Great
LLarryFozNever thought I’d be able to stay in a place like this on a very reasonable price. I’m a super happy that I chose this place over the cheap and convenient Tonsai area options. It was peaceful even though there were quite a lot of families with small children. I’m not sure if this was because I was a few days ahead of the October 1 opening of Maya Bay tourism season but nevertheless, it was a great experience. Hotel organized activities are quite pricy but a lot of options with the local village tour vendors so shop around before you decide.

GGuest UserWe had a small familiy reunion, and stayed at The Cove for 4 nights. We enjoyed it. The beach is lovely and right there. You can swim and snorkel any time of the day.
The cabins are cute and have a small kettle and fridge.
They have good food which is not too expensive and their service is alright, they changed our room with no issues and fixed things when we had issues.
They have boat trips which we enjoyed that leave from the resort. There is a hike from the resort to the main pier and has amazing views, but it is toughz
Overall we all had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway with no rush.
TTocky_zhangThis hotel is quite clean, but there's a damp, musty smell. A bit of ventilation makes it acceptable, though. The pool is very clean and well-maintained. It's very close to Tonsai Pier, about a five-minute walk. They'll let you check in early if a room is available, and you can also store your luggage. Plus, they didn't ask for a deposit, which was nice. Getting to the main street is super easy. I'd consider staying here again next time.

GGuest UserThe only change since my last visit 8 years ago is the improved Wi-Fi. However, the lack of air conditioning made our stay truly uncomfortable.

SSitiFThe check in and check out process was easy and smooth, we were charged 1000 baht for deposit. It took about 10 mins walk from the jetty to the hotel. They even have a private beach area which is not as crowded as the other areas in the island. The staff even helped to bring our luggage to the jetty as we had 4 hours to spare before our ferry departure, so we managed to stroll around the island without having to carry our luggage along with us. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The stay and the cleanliness of the room was great considering the cheap rate.

CCesar QuezadaA bit outdated, but over all the resort was great - staff was very friendly, caring and supportive. House keeping was lacking on one day, where the room wasn’t serviced until 3pm, after we called about the lack of service. It happened only on one day. We had a wonderful time at Phi Phi holiday resort and the food was great and had many restaurants to choose from. Many activities to choose from also.

GGuest UserWe didn't have the best stay there but this will depend on what time of holiday you're in Phi Phi for. If you're there for a party holiday and plan on being out late at night it will be fine. The hotel is located really close to the main beach bars that stay open until 3/3:30am so it's loud late at night if you're trying to sleep.
Our room wasn't great either, but you can see that some of the rooms have been refurbished and they're in the process of refurbishing more of them, so think it will depend which room you book.
Due to the refurbishments there is construction noise onsite too - it's worth checking if this will still be happening during your stay before you book.
Overall it wasn't horrendous, but it wasn't great. Wouldn't recommend if you're looking for a relaxing chill hotel, but think it's definitely okay as a base if you're going to be out most of the time.
The people who worked there were lovely though, cannot fault them at all :)

NNeimengguboyewenhuachuanmei®™hanyuThe location is a bit remote, and it will take some physical strength to carry large luggage. The room has an approximate appearance and feels great. Thank you to the boss for providing 2 breakfasts, coffee and fruit.

NNAZARENKOAwesome hotel !! it’s hard to walk. The pool closes early, but such rules are on the whole island ((in the bungalow we were on the 2nd floor above the pool, there is no Internet, this is a big problem (But the hotel is clean. The staff at the reception are angry (((I liked it so much nature, silence and birds. An interesting hotel for a change.

GGuest User2/5 overall review. The location was really good in a way. Very near the beach, shops, everything really - 10 minutes from the pier. The bed was large and the bathroom was fine. AC was AC. But:
The mattress was lumpy and springy
The mini fridge provided didn't work
The bathroom had cracks all through the walls (bugs)
Saw a bed bug as we were leaving which explains a lot
There wasn't really any service
A bit of dust and whatever but that was okay.
The absolute main issue was the noise. I love backpacking and staying in hostels and after reading reviews saying the noise was bad I thought it would be fine for me but it was insane. Absolutely blasting the bass until 3am, the bed was literally shaking.
If you are partying, this is a great option.
If not, it's really difficult. Bring headphones and it will work better. I just can't stress enough just how loud it is.
