這酒店入住體驗很棒，環境和房間內飾都不錯，房間整潔無異味，管家超人非常專業熱情，前台小葉也很熱情，走幾十米就到海灘，有共享電車價格實惠，騎個電驢就能逛完整個北海管家還會給旅遊線路

中秋來北海，抓住今年夏天的尾巴～北海的民宿實在是太多了，但是慶幸自己選擇正確！天雅酒店在金灘附近的北部灣一號，北海的地標建築，附近吃飯什麼的都很方便，步行可以到海上棧橋。酒店很新，設施裝飾都很不錯，尤其是服務，實名稱讚管家【超人】，把我們一家三口照顧的很好，在樓上客户半夜吵鬧的情況下積極解決問題，給你點贊！

管家月月超級貼心！入住前一天會提前聯繫告知酒店位置，當天入住月月會提前開好空調，在樓下迎接～體驗感拉滿！酒店設備新，環境好，海景很漂亮！樓下就是金灘，看日落超美！出行租電動車也很方便，樓下就有！

房間乾淨整潔，管家（超人）服務超級好，來的時候提前十分鐘發訊息，會到樓下來接，幫提行李，有免費趕海工具和潮汐表和趕海點位推薦，前台小霞，小葉服務也很好，走的時候也會拿兩瓶水路上喝，服務太多很好，來北海住了三四個酒店，服務最好的一家，性價比絕對值
