Das Hotel war genau das, was ich gesucht hatte: Authentisch mitten in einem der Pekinger Hutongs, dazu ganz nah an der U-Bahn und in Laufnähe zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsstraßen. Das Haupthaus mit dem kleinen Ententeich davor, seinem einladenden Teehaus und gepflegten Garten hat ganz besonderen Charme. Mein modern renoviertes Zimmer mit Holzbalkendecke und Wandmalerei sowie direktem Zugang zu einem Innenhof mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten gaben mir schnell das Gefühl, hier zuhause zu sein. Dass es kein Frühstück gab, hat mich nicht gestört, ganz im Gegenteil: Wenn schon einmal in Peking, dann lieber Baozi etc. von der nahegelegenen Garküche als ein üppiges westliches Frühstück, dass dieses einmalige authentische Erlebnis zunichte gemacht hätte. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel!

I decided to go to Beijing on the spur of the moment (I had booked tickets to the Forbidden City). After looking around at the hotel, I wanted to give my baby a special feeling, so I quickly chose this courtyard house. , as soon as you enter, you will immediately feel like "traveling through" the wonderland! I will book this hotel next time I come to Beijing. It is located in the center and is quiet in the bustle. It is a 3-5 minute walk from the Gulou Street subway station. It is convenient to go anywhere.

帶着孩子體驗了一把二環裏的大宅院的感覺。乾淨，舒適。就是房間小。但是能住二環裏，價錢真不貴。出門穿過衚衕，走路去什剎海，這才是四十年多前我小時候記憶裏的老北京。
