"Great location, close to the tourist area. The room offers a sea view. However, the staff's attitude was truly bad. The guy at the front desk during check-in acted as if I owed him money; he just tossed my passport onto the table. The bellhop was nice, though. The room had a musty, armpit-like smell. I'm not picky about the environment, but the service attitude was genuinely poor."

Amazing
GGuest UserOverall a very good hotel. Most impressed by its outstanding service and good food. Stayed in the Yildiz room which faces the street but was very well sound insulated so it is very quiet and peaceful. It was also very well light insulated and perfect for sleeping in. A point to note, there is the actual Ciragan Palace and the new annexe which houses the actual hotel with its rooms, restaurants and facilities. The actual Ciragan Palace houses only about 10 top suites and is used mostly as its meetings and events venue. It is lovely to be able to walk around the Palace and stroll along the Bosphorus on Palace's promenade.

Great
Jjackykou2007The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The cleaning was impeccable. A special thank you to the hotel's front desk staff. When I arrived on the first day, I realized my phone was missing, and they were incredibly helpful in contacting the taxi I had taken. Also, I arrived at 10 AM, and check-in was supposed to be in the afternoon, but the front desk warmly helped me check in immediately so I could take a shower and get some sleep to recover from a 10-hour-plus flight. I stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is excellent, with many cafes, restaurants, and various shops downstairs, and it's very close to the beach. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Oh, and one of the front desk staff's names was Bugra; I forgot the other person's name. Thanks again to all the hotel staff for their warm hospitality!
GGuest UserA quiet place by the river in the middle of flowers and trees.
The wooden mainhouse is as cosy in Summer as it might be in Winter, adorned with a majestic and well worn stone chimney.
The garden and deck over the water create an intimate setting with the wonderful Ağva area, between river, forests and the black sea.
The staff is friendly and attentive and the service was on point.
The food offering covers Turkish basics and they are tasty and plentiful, some western staples are on offer too.
The rooms are comfortable enough and each bungalow is hidden in the beautiful garden vegetation, one is even surprised so many rooms can feel so secret in such a small setting.
The çay samovar sits by the quiet waterway and is enjoyable all day long with the lazy sway of reeds ruffled by the wind off the sea.
Overall a fantastic stay.
KKongfangzhengrenI had to give this hotel a big full score for the service. I couldn’t pay with my credit card and they called an employee to walk me to the ATM to get cash for payment. instead of letting me go out alone at night to find it. When I parked. Manager and staff 2 people direct me to reverse. When I went out in the middle of the night, three employees ran out to guide me to avoid the car next to me and safely poured out. When I checked out on the last day, someone helped me with my luggage. The front desk manager kept a comic beard like a senior butler. The attitude was very good and the English was good. It felt at ease. If the manager did not increase the salary, I did not agree. There are many choices for breakfast at the hotel, but I think there are too few hot dishes, too many cold dishes, and the breakfast is not very comfortable. But the scenery of the place to eat breakfast is invincible. In general, if you don't rely on the sea, the location here is indeed a bit biased, but if you come to see the sea, this is the best choice, but pay attention to eating after 11 pm may not be convenient, the hotel location is very high on the hillside, but there is a convenience store. 67 euros a night for less than 600 yuan is very cost-effective, and the parking lot is large, which is rare in Istanbul.
RRyan J11We were extremely happy with our stay. The location was perfect with a subway station right outside our hotel.
The breakfast was great every morning and the spa area really helped us have a relaxing stay
We highly recommend it here
LLovely AgbayaniI have booked stays at Radisson Blu Bosphorus Hotel for my guests many times, and the experience has consistently been excellent. The hotel offers a fantastic location along the Bosphorus with beautiful views, comfortable rooms, and high standards of cleanliness. The staff are professional, welcoming, and always helpful, making both the booking process and guest experience smooth and hassle-free. My guests frequently compliment the quality of service, the breakfast selection, and the overall comfort of their stay. Based on my repeated bookings and the positive feedback I continue to receive, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers visiting Istanbul.
AAlokjainhkI was supposed to checkin in the early morning of 3rd December so I had booked from he previous night (2nd Dec). I arrived the hotel after an overnight flight and checkin was smooth. The room was comfortable too. I had a whole working day ahead and in the evening I returned absolutely tired to catch on some sleep (I even skipped dinner). But, I was woken up by constant ringing of my phone at 1AM. Startled, I ran to pick up the phone but by this time the caller just disconnected the line. I paid little heed and went back to sleep. The next night, same thing happened. This time I managed to speak to the caller who was probably from hotel accounting and wanted to confirm whether I had paid for 2 nights or 3 nights? At 1 AM? I had no idea. My booking was for three nights and I had not done the math on how much was charged on my credit card when I was checking in. So I paid for 3 nights for 2 nights of good sleep but both nights I was disturbed at unholy hours. When I complained about this at reception, there was no senior hotel staff available (I suppose their sleep is important) and the staff present at the desk just made an excuse by saying that his English wasn't very good. Sorry, I am not staying here again!!!
TThomasThe restaurant at roof top is amazing to enjoy the sunset. Room is clean n tidy. Location is good. However, there is a serious road construction next to hotel makes surrounding dirty n noisy.
