there. Definitely gonna visit one more time 🤗.

AAnonymous UserI can only assume the five stars are for the bathtub, but the water pressure is quite low.
1. Check-in requires a cash deposit or logging your credit card details.
2. The bedding was genuinely damp. I thought it might be typical for a seaside location, but other hotels, even with sea view rooms, weren't nearly as damp.
3. Upon check-in, the bedding looked really old and worn, like it was long overdue for an update.
4. Razors and similar amenities are not standard; you have to ask for them. This room type has no elevator, and while it's only up to the third floor, it's quite a trek.
5. The poolside area and happy hour by the sea are nice.
Compared to the Double Lotus (four-star) hotels nearby, they are significantly better than this one.

DDsonTSri Lanta is a haven to escape the crowds, while having enough services around to keep you occupied in this corner of the beach. The rooms are classy and clean, save for a dirty kettle, with daily room service.
There's direct access to the beach via a convenient tunnel, which opens up to their pool, restaurant, bar and beach chairs. The bar owner is very friendly and his prices are reasonable to keep you happy for your stay.
Shout out to Lisa, the concierge that made our stay a bit more personal and lovely each day

HHUAThe location of the hotel is very good, right on the beach. The handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic. He booked a room connected to the pool. You can play in the pool by opening the balcony. The BBQ and dinner are very delicious in the evening. I ate dinner on the beach for several nights. ,very happy.
Both the elderly and children like it very much. It's a good time to watch the sunset, and the price-performance ratio is very high, which meets everyone's wishes.

GGuest UserThe stay at Isara Lanta was great! It is directly located at the beach and my highlight was that I had my own hammock in front of my bungalow.
My room was cleaned every day and the staff was very friendly all the time.
I had dinner in the restaurant twice and it was very delicious. The owner (?) is German so be prepared to see a lot of German dishes on the menu.
The location of the hotel is great. You have direct beach access, scooter rental in-house, supermarket, restaurants and bars in walking distance.
I would stay with Isara Lanta again.

The hostess's son is very cute and well-behaved, helping to take the clothes rack before and after running. What a good lawn, I like the environment of this resort very much. The simple breakfast is not bad. The location is very good. There is also a fruit smoothie shop. There are several places to rent motorcycles at the door. It is very convenient to go out to eat and ride a motorcycle? It would be better if you could repair the broken refrigerator appliances. All in all. This place made me feel warm and friendly.
