Find the Best Hotels Near Beach in Del Mar

At my arrival, the front desk Staff was very unfriendly. Their system had a problem and my cards were refused and they treated me like somebody wanting to scam them but then they found out that it was their problem and they didn’t even apologize. Then i had my breakfest included in my trip.com booking and they wouldn’t give me the voucher, telling me that they didn’t see the breakfest, even though the price per night was higher then the normal room. No chance of trying to help me calling trip.com, so i had to pay 2 times for my breakfest. I will get my money back in 2-3 weeks… it’s not my problem, but i need to pay anyway - no apologies. It’s a Hilton, but there is no difference to other hotels. the service is unfriendly and unprofessional (except at the restaurant - they were cery friendly) and the room itself is old, there is no smart tv - so no netflix/prime - no welcome water bottle, only for purchase. i was not so satisfied with my stay

The facility is very nice and the staff are kind and welcoming. The only negative point concerns the breakfast. We booked a rate that explicitly included breakfast, and we were also given a breakfast voucher confirming this. However, we later discovered it was not a buffet but table service, with someone taking orders. At the end of the meal, we were presented with a bill stating that tax was not included. Since we are in the US, there is also an expectation to leave a tip. Having traveled across five continents and more than 40 countries, we have never been asked to pay an additional €15 for a breakfast that was clearly included in the room rate and confirmed by voucher. This was very disappointing.

Similar to domestic homestays, the decoration is a bit unique, with realist artists from the late 19th century in the United States Frederic Remington, (Frederic Remington, 1861-1909), a sculpture. The location is very good, there are many restaurants nearby, there is a Chinese restaurant diagonally opposite, and the business is very good. zel's western food is also good. Walk from different directions to the beach for 3 minutes to 10 minutes, the seaside path is very beautiful. No breakfast. The room is small, the bathroom is small, and the sanitation work is average. Those who are obsessed with cleanliness prepare disinfection tools and clean them by themselves. The owner is very nice and has 3 cute puppies. If you want to drink hot water, you can ask him for a hot pot.
