The reception desk is very helpful. They cannot speak English but the Google translation will help you instead. The hotel has no elevators. The hotel has 2 floors but you don't have to carry your luggage by yourself. The room is quite small and about 80% sound proof sometimes you can hear a noise from outside. The AC was extremely hot and couldn’t sleep . They mentioned cold air has not open , haven’t slept for one night . Next day they have taken some actions . However there was no upper management to been seen to solve issues . Duty manager tried hard however.
