Condos Vacances Msa Avec Piscine ET Spas Exterieurs Gratuits 4 Saisons!!

We have been staying here for years with our two boys during ski and mountain biking vacations. The proximity to Mont-Sainte Anne and Le Massif are excellent. The condo is not fancy but it's comfortable and quiet. It would be appreciated if they had a few of the basics like salt & pepper, coffee & tea, paper towels and cooking oil. It was also disappointing that one of the two hot tubs had no jets working and the second one only had half. It is also frustrating that the steam room is still under construction after years. Aside from that we had a great stay. The free coffee in the office was really appreciated.

Have stayed here many times in the past 10 years and as recent as 5 months ago. Some units are dated and some are newer. We've accepted that. This visit is the first time we have been charged an extra $40/day resort fee. There is a little water park here that some families may use as a part of that extra fee. We won't be, plus its late Sept. and high is 64 this week. Ridiculous to make this a mandatory fee if we aren't going to use the water park and indoor pool/hot tub. So, our overall cost to stay here almost doubled from what we were expecting when we booked it. Sadly, this will be our last stay here. BEWARE.

This was the second trip my family made to Club Vacances and we will likely return. We knew about the fees-last time it was for the indoor pool/sauna/gym up the street. Now at least they also have a little water park and a game room. The park isn't perfect-bring your own floaties for the lazy river (not heated), jacuzzis not very hot, kids need supervision on the water slides at the bottom (especially the toilet bowl ride). Some criticisms are valid-the linens, towels and blankets are a bit worn, the mattress on the pull-out sofa was a bit dirty, and they don't provide supplies for the laundry. They do give out toiletries and dishwashing supplies. The silverware is not a matched set and you should take an inventory when you arrive so staff knows what you are missing. The kitchen is adequate as we made several meals there. The on-site restaurant is closed-too bad! There are several options nearby and Quebec City is only 40 minutes away. As to the staff-speak a little French and you get very far (some are not very confident in their English).

Only pro was that the complex was close to highway and easy to access. The cons were many. The building itself had litter and dryer lint all around the entrance. Even after we brought it to management’s attention nothing was done to clean up area. The first condo we were assigned was filthy. Floor was dirty. Swept it with broom and filled a dustpan with sand, dirt, hair etc. The attached patio was very small and was overgrown with weeds and litter. When we checked the bed, it was not clean and the pillowcases had hair on them. We went back to office and demanded a different unit. When we checked into second condo it appeared and smelled clean. But it didn’t take long to realize there were many things that needed some attention and maintenance. The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, toilet barely flushed, shower curtain was disgusting, and the few towels were dingy and threadbare. The dryer had 2” of lint built up which was an extreme fire hazard. In the bedroom the mattress was hard and had no mattress pad. The recliner in living area was stained with spots of unknown origin. WiFi was weak and spotty and only worked in certain areas of the condo. Not sure what daily amenity fee of $28 was for. Maybe for water park that was closed? We ended up leaving two days early because it was just so uncomfortable and uninviting, but yet they refused to even refund the daily amenity fee for those days. We expected much better and were sadly disappointed with our stay.

Location was decent which gave promise to the stay. After that everything else was lacking. All the dishes needed to be rewashed, Furniture needed to be replaced.

At the First Condos Vacances MSA has a great location. Second is everything else: uncomfortable bad with old paper thick bedding, towels with holes, used dish sponge..., but there are very friendly and helpful staff. Ray greets us with smile every time when we come in Front deck and helped us all the time.

Really bad customer service. We booked a 2 room unit that sleeps 6 for a week in august. We were an extended family of 7, my wife and I, with 3 kids aged 8,4 and 2 (turned 2 in May), And my parents. The receptionist did not allow us to check in stating we are over the capacity of 6 and asked us to book a new 1 bedroom unit for some $250 a night. Just because we had a kid who turned 2 we were kind of thrown out. Usually kids, especially 2 or under are never counted. It was such a turn off that we let go our booking, entire amount paid and looked for an airbnb so atleast we can stay together in additional charge she was slapping on.

Accommodation was super dusty and the bed sheet had a huge stain on it :/ The Waterpark- rules changed daily depending on the lifeguard one day my kids were allowed on the slides the next day they were not old enough?! The pools were dirty with algae. Arcade- half the games were out of order or did not work. Very unimpressed!!!
