SShanfengwuyuThe hotel is not very crowded during the off-season, but the staff are very friendly and helpful, and any issues are quickly resolved. The hotel facilities are dated, and the pool is small, but the atmosphere is wonderful. The small beach bar is a great place to chill in the evenings, enjoying the breeze and listening to music. Dining is also affordable.

CCalliope from ItalyIf you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a private beach, delicious food and waking up with a sea view: this is the right place. We stayed for 3 nights, it was like landing on paradise. The hotel has their own long tail boats with pick up service from Phi phi island port. Breakfast: sweet and savory Lunch: menu a la carte with Thai dishes and western options Dinner: menu a la carte + fresh fish of the day If you feel like hiking you can do it directly from the hotel and reach a viewpoint. Our room didn’t have aircon but it’s quite chilly at night so it was perfect. Snorkeling is possible right near the beach, you see the same fish (blue and yellow, some very colorful..) near other islands just not as many. The hotel offers daily trips, very well organized, we took a one day trip to Maya Beach, Bamboo island.. highly recommend! On Saturday night there was a fire show: it was absolutely wonderful!

The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and to top it off, we had a daily visitor who stole our hearts—absolutely adorable! Food-wise, we were spoiled for choice. So many options, and we especially loved the prasmanan style—buffet-style dining where you pick what you want. It was incredibly affordable and absolutely delicious. A true highlight of our stay!

MMd Manjur Ahad HelalAnita Resort is under reconstruction. So they blocked the way to the standard rooms block at the northern corner. The borders have to make a detour through the pool and reach to the three storied standard room building. The ground floor of that building is entirely messed up by the removed used materials and living of the workers. Due to the monsoon rain the entire block is covered by the bad smell of decomposed materials. There is insufficient light on the roads to reach to that block, otherwise stopped by cautionary words. The adjacent two storied building is a slum that violated privacy of the borders of the first and second floors of standard rooms block. Requested to change the room, the managerial lady asked compensatory money or asked the borders to leave her hotel. This was a rude proposition for the borders to Phi Phi Island for the first time. There is no telephone in the room and the boarders found none after continuously phoning the manager lady. The receptionist ladies were sober and kind, but not the one who picks up the mobile calls only unseen, she could be manager or the owner, we didn’t know. Yes the break fast was good and the location of the hotel was good too.

GGuest UserThis is my third time in Krabi, but my first time staying on Phi Phi Island. This hotel is located in North Phi Phi, so if you arrive at Tonsai Pier, you'll need to take a speedboat to North Phi Phi. North Phi Phi is quite small, with only a few hotels. During my visit, the hotel next door was under renovation, and there weren't many guests. I stayed for two nights, and the environment was lovely. The room type I booked offered a great sea view right from the door. I've heard some people say there's differential treatment for Chinese tourists, but I personally didn't experience that; I found all the staff to be very enthusiastic. Since my room was on a hilltop, I needed a buggy service to get around, and they were almost always available on call. They stop working at 10 PM, but I usually wasn't returning to my room that late anyway. The breakfast included in the price was a great deal, although I noticed it was cheaper on other platforms. Breakfast was decent. The hotel has two swimming pools: one behind the restaurant and a smaller one next to the hillside rooms. The hotel's mini-mart items are a little pricier, about 10 baht more on average than those on the beach. Friends coming to the island should remember to stock up on drinks and snacks in Krabi or at a nearby 7-Eleven. They provide welcome drinks upon check-in, and the service is quick. I'd likely choose this hotel again; it's convenient and located at the northernmost part, with good transportation options.

CCesar QuezadaA bit outdated, but over all the resort was great - staff was very friendly, caring and supportive. House keeping was lacking on one day, where the room wasn’t serviced until 3pm, after we called about the lack of service. It happened only on one day. We had a wonderful time at Phi Phi holiday resort and the food was great and had many restaurants to choose from. Many activities to choose from also.

The pool closes early, but such rules are on the whole island ((in the bungalow we were on the 2nd floor above the pool, there is no Internet, this is a big problem (But the hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are angry (((I liked it so much nature, silence and birds. An interesting hotel for a change.

GGuest User2/5 overall review. The location was really good in a way. Very near the beach, shops, everything really - 10 minutes from the pier. The bed was large and the bathroom was fine. AC was AC. But: The mattress was lumpy and springy The mini fridge provided didn't work The bathroom had cracks all through the walls (bugs) Saw a bed bug as we were leaving which explains a lot There wasn't really any service A bit of dust and whatever but that was okay. The absolute main issue was the noise. I love backpacking and staying in hostels and after reading reviews saying the noise was bad I thought it would be fine for me but it was insane. Absolutely blasting the bass until 3am, the bed was literally shaking. If you are partying, this is a great option. If not, it's really difficult. Bring headphones and it will work better. I just can't stress enough just how loud it is.
