The hotel service is warm, hygienic and tidy, and the rooms are warm and spacious. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor and it was really good. The housekeeping auntie was very kind and helped me sew clothes. Manager Liu at the front desk was considerate and brought an oversized suitcase to work in the hotel. The staff was very helpful in helping me get the room, thank you very much. The room price is also very affordable and cost-effective. What you get is not only a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also human fireworks, which is awesome.

The location is between the two subway stations of East Third Ring Road and East Fourth Ring Road, which are about 500 meters away on foot, but it is on the main road, so it is quite convenient. It takes ten minutes to push a large suitcase, but it is very easy to push a small suitcase. The breakfast on the first floor is also good, with 2-3 choices of noodles, rice and fried vegetables, milk and soy milk, both Chinese and Western. There are residential areas, farmers' markets and supermarkets when you walk southwest from the hotel (Tuanjiehu Park). The hotel has three floors in total. The window of my two-story double bed room faces the internal patio. The air in the room and the bathroom is quite clean and odorless. The room is not big, but you can walk with two suitcases, and the network is unobstructed. The bathroom is not small, with a basin, toilet and shower room side by side, but there is a little water seepage at the bottom of the sliding door of the shower room, which needs to be repaired. Thanks to the cleaning lady for bringing the floor mat in time to alleviate the water leakage. The hotel front desk is enthusiastic and can borrow an umbrella. There are shared bicycles on the main road. Moreover, it is only 2 kilometers away from Sanlitun Taikoo Li. I went there twice and was generally satisfied.

Location: 10 minutes walk from Chaoyang Park subway station, the transportation is quite convenient. But there are not many restaurants and supermarkets around. Facilities: Basically, they are quite complete, except there is no swimming pool. Everything else is available. Environment: The overall decoration style is wooden, which does not feel particularly dull and looks comfortable. It is very quiet overall. It is just that the floor is very low, on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and there is no view outside the window. The indoor environment is OK. The restaurant is not very big, but the breakfast variety is OK, and the ingredients are really good and taste very good. Service: The front desk is on the second floor. If you have any questions, please call and they will be solved. There are welcome nine-square snacks. Hygiene: The reason for choosing a new hotel is that it feels clean. It is indeed very clean here, and there is a good smell in the room, which makes people feel at ease and concentrate. It is really good to live in such a large area in Beijing

We arrived and they already had our booking confirmation ready, We were greeted by friendly staff and booked in quite quickly as booking in foreigners is so much paperwork. The hotel is really the most beautiful authentic Chinese hotel I have been at. We had to look for it first as it is a bit hidden the staff around the hotel was so friendly the security took us right to the reception area. The scenic area around the hotel are well maintained and really calming after a day out in the buzzing Beijing coming back to the hotel is really a good feeling. The only thing was there was no fridge in the room, so could not keep our water and drinks cold as it was really hot out there.

It's 7 minutes walk from Tuanjiehu MRT station, and it's just one block away from Sanlitun. Considering the price, this comfortable little hotel nestled in a local neighborhood is super value for money.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transport. The staff were super friendly and attentive, providing great service throughout our stay. The facilities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast, hot water in the bathroom, and well-maintained cleanliness. We appreciated the walkability of the area, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, exceptional staff, and fantastic facilities.

Our original plan was to stay for 3 nights, but there was a change of plans hence we brought forward our stay for another 2 nights, making it a total of 5 nights. The location of the hotel was good, within 10mins walk to hujiaolou metro station. Bed was comfy but the room was very small. As mentioned in my earlier review, we had booked Guestroom (Double) but it seemed that we were being downgraded to a Superior room instead, looking at the room layout. Moreover, the initial downgraded room that was given to us had a missing toilet door, and after we feedback to the receptionist, we were then told that they had forgotten to inform us of the missing door. Was appalled by their reply, and why would they even assign a hotel room that is not ready for use? When checking out, there was another local guest who complained to the reception about the small rooms which did not resemble the photos on the website at all. I for one, would definitely not return to this Atour hotel again.

This is the 2nd Ritz Carlton i stayed in Beijing for the trip Family of 3, infant of 7 months old - for 2 days The design and thoughts put into the building is definitely worthy of a Ritz. Classy and solid build In my view, the service we received was less than expected of a Ritz. It could be contributed to the fact that this is right in town centre and the occupancy is high There was no introduction of the facilities of this branch and the staffs at the door looks inexperienced / untrained while they watched upon me getting my luggages out of the taxi and leaving them at the driveway while i set up the baby pram Besides the service, the hotel is great, location fantastic, facilities are well maintained
