Stayed at this run-down hotel during the month of June for 29 days. Older hotel but got a cheap rate $80. My advice STAY AWAY!!!! First 5 days the cable didn't work and the staff kept giving me instructions to reset the box, but it didn't work. The box had to be replaced. There was a weekend of kids running throughout the hotel while the parents party on the patio. Staff said nothing at the time. I had to speak with management about it. Had a 1-bedroom and the a/c unit is in the living room only so it was hot. The tech Broderick came at least 6-7 times, but every day the unit would shut off while I was out. Eventually, the unit went out completely and I had to move to another room. Called Marriott customer service halfway thru, but they were no assistance. That seemed to create a hostile environment with the staff. The a/c and cable worked in the 2nd room, but the fridge went out. 3 days no fridge and no one came to fix it. My food went bad. During the 29 days there was no service. I changed the sheets myself and went down for towels or other items. Many times not available so I had to check back daily. My secondary phone had a cracked screen so I placed it in the drawer. One of the housekeepers took my phone. Didn't realize until I unpacked my things at the second hotel. Frustrated with myself because there is no way I should have put up with all this as a paying customer. If you want a Marriott property Residence Inn Bedford location is close by and a much better choice. I tried to save money by staying here, but the nightmare ended up costing me way more money and distress. The hotel needs a physical and staff makeover.
