服務：前台小哥哥小姐姐非常友善熱情
設施：有洗衣機和乾衣機，設備維護得當，乾淨衞生，衣服可以當天洗好，長時間出差很便利。
出行方便，五號線最近，門口也有公交。
附近吃的很多，有小吃也有飯館。
距離雍和宮很近，步行一刻鐘就能到。

前台跟房間不在一個地方，沒電梯
第一個房間廁所很臭，電視遙控器壞的後面換了一間房，花灑竟然調不了冷水衹有熱水將就洗了一次燙水澡
服務是沒啥問題，酒店設施跟不上，房間裏連抽紙都沒有400多一晚的酒店 這體驗絕了
