The service was extremely helpful and although they spoke no English, they always used a translator app. It has a guest laundry which requires you to scan QR code and then use the app on your phone. They provide washing powder. It is cheap and fairly easy to use.
I left my wallet in shopping centre 30mins away and they managed to understand my problem and contacted the mall who called back to say they found it.
The location is quiet and off the Tianmen pedestrian street with a great atmosphere and plenty of yummy food and shops.
You cannot get taxi or any transport directly to the Hotel, you will be dropped off at the entrance to the Qianmen Pedestrian street and you have to walk. It is very confusing and every Didi or taxi got lost. It does not help that the Hotel has 2 hotels and the name on the booking is not the name of the Hotel we actually stayed at and they are about 500m + apart and on different streets
Room is tidy and clean, has a small fridge.

地理位置很好，出門就是前門大街，離着地鐵很近。難得的是鬧中取靜，晚上不吵。預訂的房間沒有窗户，但是我們白天在外面逛，衹是晚上回來睡覺，總體性價比不錯。
