前台小哥事無鉅細的很認真負責態度非常真誠，體驗了老北京胡同文化，附近有王府井商圈可以逛逛，設施有點舊舊的，但是衞生過關，每次出行很在乎衞生問題

It was generally nice, but the only downside is that the pool is closed. We specifically selected this hotel for the pool and when we came there it was closed during our entire stay. We would like to be informed on beforehand.
