Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise.
One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished.
Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)

This hotel has a good environment, and the sea view room has a charming view. It is highly recommended! The lady at the front desk is not only beautiful but also very gentle. The service is super good^_^ and the hotel provides car rental services and can help guests book sea fishing and other marine activities, which is very convenient! There is a Vietnamese beef noodles opposite the hotel, the first choice for breakfast, the taste is great! The environment and scenery are excellent. The beauty of South Bay is in full view. There is a lively bar street at the foot of the mountain and a quiet sea view garden on the mountain. The facilities are a bit old. It should be the first star hotel on the island. The lady at the front desk is beautiful and kind. The hotel has a pick-up service to the port, and you can also rent electric cars. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast needs to be improved~

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

Weizhou Island Pier is a handsome guy. I just went to the island in the morning and suggested that I go to the Crocodile Island Mountain. It is beautiful. The main thing is to live in Barbara Bell. It is very close to the dripping Danping. I personally feel that it is the most beautiful on the island. Although it is hot, I didn’t see the sunset, but I was still very happy. 2.從這去鱷魚山公園也可以步行去，不是很遠。而且騎電驢去南灣也很近，買回來的海鮮在他們家餐廳加工也很好吃啊！！滿分滿分餐廳也可以點餐。
3.而且院子的三角梅開的正盛，拍照很出片啊，晚上有燈條亮起來又是另一種感覺！前台小姐姐也會發攻略參考棒棒棒！

After the room card was plugged in, I found that the electric kettle was automatically heated without adding water or pressing the switch. I reported the situation to the boss, but there was no plan or action to solve the problem. The boss did provide a pick-up service, which is commendable.

Loved this store too much, warm and free, although not as luxurious as those hotels like the sanctuary of the seaside red punch card photo, it is very practical for us to bring the baby. Every day, the sweaty clothes come back and have a washing machine to wash and provide hangers to dry. Bought drinks, beer and fruit, iced in the refrigerator. The baby of the boss's family is playing in the yard like his own child. This humane feeling is the reason why I chose the homestay instead of the net red store. The hotel is located near the colorful beach, avoiding the huge crowds of people at the peak of the National Day, quiet and comfortable, walk to the beach for two minutes, you can rent a battery car next door, and ride to the seafood market for ten minutes.

1.裝修很精緻，設備設施也很不錯，但是衞生狀況可以再提高一些。（房間裏面沒有洗澡的膠鞋，這個是一個明顯的配備的缺失；酒店電話有，沒有號碼説明書，電話機也沒有一鍵撥打，導致根本不知道前台、客服、餐廳……各部門的內線號；沒有小茶几，用時有些不方便；電視很不好，遙控板按不動，調台似乎又都要會員，）
2.聯繫得上人員的服務，服務人員態度還是不錯的，熱情；問題是有的情況就是反應了，依然沒有回覆，或者反應非常遲鈍（我們早走早餐的問題其實是沒有解決的，酒店的增值服務偏差）；感覺前台客服後勤人員的標準培訓那還是不夠的，或者説人員不充足造成的總體遲滯（大多數的應答不及時）。
3.酒店介紹租賃電動車給我們的是第三方的，感覺酒店方沒有進行嚴格把關，造成我們租賃的電動車有一輛就有些破爛。

IIsland Girl AngeleneOh my goodness!!!!!! We had an amazing time here! We went to celebrate out 9th wedding anniversary and I'm glad we chose this place. Upon arrival to the island, our host sent a driver to collect us at the port, and take us to our destination (free of charge). When we got to the villa, I was pleased with the warm greeting we received and the overall surroundings. The place was clean, tranquil and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised when we were gifted a cake and drinks from our host. However, I was totally blown away wjen I saw our room! The view was everything! When we stepped out onto our private balcony, we had the best view of the beach and surrounding areas. Additionally, I must say that it was a priceless experience to witness the sunrise and high tide from that angle.
The chef was unable to be there because of personal reasons, but our host made sure that we were well taken care of, regarding other dining options on the island and he even recommended a driver to take us to good food joints. The driver turned out to be our chaperone for the entirety of our stay.😂 Breakfast was great and we enjoyed the company of the resident dog (which looks fierce, but is actually very friendly).❤️
Thanks to the caring nature of our hosts, our trip to the island was excellent and my only regret it that we didn't book to stay longer! 😭 Now that I have had this experience, I look forward to coming back to Weizhou Island, and staying at this villa. It was well worth the price!!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

RRyan1985I didn’t hate this hotel by any means but there were quite a few things that kept me from loving it. First, before we even get to the hotel we should start with beihai itself. I would say there’s no real reason for anyone to visit this place. There’s some good food for sure but it’s a boring, hot, and generally tourist-packed place. IF you do decide you need to visit beihai for whatever reason though I suppose this hotel is fine but there are some things to be aware of. First is that said tourists will be there. They’re super loud, inconsiderate, gawk at foreigners as if you’re from another planet, and just generally unpleasant (even lounging around and smoking in the non-smoking lobby). Next is the pool- photos make it look gorgeous but it’s very shallow, maybe 3 feet, and the view from the pool is a concrete parking lot (doesn’t show that in any of the photos). So basically not a place most people would hang out or swim. My room also felt dusty/musty. Positives- the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I would like to mention Lisa who speaks English and was very helpful, providing useful information regarding hotel facilities, Covid test places and places of interest. Big up to Lisa!
The breakfast buffet is okay, but the pastry choice is a bit limited and, generally, it feels that the hotel does not really cater for western guests (mainly Chinese dishes). The buffet lounge is full of light; it is very spacious and facing the seaside, which is great. However, the cleanliness can be improved as the tables and the floor were not cleaned quickly enough, and my table and the floor under it were greasy/dirty.
The facilities are quite varied. The pools, gym, tennis court, steam room were used during my stay and they were in good condition. The steam room takes a long time to heat up though. The staff in the gym/swimming pool does not speak English at all. The table tennis room and some other facilities were under maintanace during our stay, so we did not use them. Overall, the hotel has more recreational facilities than most hotels. Well done!
Regarding the location, the hotel is on the coast, but the sea is not swimmable there, so you can only enjoy the view. The hotels near the main Silver beach (for example, Crowne Plaza) are considerably more expensive (about 500rmb difference), so a 30-min taxi ride there (costs around 30 rmb one way) still makes the Furama hotel a much more economical option. The sea view from the rooms is very nice!
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and a late checkout was highly appreciated! My rating of the hotel is 4.5.

IIsland Girl AngeleneI extended my stay here because my flight back home was canceled. The entire process was hassle-free and in addition to that, I was gifted a christmas card from the hotel staff.
House keeping came every three days because most workers we sick due to covid and the botel was short staffed. However, supplies like water, soap, etc were alaways available in a self service area for guests on the resident floors and if one needed extra assistance, someone was always availato offer assistance.
My overall stay was wonderful and I hope to return soon!

YYIUreally loved the stay at this hotel, my wife and I spent some time at a different part (Di Shui Village) of the island when we first arrived and thats how we decided on the Banyue hotel which is located on the north side of the island. The room was really spacious and the interior details were really nice and well thought out, the sky light window is really beautiful when there are clear skies with sunlight beaming through onto the bed. The hospitality staff were all very kind and helpful, we had breakfast and lunch at the hotel and the food is delicious and well priced. The scooter rental at the hotel was also really convenient, we didn't need to place a deposit since we were staying at the hotel, the bike was in good condition and had good amount of power which made riding around the island really enjoyable. We really enjoyed visiting the local beach as well, which was literally across the road from the hotel, it was a short walk through the pathway which leads you straight to the beach. There is also a really nice Vietnamese south east Asian restaurant near the hotel (apart 2km away) called Summer 越式小馆, the beef burger and the seafood platter is delicious. Also the hotel offers pick up and delivery to the ferry terminal which is super convenient.

GGuest UserI took my children to the beach for a weekend vacation and chose the Sheraton because it was newly opened this year and has good hardware facilities. It was Christmas Eve and there were many Christmas elements in the hotel. We booked a sea view package, which included breakfast and dinner. Before arriving at the hotel, the hotel customer service warmly called to ask if there was any need. Since I had a child, I asked for extra bed rails. After checking in, the hotel upgraded the suite to a sea view suite. The bed rails had also been installed. All supplies were online and bedside. The alarm clock is actually a JBL, and also has the function of a Bluetooth speaker, and the details are perfect. We had breakfast and dinner in the Shiguang buffet restaurant on the first floor. Personally, I felt that the staple food tasted average, but the desserts were more satisfying. Because the temperature dropped on both days and the wind was very strong, we could almost only play in the hotel, and we visited all the parent-child playgrounds in the hotel. Also, I can feel that the hotel's customer service staff are trying their best to provide good service. All in all a good experience.

It is not easy to find the location of the unit. I booked this hotel because of the super unobstructed sea view. Unfortunately, the weather was bad. There was a cold wave in the past few days. The room was very big and the heating and air conditioning could not be turned on. It was a bit cold. I was not used to using the hand-held shower in the bathroom and bathtub. The interior of the room The decoration is very simple and a bit old. Although there is a stove, the owner does not advocate cooking in the room and needs to find a place outside to have breakfast. The WiFi network is not very good either.

When I left, I was cheeky and called to ask for a cup of coffee that was not sold. Happy! The store is in the old street, shopping to the old town and the back door to go out to play, riding an eDonkey to Yintan, etc. are super convenient. The store has its own elevator, which is very friendly to people with a lot of luggage!
